Adam was great! Our sink started spraying everywhere and he communicated so well and was able to come out right away. He kept us posted and replaced the faucet at a reasonable price. I will certainly use his company again!
Also I have previously used Bear valley Plumbing Heating and Air and they were horrible. They demanded we be there for the service and tried to upsell everything. AR Joens had a completely different service position! Use these guys!!

Let me tell you about Adam AKA A R Joens Plumbing. First, know that this review is currently about his response, communication, and inspection, we haven't had the work done yet (because Adam is honest)!!

So, I had a guest staying at my cabin. Guest reported 'no hot water', to me, that's no acceptable, especially during winter. I called BV Plumbing first, I was told they could come urgently in 4 DAYS , tho they were very nice about it. I then called Adam, he said he was swamped, but would check on the issue on his way home!! WOW!! I respect a family man's time, so when guest reported some hot water finally arrived, I asked him to wait until morning, so he could go home!

Adam arrived as promise, very polite and pleasant to work with. He let me know the guest was 'probably not 100% honest':(. My water heater needs to be replaced in the pretty near future, but not on an emergancy basis!

I recommend that you call Adam when you have an issue and I'll be sure to update this as soon as we get the work under way!

Adam is amazing. I received a notice from the city that there was a leak underground. I called Adam on a Saturday and he called me back immediately the same day. He came out to look at our pipe on Monday afternoon and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Seems the repair work we had done last year was not done correctly and he was able to correct it with minimal cost. Since we don't live in Big Bear permanently, Adam sent videos and pictures of the repair work. He was prompt, thorough and honest. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs. It's great to have a go to plumber you can trust, especially when taking care of a vacation home. Thank you Adam!

I utilized this company to replace a stop/waste valve in front of the cabin. They were professional, punctual, honest and pleasant. The final product works as expected and the cost was reasonable and as-quoted even though the work involved digging a deeper hole than expected and doing a little extra work inside. No problems, complaining or scamming. I will use this plumbing business again.

Great, honest, trustworthy, and fair plumber. On time, or calls if running a little late. Nice guy. We have had Adam do multiple jobs at our house in Lake William's, and would use him again in a heartbeat if we hadn't moved out of state.
