I stopped in to get a shower head and some coupling pieces the other day and they took great care of me. They helped me unscrew a couple of pieces that had become sealed together, saving me from having to re-buy some parts (even though they would have made more money if they weren't able to get them unstuck...). Everyone who worked there was super friendly and they gave me a good deal on one of their display shower heads since they were out of stock for that particular model. Long story short, I was psyched to find this place and will definitely keep it mind down the road.

When the valve in my shower broke and would no longer close, A1 not only had the obscure part in stock, they also helped me open some stuck screws to properly disassemble the parts while providing a lecture which faucet company was acquired by whom, who provides which parts. And all this without any attitude towards a semi-clueless ""intellectual"" with a foreign accent who obviously was not part of their crowd.

Thank goodness these guys have linear shower drains in stock. I think the drains are from China - ""Dawn"" brand, but when you are in a bind and can't wait 2-4 weeks for custom orders or even wait for Lowes or Home Depot to ship it to you - this was the best option! The price on the linear shower drain was also super reasonable. I noticed they had a bunch of Toto toilets in stock - again, high-end plumbing stuff is not easy to find in-stock so it was great that they had a few options - for those of you crazy enough to try to tackle a bathroom remodel WITHOUT ordering 4 weeks in advance. They also immediately answered my question over the phone - didn't have to wait on hold for a quick answer.

These guys are great. I had a hard plumbing problem, very specific fixture with custom parts that were causing a kink and limiting water flow. I was hoping for a simple solution, but given the peculiar situation, there wasn't one. But, they came up with an ingenious idea for a work around. $12 later I had the parts, and guess what! It totally worked! These guys are awesome.

I am clueless when it comes to general repair matters. Despite this, A1 was able to decipher what I needed via ""This thing isn't going into this other thing and I need them to, bc water"". That alone is impressive, but the fact that they made it happen for less than $5, earns a 6th star in my book.

I walked in with a faucet-thingy and a plastic tube after a hardware store was unable to help. These guys custom cut a part in the store for me, and walked me through exactly how it worked. I now know that the faucet-thingy was actually an Aerator, and that the plastic tube has male thread.

I kind of can't wait for something to break so I can go back.

From the perspective of a DIY-er that has gutted his bathroom and in the process of redoing the plumbing, this is the must-stop shop. Whereas big-box shops have limited selection of lower-quality, higher priced good, here you can find endless rows of fittings amd multiple options for the perfect custom plumbing solution. What really pushed this shop over the top is its competitive pricing; I was looking for a specific Toto toilet to fit my bathroom, and since it's highly recommended to buy toilets locally (who knows what can happen during shipment) A1 was able to give me a very competitive price, with the peace of mind that my toilet will arrive intact.
