They were great! Other plumbers I've used charged $95 just to come out to my condo building downtown and with A-Z, they did not! They were on time, professional, and fixed my overflowing, constantly running toilet with no problem. As a landlord, I absolutely intend to use them again for ANY plumbing issues I encounter.

Great customer service! The only company to offer a free estimate and they fit me in the next day. Didn't know what to except with pricing and the amount of water damage so we'll have to budget the repair in but when we do I'll definitely be calling them to fix the issue.

Jim from A to Z plumbing did a fantastic job on our plumbing repair. Our tub drain was blocked and in trying to unblock it we accidentally loosened the drain from the tub resulting in water coming into our dining room ceiling. Jim came out first thing in the morning and repaired the leak and corrected the things contributing to the drainage problem. I highly recommend this company and Jim.

This plumbing service have Techs that needs more training. The Tech told me my drain ran out the back of my houseThen he said his machine was too short to snake the drain. After getting the sewage pool to drain in the garage he left. An hour later a pool of sewage rises up through my drain again. Call them and they couldn't come till the next day because another customer have an Emergency . I already paid you and sewage flooding my garage and this is not an emergency ? The next day the guy shows up with a longer snake machine but couldn't clear it because the drain had collapsed 15 ft from the drain and it would cost a little over $4000. to fix it. I gave three stars because the owner Rachel contact me everyday to assure me they will make it right. She finally sent one of the Superviser. Dave I think, very knowledgeable and professional Gentleman. He snake my drain and educated me on causes. Drain have done well since. Will I use them again? Yes because I know if I am not satisfied Racheal will stay with you until you are. Next time I will ask for Dave.

Best plumbing service we have had. Michael came to our house and replaced two not-fully functioning toilets, two corroded/broken flanges, and helped re-do the broken basement laundry tub sink. He also replaced old water shut off knobs that were frozen in place and unable to be moved unless you're the Hulk. Great guy, great customer service. We highly recommend using A-Z Plumbing. They send knowledgeable, motivated, and helpful plumbers.

Jim is the absolute best! He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I had a clogged bathroom sink and tub, the drains were all running to the same system so it was multiple problems. Jim snaked both drains and even checked my drain to the sewer line. He gave great advice on a few issues I couldn't fix at the time so will be calling him back to fix those as well. I felt like he went above and beyond the call to fix the problem.
I just moved back to Ohio from being in the military, and I will be an A to Z Plumbing customer for life! Thanks for your help Jim! Hope your mother gets better!

I contacted A-Z Plumbing via Yelp. I received a response and an offer to send a technician out for a free estimate. I decided to have two plumbing fixtures replaced. For the estimate visit and on the day of service, I received a call advising when the technician would arrive. Both occasions, the technician, Pete arrived as stated. He explained with detail the actions he needed to take to make the repairs and kept me informed as he made progress. Once the work was completed, Pete reviewed the job with me and asked if I had any questions. He cleaned the work areas and did not leave a mess. I am very pleased with the work done and will do business with them again!

Placed a call and had an appointment set up. Next day, they were trying to change it around on me. Nevertheless, the guy came out. I told him what was going on, and he didn't even want to pull the toilet off to start there. It was a automatically going to be OVER A $1,000. HE CLAIMED THERE ARE LEAD PIPES THAT ""CORRODE"". Our house was built in the 70's, hence there are NO lead pipes. I thought for a few minutes and when he came back in, I declined. Later in the day, I got a call and they wanted to know when I would be setting up the appointment. HA!! I went elsewhere and it WAS EXACTLY what I suggested. The wax ring on my toilet. There was water underneath there. To not even go on about this, the man I hired had it done under an hour, was honest, neat and quick. PROBLEM SOLVED. I was going to be ripped off!!!!! Avoid this place. Luckily, I picked up on it. Automatically wanted to cut into the walls, replace pipes, etc.... Thankfully I did not and I am glad how it turned out!!
It was a classic case of taking ME for as much as they could. I was upset when they left. The guy didn't even want to check the toilet first. EVERY plumber I called gave me that advice as being the first diagnostic THEY would do. Everyone was busy and could not come. So I called A-Z. But after the way he diagnosed the issue, I declined and called someone else. They just came today. Under a 100 bucks it cost me!!! Twenty flushes and not a leak!! Thanks for TRYING to make money off me. I did not fall for it! I will never understand how people can run a company and a racket. My view will hopefully be an eye opener for people.

Called for service a leak and running toilet.. the leak was fixed but the part placed in the toilet was defective. We called for service a and were informed that the part was not under warranty after only three months of use.
