I am so happy I found A1 Best Plumbing. I had an urgent situation with a blockage in the main pipe. It was found to have roots in the main and we will call them back for this issue as well as any plumbing problems in the future. Vincent made it happen for Ron and Dominique to come and handle the problem. They were knowledgeable, diligent and very professional.

I am very disappointed in the service from this company. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. Our work that was done was never completed because the job was larger than anticipated-our main valve needed repairing but the tech had to go to another job. We had to pay him before we left. He said he or someone else would be back in the morning to finish the main water valve between 10-12. No one showed up and we had been without water more than 24 hrs. I called the tech and he said the owner was supposed to call us-but he didn't. He also said the owner refused the work because the job was ""a can of worms""-no call or anything to even tell us they refused the work. We had to call another plumber and they did the main valve no problem. When we turned the water back on, we noticed the cold water wasn't working at the kitchen sink due to a broken part where the A1 tech was working the day before. I called to have them come back out to finish the job but the owner refused to without charging us almost another $200. We will never give this company another cent and I will caution everyone I know to steer clear of them.

I had main line clogged in North Long Beach and of course everyone wants to charge a million dollars or arrive at 8am the following day. That's guys we're prompt and ready to knock it out. The were professional and to care of my situation professionally when others weren't able to. Definitely adding them to my vendors list. Thanks Ronald for going the extra mile in making sure everything was good.

Thank you A1 Best Plumbing for responding to my emergency call.
I had a hot water heater pipe burst. Vincent called Ronald and Dominic out ofter they had a late night early morning call the day before. Ronald and Dominic got to my house as soon as they could.
Ronald was the nicest gentleman I met in a long time, he was very polite and professional and got the job done. I highly recommend them.

This past Winter, our drains started slowing down and finally stopped draining. I called Vince and he had a team out that morning. Turns out that the pipes were too corroded to unplug and needed replacing. As we live on a slab home, this turned in to quite the project. By the end of the week, all the plugged pipes were fixed and in good working order. And the estimate was lower than I expected! Vince and A-1 Plumbing will always be our plumbers.

(I waited to write this as I wanted to test the pipes for a few weeks to see how they work. After five months, they are still working just fine and have no problems. They did a great job.)

This plumbing company was contacted to repair my kitchen sink drain / garbage disposal which was backing water up into my sink. The plumbing team of two responded promptly, and had good communication with me when they arrived. They wore appropriate protective gear as they began work on my drain. It was a more extensive plumbing job than I had anticipated but the team explained everything to me and worked quickly but thoroughly to resolve the issue. They were patient even as my nosey cat kept trying to get in the way of them working, which I appreciate. They successfully cleared my drain and explained to me the work that they had performed. I am completely satisfied with the work that they did, and the ease of service and I will use them again as well as recommend to others. Overall, a great experience working with this company.
