They quoted me $1,100 to unclog 5 outdoor drains. I asked him how much I would have to pay if he could not unclog them and he said $375. I said go ahead and he was only able to unclog 1 of the 5 drains and he tried to charge me $725. When I objected he reduced it to $675. I should have refused but I was so upset I just wanted him off my propert so I paid $675. Do not use A-team drains!

Note their response does not address the price change. They quoted $375 if they could not clear them and they could not clear them. Period. I should not have been charged more than $375.

This company is outstanding. Our kitchen drain was clogged with water spilling onto our outside patio. We feared disaster. A-Team managed to squeeze us in that evening, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a cost far less than we anticipated. The plumbers were friendly, skilled, and got the job done. Go A-Team!

I recently used A Teams to fix two leaks, one inside and one outside with my irrigation.
Marcos and his colleague showed up on time and worked together as a team to diagnose the problem. Initially i thought it was a slab leak as the water surfaced under my kitchen floor. Through a systematic approach, they isolated the kitchen to a small yet continuous leak from my refrigerator. In making sure the meter stopped, they discovered a small drip where my outside hose was located. It took 30 minutes to diagnose. The colleague left to get parts returned and fixed it taking approximately 40 minutes.
I live primarily in S. orange county and something like this would cost me around $500. The cost to replace two valves, diagnosis, and a tiny pipe was around $800. I thought it was a tad pricey ?

Had frequent toilet clogs, like 2 in one month and figured it's time to repair instead of doing another snake clean out. I got ripped off by Roto Rooter, they charged $800 vs $300 that local mom and pop plumbers charged. Roto rooter also did not care about my property and ruined my floors-- so I can instantly tell from A Team Drains they did things SO MUCH differently, they avoided damaging my property with respect and patience in explaining things to me, which I greatly appreciated

Called a few plumbers and A Team drains were responsive, honest, and knowledgeable in what was wrong with my plumbing system-- they're very respectful of the property, keeping it clean, things done properly, and minimally intrusive getting into the sewerline which was important to me

They gave me a few options of repair and documented everything with photos so that I'm able to know what's going on even if I was not physically at the property.

I'll happily recommend A Team Drains and wish I found them sooner!

Marcos and Emmanuel installed a non-salt water softener for us. Marcos is a licensed plumber with 16 years experience. Our water source is on one side of the and the garage and water heater are on the opposite end. After going over what he would have to do, he came up with an easier and cheaper solution, and it didn't involve sticking an ugly tank in front of the house like some of my neighbors have. His estimate came in right in the middle of the other two. They also installed a water supply line for our new fridge without tearing into our new upper cabinet like others said they would have to do. I would use him again!

I will definitely use A-TEAM DRAINS in the future. I called their office and Sylvia called me back within 5 minutes. I explained my tubs were not draining properly. Marcos came out accessed the situation and recommended new ""pop ups"" for both tubs. He came back next day with his partner Emmanuel and they replaced them and now they are working fine. They also helped me replace a toilet seat cover (at no charge). Both were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and like i said i will be using them for any future work I may need. THANKS AGAIN MARCOS!
