This guy was the most unprofessional person I have done business with. I had to go purchase my water heater. He quoted one price to install the water heater. After removing the old unit, I was informed that an additional $225 would be required to complete the installation. He was displaying frustration with having to route the tubing to the new unit which I assumed was part of the initial installation quote. Don't waste your time and money on this company. He didn't take the old unit when the job was done!

My tenant informed me, there was a small leak in water heater tank, I called A Plus Priority Plumbing because in YELP it had very good reviews. I was charged $495.00 to replace a valve that costs $20 in Home depot and 5 minutes of work. I asked plumber to send me pics of new valve, and Honestly I don't even think he replaced. I don't recommend this company, lack of Honesty.

Responded faster than any of the major emergency plumbing companies. Came out on a Sunday morning and fixed a broken external main water pipe. They saved us from having to stay at a hotel. Quick and professional. I can't recommend this plumber enough!! Thank you!

Amazing. That is all I can say. Ray was able to make it out to our house on Super Bowl Sunday and quickly fix the a broken water pipe leading into our house. Quick to respond and very professional. Ray even had to put up with a bunch of dumb questions asked by yours truly. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency issue with the a clogged toilet. They responded within 10 minutes and arrived within an hour. Fixed the problem, cost was responsible, And they advised me that I needed a new toilet without trying to sell it to me. These guys are a class act

I want to recommend this plumber. He was able to come and install what I needed and not what I didn't need. Overall great work. What I liked best is that he was able to determine issues I've had with plumbing for months. I have had several plumbers tell me what they could not nor could they solve my problems. A Plus Plumbing did! I highly recommend this company. I'll be using again and recommending to my neighbors.

I called this company because they had good reviews but they must have paid people to write good reviews about them because i have no idea how they could even get a good review...i had a simple leak from a pipe when turning on the shower and the guy who answered said they can't help me. What kind of plumbers are these people? I definitely don't recommend this company. The guy sounded so lazy. Such a sleezy company. Sad excuse for a plumber. Update- this goofy ass fool Just called me back asking if i wrote a bad review. YES i did. And then he had the nerve to get mad and try an curse me out what kind of business is this‍.

Terrible customer service. At the onset of the call, I asked if the company performs Mold remediation and was answered """"Yes"""". The owner asked what I needed and said that he cannot help. I asked what kind of mold remediation services do you provide and it was answered with """"Are you hard of hearing""""... acting like a """"F"""" kid. If this is the response for an inquiry, you best believe there is no good service. This is the from the Owner...Stay AWAY!!!!!
