Felicia and her team are rockstars. They're always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my home is safe (and dry). It's pretty unbelievable that their head dispatcher is a plumber as well! They're my plumbing company of choice and always my first call.

I would be leary of this plumbing company. Their plumber came to repair a leaking toilet. When he discovered the tank was leaking, he called my home warranty company and told them it wasn't caused by 'normal wear and tear'...??? I think that's their code for the home warranty company to not cover the repair. A porcelain toilet tank leaks from the inside bottom corner, plumber states it could be a bad porcelain pour, but he said it's not normal wear and tear. .?? He went to get a new tank and came back with a whole new toilet. After I spoke with my home warranty company and found they wanted a second opinion before covering the replacement, I told the plumber I didn't want the toilet installed. He quickly offered to replace for less money than he originally quoted the warrant company. He certainly removed the original toilet quickly while I was on the phone with warranty company..and then said he would put it back but not hook it back up if I didn't want th new toilet. Not a good way of doing business. I think their goal is to get in the house, state the problem is 'not normal wear and tear', then try and charge customer for the repair instead of having the warranty company cover it.

Ernie was great! He found and fixed the problem with my hot water heater right away. Had all of the parts on hand so it was back up and running in less than an hour! Very professional, courteous, and couldn't have asked for better service.

A-Total Plumbing was sent out to our home by our home warranty company to repair a leak under our kitchen sink. They contacted us within a few hours and set up the appointment, and were right on time for it. To repair the leak, the repairman tightened the seal around the garbage disposal but then determined that it was actually the result of an existing crack in the bottom of our sink, which was made of granite. Unfortunately, before we could get the crack addressed, somehow, he pulled off the granite front of our sink. Although we thought this was going to be a disaster, he and his boss Richard arranged for an excellant stone repairman to come out the next day, and he was able to repair the front of the sink as well as the crack in the bottom of the sink, at no further cost to us. As a result, our sink is now better than before, and we are happy with the result. All involved followed through and resolved our issues. They seem to be honest and caring business-people.

Steve was our technician and came out as part of our 2-10 Home Warranty. He explored the issue, replaced some worn parts, and discovered the problem and fixed it. All I had to pay was the Home Warranty service call charge. I would definitely use Steve again!

Caught SCAMMING Homeowners !!! It seems I'm having the same problem that some of the other customers that have dealt with this company before. May 4th 2017 they arrived at my home and stated that I needed a new water heater and expansion tank. They contacted my home warranty and told them the same. The warranty company made sure the water heater was available the same day. The plumbing company told me that I had to pay for the expansion tank, which I was OK with me, I just asked for an invoice to know what I am paying for. On May 12, I call the plumbing company since they have not contacted me or arrive to fix the problem. I spoke with Robin who was more than helpful, she said she would look into it. She stated that the universe was marked as completed. Strange that no repair has actually been completed as of yet. After my conversation with Robin, my warranty company received another phone call from this plumbing company stating that the item that needs replacing and is now a valve, not the water heater. Supposedly, this valve is not even covered. But why would a diagnosis for the technician change eight days later after everything was ordered and ready to go eight days prior? Robin did tell me that answer without knowing it, they have not gotten paid from the warranty company as of yet. So they want me to go ahead and pay for a repair that may or may not even be necessary, since they have not gotten paid from the warranty company. Today I spoke with Felicia the owner who was rude and just told me that her technician had notes that the valve and not the water heater needed replacing. I asked her about the prior diagnosis for when the technician was actually at my home, before changing his diagnosis immediately after me making a phone call on May 12th and she would not discuss it. This is simply a case of a plumbing company trying to use home warranties to get into someone's house to get you to pay for something that may or may not be broken. They did a good job of chasing down the wallet, not the problem. I don't trust these people. And I advise anyone under these circumstances to stay away.
