This plumber didn't know what he was talking about. Got stuck with him through AHS. Would never use him if I had to call from the google pages. Quality: Zero. Didn't fix anything! Just charged service call.

This company came to my property to fix a work order from insurance. They charged my insurance but the issue was not fixed and would not come back to resolve the issue and left my bathroom toilet leaking. I do not recommend that you go with this company. You will be more from me soon.

If American Home Shield (AHS) assigns you to A1, REQUEST ANOTHER VENDOR IMMEDIATELY!!! All of the 1 star reviews about this company are accurate. They are shady as all get out! They will not provide you with proper documentation, charge you excess credit card fees, the dispatch staff will lie to you and lie to AHS, and they do not answer their phone. They will schedule city inspections without completing their work, and then threaten to charge you if you reschedule the city inspection, along with charging their own set of non-disclosed fees if you cancel the city inspection because they didn't finish the job or do it correctly. No wonder the staff has their back turned on the website, because they will literally turn their back on you. If American Home Shield refuses to assign you to another contractor (like they did me because ""they don't got off of reviews""), then my condolences to you. I am so sorry. My advice; document, document, document! Document everything. And I do mean everything. Document what AHS tells you, A1 tells you, who you speak with, times, dates, everything! I mean everything! Then be prepared to submit complaints to all agencies, Federal Trade Commission, California Department of Insurance, Contractors State License Board, and Better Business Bureau for both A1 and AHS. If you so happen to have access to or know an attorney, pray to a God, higher self, etc..,use those resources as well, because you are going to need them. Lastly, put your boxing gloves on, because you are going to have to fight with A1 and AHS. Good luck to you dealing with both of these HORRIFIC companies.

Our landlord contacted this company for the house we were renting. The guy came on time. He fixed our kitchen sink faucet, since it was loose. He also fixed the drain/food disposal part, so it drains faster without leaking. He did a great job and fast too.

This company is full of scammers. Be careful when you hire
them for your plumbing needs. There are other plumbing
companies out there, do your homework before hiring
this company.

Scammer. If they assign  Gerardo to your job, send him away!   We have a water leak, inside our home. Gerardo checked the municipal water meter. Then he oddly asked me, if our home's shutoff valve worked (fyi, located on the outside on the pipe, under the hose). In hindsight, he was probing to see if he could scam me. He then hooked up a meter, and claimed our shutoff valve was not working.  He said his company would charge $680, but then without missing a beat, he said he would do a ""side job"" for $450. That the shutoff valve needed to be fixed, before he could do a leak detection inside our home. He admitted the actual time for the shutoff valve repair was less than 30 minutes. And, I checked online, at home depot the part is $25.  Gerardo said, they don't charge by the hour.  Lol, says a scammer!  Note: I called another contractor, we'll call him contractor #2. He only looked at the municipal water meter, which confirms no active water was being used, when all faucets and appliances off. (He didn't even look at the homeowner shutoff valve, since not needed).  Then contractor #2 proceeded with the leak detection.

1 star because I cannot use 0 stars. Came out to replace a faucet. When I viewed the repair, I noticed they replaced it with Steel instead of Bronze which had been there before. I told the technician the color was wrong and he commented ""that if I want a different one I can go buy one myself."" I spoke with the office after the visit. They are refusing to replace a working faucet and want to charge to replace the faucet with the correct color they want to charge for another install. Would never work with this installer again.
