Stay away. !! They are scammers who work with (AHS). The worst repair company and very rude people run this company They caused damages and they put fake reports in for their own benefit

Stay away from this company! They came out to diagnose something and left breaking our furnace!

Roman (I think was his name) did an awesome job. Diagnosed problem in 2 mins and had fixed in 10 minutes. Also a very nice gentleman! Would use again.

This company was assigned by my home warranty to change my AC unit and check my heater as it shuts off after 15min. The AC unit was replaced, however during the time from the initial visit to the time it was actually replaced, I would call to request updates; the lady that answers the phone was not very helpful. The majority of the time her response would be ""I don't know""; rather then let me find out or I will have someone contact you.
After the AC installation was completed about 2 weeks later the condensation was flowing thru the emergency drain. I called them to have them check it. The lady that answers the phone rather then having someone call me about it told me I had to call my home warranty, which I did.
The home warranty contacted them, they called me and an appointment was set up. The appointment was set up between 11am and 4pm. At the last minute I had to change my phone number, I called the day before the appointment at about 3:50pm and left a voicemail. On the morning of the appointment day, I called and spoke to this same lady. I explained to her the old number was no longer valid, gave her my new contact number.
Thru out the day I called to check on the eta of the technician, her answer was ""they will show up between 11am and 4pm, they will call 30min before they show up"". At 3:45ish I call to let her know no one has called, she informs me that they are running behind as they got delayed, blah blah blah, but that someone would show up. Of course I ask for an eta, her reply "" I don't know, but someone will show up"", she said she couldn't call them because they were on another job.
No one shows up, I get ahold of the manager. He apologizes, tells me that they called the old number as they never received the updated number from the lady. He says he can come out that same Saturday, but I told him I wasn't available. The appointment would have to be Monday in the AM, he says ok and that he would speak with the lady that sets up the appointments.
When I speak with her she says ok to set up the appointment for Monday between 10am and 2pm.
I reject and teller it has to be between before 12pm, she says ok ""Monday between 8am and 12pm"". I repeat the appointment day and time to confirm and ask her to call me if there are any changes, she says ""ok"".
On Monday, the day of the new appointment I call around 9am to confirm all is good and to request an eta. The same lady answers the phone asks for address, she tell me all is good that I am the 2nd job on the schedule. Then she tells me No, you are scheduled for next Monday. WHAT?!!! Of course I disagree with her, I tell I am not available next Monday, why would I schedule an appointment?? Her response was ""how should I know"". She continues to argue, I hang up.
Maybe if I had hired directly the customer service would have been good, but it was done thru my home warranty.
The actual tech that came out to do the replacing of the AC unit, I believe his name was Anthony, was great. He was super friendly and explained everything.
I can not say the same about the lady answering the phone.

Needed help with my hot water heater that stopped working and Unimasters installed 2021. I gave up after 28 tries calling and busy signal. Called someone else.

I had to use them because my Whirlpool washer was under warranty. Two service calls and not fixed. I think Whirlpool has quit using them

Horrible service. Didn't do anything to repair my freezer. Scraped off the ice that was growing up the wall and when I asked why that was happening his answer was it just happens. I said no it doesn't not own a 3-month-old unit. I would never have these people to my home again.

Horrible repair company! Had to use them to repair our refrigerator cuz it was under warranty and that's who Whirlpool uses in our area! They only come out to our area 1 day/week (Wednesdays) which is so inconvenient. Come to find out, they aren't even an appliance repair company! Sounds like they specialize in plumbing/water heaters and AC/heating units! No wonder our technician knew nothing!!
Eugene didn't know what the issue was from the first appointment. He guessed at what it could be and took our refrigerator apart on 2 separate occasions. The first time he replaced a sensor that didn't fix it. The next appointment he said he didn't know what it was but would order some parts. How do you fix something with ""parts"" if you don't know what is wrong with the refrigerator?! After 3 failed visits we were fed up and decided to pay out of pocket for an actual appliance repairman who knew exactly what it was and had the issue fixed in minutes!
Eugene got into a disagreement with me at one appointment and blamed the issue on the fact that we had just replaced the water filter with a non-branded one even though the issue had existed for months...well before we replaced the filter. He even tried to say it was a different problem than before. l believe so it wouldn't be under our original claim to Whirlpool since our 1 year warranty had expired.
Don't waste your time hiring this company. They barely speak English and are hard to communicate with. Furthermore they can be extremely rude!

Whirlpool sent this company out to fix my fridge. The person came out on 3/16/23 and said he could not fix it but that someone else in the company could and that I would be getting a call from that person. I never heard from them again and every time I tried to call their number I got a busy tone. I just called Whirlpool today on 4/27, they were somehow able to get through to Unimasters who told them that they aren't able to fix my fridge. Instead of calling to tell me that they just ghosted me. I still had to pay for the person to come out to tell me he can't fix my fridge. I don't know why a plumber would be sent to fix a fridge anyway. I want to request reimbursement but can't get ahold of the company.

This is the second plumber my Home Warranty recommended (with a sub standard Yelp rating). I never was contacted by them and was then referred to another plumber (with a 1.5 star Yelp rating).
