Unfortunately my building had a leak from one unit to another due to old piping. Our original plumber wasn't available so we called A1. They had to replace the piping and were able to thoroughly get the job done. These guys are definitely our new back up

I was referred to A1 by another plumbing company that was not able to help with a sink and faucet installation. I spoke with Ricardo at approximately 10:00am and he was very pleasant. What I appreciated most was how Ricardo allowed me to explain my plumbing situation and needs without interrupting like so many in the plumbing business tend to do. He listened, then asked questions, which resulted in an natural conversation where both parties benefited from the information exchanged. Equally important, Ricardo continued to explain that he would be able to provide same-day service and confirmed that Michael ""Mike"" would be my technician. He gave me some background information about Mike in terms of his experience, which I also appreciated. My appointment window was 3-5pm and I let Ricardo know that I would appreciate any and all efforts to have my technician arrive sooner.

At ~1:30pm, I receive a call from Mike, who lets me know that he will be on site in 30 - 45 minutes. Shortly after 2pm, Mike arrived at my home one hour early, which was great! Mike had shoe booties to preserve my wooden staircase and wore a facial mask upon request. After assessing my kitchen sink, piping, and garbage disposal, and began to get to work. One thing that I didn't anticipate was that the All-In-One Kohler Sink Kit that I purchased was slightly larger than my existing cut-out. However, this was not a problem at all for Mike to cut through my counter top to install my drop-in sink. By ~4:40pm Mike was essentially done with the installation. I had to run to the bank as Mike was shutting things down and he was kind and patient for my return. He did not call me to express any concerns when I was delayed (when he probably had cause to). Overall, I could not be more pleased with the job that Mike and Ricardo did to get me out of a difficult spot. I would happily refer any of my family and friends to A1 Copper Repipes!

My bathroom sinks were seriously clogged. The clogged sinks had me stressed!!! I had to wash my face and brush my teeth in the tub for weeks! Finally, I got fed up and demanded my husband to call a plumber. Within 2 days a professional plumber from A1 Copper Repipes came and unclogged them. In addition, he replaced angle stops. Now my sinks are cleared and flowing like normal. The service was professional and efficient. I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend A1 Copper Repipes and Plumbing Services. They get the job done!

I spoke with Ricardo in a desperate time of need. NO HOT WATER!!! I live in a condo and ""thought"" everything on the outside of my place was covered by the association. But you know how associations go; they are always full of crap. Anyway we found out our gas pipe was cracked and leaking gas near the meter. They shut it off and left it to us to deal with. I called so many different places till I was referred to A1. Shoat out to Jordan for the hook up. These guys were on it. I was so worried I'd be days without hot water, an oven, heat etc. A-1 had a guy out here in less then 24 hours to do the repair at a good price. Great scheduling experience it was super easy. Thanks to all the guys at A1 especially you Ricardo for saving the day!!

The price was reasonable for a whole house copper repipe and for a water filter system. the workers were reliable timely they did a great job they prepared the areas and cleaned up and the whole process from start to finish was quick!
