Incredible team! A-Total repiped our entire home because our copper was pitted and leaking. From start to finish they provided incredible service. Very contscientious and well thought out prepping, courteous, professional, wonderful work, and made sure our home was cleaned up afterward. Thank you to Brad, Brandon, Dylan, John, John, Tanayce, and Kenneth, you made a very stressful situation a pleasant experience....well, as pleasant as a total repipe can be. Thank you!

[Professionalism] Plumber assessed our water heater and help us know that seller upgrade and installation of unit was professionally done and no concern for leaks or malfunctions

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ARTIST COMPANY!!! We had them come out to our home to look at our water heater (they were sent out by our warranty company HSA). They told us the charges not covered by the warranty included pulling the permit ($150), the expansion tank ($227) and replumbing a few pipes ($501). We called the county and the county said the cost of a permit is $20 (NOT $150), according to our estimate from Lowes Contracting Services, the expansion tank is $45 (NOT $227) amd the cost of the replumbing would be $300 inclusive of parts and labor- NOT $501. When I called and spoke to the manager, Chad, the costs of $150 and $227 were inclusive of labor, even though we were being charged $501 for labor, separately. He then tried to tell me it was like having a steakhouse charge you $40 for a $4 steak- this is a ridiculous analogy. If his statement were true, the permit should have been $20, the expansion tank $45, and the labor cost would have been included in the $501- instead they are charging labor twice. This is ON TOP of what our warranty company is paying them to install the water heater. After reading the reviews, it is obvious that this company has a history of overcharging their customers. Our total estimate from Lowes was $435 (plus the cost of the water heater ) for the same work A-Total Services wants to charge us $878.00 for.

They were great! I had my water heater bust all over the basement, and they got me a new water heater the SAME DAY they came! In addition, I was working with a Home warranty company (which usually takes forever), and they made sure the water heater was ordered, so they could go pick it up right away.. Extremely Professional technician, overall great experience.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service I received today when calling A-Total Plumbing. I called to follow up on a warranty claim that was assigned to them. To be fair - I had talked to Parker on two other occasions and had received service from Thuy prior to today. Both were pleasant experience. I cannot remember the name of the person I spoke with today, but she identified herself as both the manager and the owner. I couldn't verify that information on their website, because there isn't any info identifying the managers or owners. I called (a third time) to verify that they received the ticket. She said they had not. I communicated that the warranty people said to call them directly to receive the info. She told me that she could not do that. That is when I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could. She said she was the manager and that she """"didn't have time"""" to sit on the phone with the warranty company. I then offered to call the warranty company on three-way because, as I indicated to her, they both were saying that it was a glitch on the other person's end, and I being in the middle couldn't solve that without them talking directly. I don't know if she was overwhelmed or just having a bad day, but this woman became hostile, told me that they don't get paid enough to sit on the phone, that warranty jobs don't get paid enough to even go through all the trouble. This is really unfortunate because, as I said, I had pleasant experiences with Parker and Thuy prior to being on the phone with this manager/owner. When Thuy came out to fix the first issue, he was pleasant and kind. When I spoke to Parker on the phone a few days prior, he was the one who helped me name the second issue that needs fixing and told me to file a second claim. I really do hope that the manager/owner was just having a bad day (it happens to us all) because she really did not care at all about customer service. And a tip: if you """"dont have time"""" and don't """"make enough"""" to go through the trouble of working with warranty companies, then perhaps don't take service contracts with warranty companies.

I called this company, provided them with extreme detail on what service was needed (replacement of a hot water heater), and I blocked out two days on my very busy work schedule to be able to meet them to replace this. They came to my house, inspected the problem, left to make a quote, and came back only to say that their """"insurance did not cover them to work above the 3rd floor"""". I understand this completely -- what I don't understand is that I took 2 days off of work, they had my address, unit number and problem -- and now I'm left right where I was before. With no hot water. For a company that has such outstanding reviews, I have never had such a poor experience. This is something that I should have been alerted to PRIOR to scheduling the appointment

The plumber was timely, professional, and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to fix my problem in less than 45 minutes. My water heater expansion tank had a leak, he had one in the truck installed it and waited to check for leaks. Great customer service. Even the lady I talked to when scheduling my appointment was nice and knowledgeable.

I employed A-Total Plumbing to install a freestanding tub and faucet. They charged me $850 for the work. After coming out twice, the work was still not done and I ended up paying another company half the price to reinstalling the same tub. After A-Total Plumbing installed the tub, it was sitting off the floor with no silicone or glue at the base. When I asked why was that and that I was afraid the tub flip over with me in it, they said it was because of the type of tub and there was no way to sit the tub close to the floor because the legs wouldn't allow it. After arguing with the two guys doing the install for sometime, they placed silicone on the legs of the tub instead of around the entire tub. Several weeks later the tub began to move. I called them back out and explained again that they needed to lower the tub and place silicone around the entire based of the tub however they continued to tell me that there was no way for them to do that because the tub's legs could not be lowered. They even gave me an impossible story that lowering the legs would cause the tub to break. Several months later the tub snapped off, flooding my bathroom with water. I had to pay another company another $500 to properly install the tub. I believe what happened was, they had forgotten to measure and lower the tub to the floor prior to installing the tub. They did not want to uninstall the tub from he pipes to go back and lower the tub. Although these guys were nice, I can't recommend their work.

Ernie was great! He found and fixed the problem with my hot water heater right away. Had all of the parts on hand so it was back up and running in less than an hour! Very professional, courteous, and couldn't have asked for better service.

Guy are really nice and cordial but way to expensive . Job consisting of installing two ball valves two 90degree Drop ear fittings and two hose bibs for a total cost of 726.90 is way over priced in my book . The fact that it is a flat price with no breakdown of parts and labor is even more wrong . I am sorry but I can not recommend this company . Update Spoke with Jake this young man really does care about his company and I wish him much success in speaking with him we addressed the charges and my concerns . I must admit not to many owner or owner representatives reach out to address the concerns of the client ,and for that I rose their status to three stars . Thought at this moment I cannot recommend the company due to cost . I do hope it will not be cost prohibitive in the future . They are a very respectful bunch .
