I have used A to Z as my go to plumber for years. I have been lucky and not had to call them much over the last few years. I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called them up. They fixed the leak in a timely and economical matter. Miguel who showed up was covid compliant, did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I had another plumber show up prior to A-Z and they were more than double the price.

A to Z plumbing is my go to for all plumbing issues. I recently had them come out to assist with a clogged shower drain. The receptionist was very positive, upbeat and professional and was able to get me scheduled next day. Hector, the plumber who showed up to fix my shower, was super friendly and professional and fixed the drain clog quickly.

Do not use this company!! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with A to Z's costumer service. The men that came to service my water heater lacked in good communication. I was so confused when they left my house and I no idea what had happened. Apparently, they had fixed something, but it included needing to cut into the ceiling for the repair. No communication happened. They had told me someone would call with an invoice. That never happen. When I called to speak with someone about my service, they only said I'm sorry and that their employee was one of their best. No remediation was offered. No options. Now I am still stuck with my original problem and a hole in my ceiling to fix myself. Now it makes sense that they don't fix dry wall holes. My frustration and disappointment would have been avoided if there was more communication involved. I am even more upset after I called them to receive some clarification on what had happened, I was still met with poor customer service. Good communication and customer service go a long way.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful family-owned business. They've been coming to our house for 20 years. Omar, our usual technician could be the nicest guy in North America. Janet is the owner and takes personal care in every job. No, they don't have any razzle-dazzle commercials on TV like the big guys - but they are the best ever. Do not even THINK about calling another company. You'll see why we've been calling them for over 2 decades.

I needed to have a gas line rerouted. I was impressed with the reviews for A to Z Plumbing that I saw in Yelp, so gave them a call. Bryon came out and did the work. He did a great job, was very friendly and professional and completed the job quickly. I was completely satisfied with A to Z Plumbing. I'll definitely call them again when I need plumbing help.
