Amazing. That is all I can say. Ray was able to make it out to our house on Super Bowl Sunday and quickly fix the a broken water pipe leading into our house. Quick to respond and very professional. Ray even had to put up with a bunch of dumb questions asked by yours truly. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency issue with the a clogged toilet. They responded within 10 minutes and arrived within an hour. Fixed the problem, cost was responsible, And they advised me that I needed a new toilet without trying to sell it to me. These guys are a class act

I want to recommend this plumber. He was able to come and install what I needed and not what I didn't need. Overall great work. What I liked best is that he was able to determine issues I've had with plumbing for months. I have had several plumbers tell me what they could not nor could they solve my problems. I called this company because they had good reviews but they must have paid people to write good reviews about them because i have no idea how they could even get a good review...i had a simple leak from a pipe when turning on the shower and the guy who answered said they can't help me. What kind of plumbers are these people? I definitely don't recommend this company. The guy sounded so lazy. Such a sleezy company. Sad excuse for a plumber. Update- this goofy ass fool Just called me back asking if i wrote a bad review. YES i did. And then he had the nerve to get mad and try an curse me out what kind of business is this‍.

Terrible customer service. At the onset of the call, I asked if the company performs Mold remediation and was answered """"Yes"""". The owner asked what I needed and said that he cannot help. I asked what kind of mold remediation services do you provide and it was answered with """"Are you hard of hearing""""... acting like a """"F"""" kid. If this is the response for an inquiry, you best believe there is no good service. This is the from the Owner...Stay AWAY!!!!!

I called them to schedule an appointment. He was rude from the beginning. When i asked him how he is going to fix the plumbing, he got upset and hung up. I am so glad he was rude from the beginning. I hate to be the one to find out during the job. There are plenty of good plumbers around. avoid this one. Update: Minutes after my posting, he texted me and told me to """"fxxx myself"""". Please, stop texting me. If you don't want negative reviews, you should treat your customers better. It is very simple.

My kitchen double sink had a slow drain for a week or so and after spending almost $40 on drain cleaners and breaking the handle on a plunger, a small puncture hole appeared in the metal pipe underneath the sink and there was no other option but to call a plumber. I came to Yelp to to find someone. I'm so uninterested in home repairs and knew Yelp would steer me to the right plumber I received a quote in about 10 minutes with a cost I felt reasonable and since is Black History Month and black America is prompting us to support black owned business, I went with this company. It helped also that he was able to come within two hours. Of course as with any and all home repair professionals, once he actually got to my home, the price quoted increased after his initial inspection by $330. I don't feel like he upped the price unnecessarily but the end root of the issue was more complicated than a backed up sink. I also asked him to install a kitchen faucet. He quoted his price for that and I found someone on Groupon for $40 cheaper so I'd say his pricing on that meets the industry norm since I'm sure the Groupon price is heavily discounted. In the end I didn't want to spend the extra $330 so I asked him to put the sink back together and just make it usable again. He did and it is. I found him to be professional and I'd go as far to say an honest plumber. Give him a try. I got some quotes for the work he told me would ultimately need to be done and the price he quoted me was $60-110 cheaper than what the larger plumbing companies quoted.

Called with urgent problem, needed to install Toto Washlet and removed one stripped expansion bolt. I couldn't get the other out. Plumber texted me an estimate and I agreed to waited two days. When he arrived, he didn't even try to remove the expansion bolt. He tripled the price. He went out to his truck and drove away. After fifteen minutes I called and he said, """"Oh, I thought you didn't want the service."""" Again, he didn't even pick up a screwdriver to try to loosen the bolt. Looks like bait and switch to me and I have the texts to prove it. If you look at the 1 star reviews below, you'll see this is a pattern. Let the buyer beware and have a backup plan.
