This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a plumbing company. Home insurance sent this plumber to us for a water heater issue. Told the scheduler that we also had the gas company coming out and she refused to make us an appt. (Our home insurance recommended this to us to save us the $65 service fee) I said that if they could fix it, I would call in plenty of time and cancel the appointment. The scheduler lady was horrible and continued to refuse to even make us an appt. She said I had to leave a message after the gas company came and she would call us back to make an appt. I called that night and left a message. I called early that morning and left another message. I called a third time around 10:30 and she said she got my message, but she never called!!!! She scheduled someone to come out that evening between 2-6 only after I insisted. The plumber came out late that evening (already dark outside!) and said we needed a new part and he would get it the next day and gave us another window from 2-6. NOTE THAT WE STILL DID NOT HAVE ANY HOT WATER! I called at 5:30 the next evening and spoke to someone who said it was never placed on the schedule (Great Job, scheduler!) , the plumber never looked for the part, and there was a 7 hr job that took our appt. No one called and told us about this! The guy I spoke to on the phone said he would call me back in a few minutes to find out what happened. He did not call me back and I had to call him. He apologized, said he missed the text from the plumber, and said the plumber would be out today. The plumber named Joe confirmed with him while I was on the phone that he could get the part. I asked for a morning appt. and he said he would see what he could do and would call me. He never called me back!! I called today at 12:30 and found out from the moron scheduler that they scheduled my water heater from 2-6! Great communication, guys! She said she was never informed of the conversation I had the night before. The plumber finally came out and supposedly fixed the water heater. He said he almost didn't have one of the parts and had to salvage one wire from someone else's old assembly. I asked why they just didn't replace the whole assembly and he said the insurance company wouldn't allow it. I don't believe that, but whatever. While the plumber himself seemed like a nice guy, I will never, ever choose to work with A Plus plumbing again!!!!!

Thanking Sam for coming out to my condo and fixing my slab leak as promised . I had gone through my Home Warranty Co. First American who referred another Plumber to me KNOWING I had a MAJOR water leak and had no water or air conditioning during a heatwave. Heck WORCO was going to make me wait 5 long days before responding to a MAJOR. Water leak .
After calling them 5 times and they just didn't care, my realtor called the F.A. And requested A Plus Plumbing as she has a good history with them. Ralph called me the next day to set up
My appt. Sam came out and diagnosed my leak on Friday - submitted the info to my H. W. Co. had me up and running on Monday AM. Sam was professional and very calming. If I ever need a plumber for any reason it will be this Co. & Sam I will call. Thank you Sam !!!!

Ralph and Sean were terrific. Very honest and extremely helpful. Ralph went the extra mile to research our problem and find a solution. Highly recommend them!

We have a contract with First American plumbling and we had several plumbing issues. Worko was sent out and sort of fixed our leaks and tolilet. The first guy said we needed a pressure relator as our water pressure was too high. He ordered it and said aomeone would be back to replace it. Someone came out and we really liked him but he said we didn't need it. After our water bill doubled, I called the water co and he said that we needed a new pressure regulator as that was causing the toilet to keep running and we also needed a new shut off valve as it was over 30 yrs old and couldn't shut it off. I called AHW and said I wouldn'g have Worco again and they sent out APlus Plumbing. They came the same day are replaced all of the parts in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them.

Sam was sent out by my Home Warranty Company for a possible pipe leak that I had coming from my master shower. Carpet in hall which buts up to shower was wet. Sam said there was no pipe leak and carpet wet because water from shower leaking out of enclosure and running under floor??? Shower door airtight shut-no spray coming out and no indication of water damage on my bathroom floor. I called my own plumber and he came out right away and fixed the pin hole leak from the shower pipe. How scary that A Plus Plumbing was unable to even detect this! I had a similar situation a few years ago when A Plus Plumbing came out for a leak downstairs. They said it was the caulking on my shower plate - downstairs shower buts up to living room wall. My contractor opened up the wall and discovered the leaky pipe. Only then did A Plus Plumbing come out to fix the pipe. A Plus Plumbing is not knowledgeable nor are they honest. STAY AWAY FROM A PLUS PLUMBING IN MISSION VIEJO!

These guys were awesome! Easy to make an appointment, came on time, easily diagnosed the issue and fixed my cracked pipe in the tub. They were quick to fix and they cleaned after themselves. Was even considerate about taking off their shoes for the carpet. Highly recommended.

Do not work with this company. They are dishonest about keeping appointments. I had them cancel at the last minute on me twice. My guess, if the level of dedication, service and truthfulness they place towards making and meeting appointments is this poor, the workmanship will be the same. If your time is important to you, if honesty and integrity are important to you, I highly recommend you find a different service provider. If you are assigned this company through your home warranty, save yourself a lot of time and demand a different contractor.
If you take the time to read the other reviews you will find, with making appointments, Angie appears to be the person who lies about having called customers back to reschedule, etc. If you are stuck with no other option but this company I would make sure to speak to a different dispatcher as Angie appears to be the root cause. If I was the company owner, unless you are married to this woman, I'd find yourself someone you can trust, if she willfully lies to customers she is most likely doing the same to you.

Ralph was AWESOME! After the aggravation of being jerked around by First American Home Warranty, and having their first ""plumber"" not even call me (or call me back) for days then not have an appointment for 10 days, Ralph was an amazing relief!! He answered the phone and managed a same day appointment for me. He was on time, efficient, and worked super clean! In less than 6 hours he had a problem that had taken over a week to get anyone to help with fixed. Done.
He was just so nice and easy to work with!
Whether I use the home warranty again or not I will definitely use Ralph for my plumbing needs!

I thought their service was very good. Ralph was very knowledgeable and saved us money from what another plumbing company wanted to to. I will use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Ralph is the best! Contracted through homeowners insurance. He is straightforward and honest about how to best fix the problem. He fixed two bathroom leaks in about 15 minutes. I'd give him more stars if I could.
