They came out as scheduled and cleaned the calcium out of my shower drain. I was hoping they could send a camera down but it couldn't get around the P trap. $385 for less than 90 minutes. It is what it is. Plumbers don't come cheap but nice gentlemen and fixed the problem.

If you want an honest assessment of this business, this is for you. I'm a military veteran, so integrity means everything to me... be on time, be reasonable with your estimate, and complete the task to the best of your ability... A-Team Drains exceeded these expectations. I had received 2 prior estimates for a broken water main and had a 4th scheduled after this one... I canceled the 4th after meeting with Marcus and receiving his breakdown of what was involved and his estimate. The estimate was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the previous 2... and I want to emphasize SIGNIFICANTLY. Marcus and his fellow team member Emanuel (my apologies if I spelled that wrong, he deserves absolute recognition) worked in the excessive heat nearly non stop to complete the task in the evening and successfully restored water to our home.
No one likes to have major issues with their plumbing, but I am confident in the repairs which were made, and absolutely will save their number for any future needs or recommendation requests by other neighbors.

I had A-Team Drains come out to my vacation rental to quote the plumbing needed for an outdoor shower.. but during their visit they found an active leak under the house. I looked at Yelp for a five star plumbing business. Believe me what I say that Yelp ratings really mean something. Marcos replied to my request for service and scheduled me the very next day. He and a helper showed up on time, and opened my shower drain and flushed it in minutes. He also replaced the flushing mechanism in a toilet. The best part of this is that he guarantees his work for years! He supplied me with pictures of his work and walked me through the repairs he did so that I could see and understand what I was paying for. Their prices are reasonable, unlike a previous plumbing company that ripped me off (I'm a senior citizen so shame on them) for a minor plumbing issue. I strongly suggest you rely on Yelp ratings, as I did when I called A-Team Drains.

Marcos was very responsive and very professional to deal with. We had a clogged main sewer drain at our vacation property in Palm Springs, CA that needed repair and re-lining. Marcos inspected the drain and provided us with several repair options at various price points. He provided a fare quote and did not apply any high-pressure sales tactics which I appreciated.
