We had a stop waste valve break apart due to age and needed a fix ASAP. Adam Joens came out that same week and completed the job that day. We had a hose bib removed and a new stop waste valve and regulator installed. Our water pressure was at 150psi which I suspect was the reason for some of our plumbing issues in the past couple years. It now flows very nicely. He was clean and even laid a tarp for the dirt he removed. Very upfront about pricing which was my favorite part about working with him. Answered all of our questions very quickly. We've used many other plumbers including the biggest one in town and Adam was by far the best. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks again Adam!

AMAZING! Found Adam on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Great communication via phone and text. Came on time to our appointment. Very professional and straight to the point! He installed a new water heater, with all up to date fittings, and everything to Code. He also installed a new quarter valve gas shut off for my dryer. He went above and beyond to hook up the dryer and to make sure it's properly vented. He also hooked up my washer and made sure the water was properly draining! He gave me some tips on winterizing. Amazing customer service! Found my go to plumber! Thank you Adam!

My boyfriend and I came back up to our Big Bear cabin this Sunday to a clogged main sewer line. (Insert total freak out here.) Amidst my panicking, I found Adam on Yelp and I'm so glad I did!

He was at my house within the hour even though it was Sunday night and he spent an hour snaking the sewer line in the dark and freezing cold. When he couldn't get it clear, he promised to come back the next morning, first thing with heavier equipment. And just like he said, Adam was at our door at 8:20AM. He cleared the line, gave us some good maintenance tips, and we're back to having working plumbing.

Look no further! Adam is the guy for your plumbing needs. He is prompt, informative, and quoted a great price for job.

We had an access door on the side of the cabin that blew off. It was the door to get to the electrical for a jet tub. With the frigid cold weather, and wind blowing right into the access hole, we had a pipe burst, and water flowing full force under the tub into the basement. Of course this happened on a Sunday, and while we had company.

I called several plumbers in the Big Bear area. Most didn't even call back. But even after 3pm on a Sunday, Adam called. He came out to assess the issue, provide suggestions, and gave a quote. Instead of taking out the tub and all the decorative rock surrounding it, we opted to cut into the back side of the house via the deck, which is closest to the pipes for the jet tub, and install a new large access door there.

It was late on Sunday, so Adam purchased a new access door the next day (and even painted it to match our siding!), then came early the next morning to fix the pipe and install the new door. He showed us the pipe work, verified there were no more leaks, and even caulked around the new door. The whole time Adam was super pleasant. He even hauled away the siding debris cut out of the house. And he was true to his quote.

I'm sure we will need a plumber again in the future, and when that happens, Adam will be the first person we call. Thank you Adam!

Wow!!! What amazing customer service from Adam! We had a sewer back up in a rental property in Big Bear Christmas Eve and he came right out to help. Turned out to be something with the City in the street and he met the inspector Christmas morning and then followed up with us several times to make sure it was getting taken care of. He really cares and wants to make sure everything works out. Amazing.
