Responded quick to my message about needing my water heater checked because of a noise... showed up quickly to check what was wrong explained in detail what caused the water heater to make noise and checked other valves for leaks. I needed my sinks unclogged, contacted these guys on Yelp and heard back in less than an hour. They came out the next day and unclogged my drains for a reasonable price. They explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Gave me a 90 day warranty even though my plumbing is old. A company that guarantees their work is always a good thing. Will use again in future. Call these guys or message them on Yelp if you're in the Coachella Valley or Morongo Basin.

We had a plumbing emergency when our shower began leaking through the ceiling of our downstairs neighbor. I looked around and called A-Team because they seemed pretty legit. They arrived within a few hours and tackled the issue, which was fairly complicated, due to the layout of our condo's plumbing.

The issue seemed to be fixed, but within 72 hours, our neighbor reported that the leak was worse than ever - gushing through her ceiling. It turns out that A-Team's fix didn't hold for whatever reason, so I called them and explained that I'd either like a refund or for them to repair the issue again. Within 24 hours, A-Team had come back and thoroughly re-repaired the pipes, and now everything is wonderful.

I know it's not easy when customers have issues like the one we had, but the A-Team guys stayed cool-headed throughout the twists and turns. I'm impressed with their work and attitude. They charged a fair price, too, for a last-minute repair.

He showed and explain to me in detail all the work he did and what the drain looks like now. All the blockage is gone.

We have been dealing with a sewer smell coming into our bathroom off and on for years. (Don't laugh) Had several plumbers out to deal with the problem. The toilet wasn't set right onto the drain so they just put two wax rings on and said it was fixed. As time goes by and summer passes the wax rings must melt and sewer gasses leak into the house. I messaged Marcos at A-Team Drains and he responded right away. Came to my house, took the toilet off the drain, used a camera to make sure the pipes were open and fixed the connection to the toilet properly with a flange. He was neat and clean and even wore paper booties on my white tile floor. Marcos is a total professional. I recommend him highly.
