Ralph came swiftly at the detection of our slab leak. While it was an intimidating process to understand the ins and outs of piping, as well as getting second opinions from other professionals, I felt that Ralph and A plus plumbing was the most competitive and informative company to work with.

Throughout the process, all of my (millions) of questions were answered, and Ralph gave very realistic solutions that my husband and I will need to consider for the longer term, but never did we feel pressured by this recommendations and we're always guided and cared for through the process. I now have this number saved to my phone, (on speed dial, an older home could have anything happen) they are a trusted company, with folks who do great, efficient work. I highly recommend him and his team for your plumbing needs!

We purchased a property with a tankless water heater and aren't familiar with how they operate compared to a standard one. When it stopped working, we called A Plus and they helped me fix it over the phone. They could have easily sent someone out just to pocket the service fee but didn't. Ralph was great at detecting a leak and capping it. Then I asked if he could fix a commode (needed new handle to flush). Said he didn't have the part on the truck. ""I'll be by this week"" ... never showed. Called and left message; never returned call. Reached out to Erich who got Ralph to call. ""I'm ordering the part and I'll be there this week"". That was last week; never called, never showed up.

Huge thank you to Ralph and A plus plumbing. We had an absolute nightmare of a situation with our warranty company. A plus plumbing was the THIRD plumbing company to be called out to our home. Each plumber had the same diagnosis on our hot water heater. ""Old and needs to be replaced"" the warranty company was giving each plumber such grief they did not want to work on our case. Thank god Ralph was called out to our home. It still took him a bit of going back and forth with them but he did not give up on us which I'm forever grateful for! After not having hot water for 2 weeks, Ralph finally got through to them and replaced our hot water heater. Thank you so much Ralph and A plus plumbing!!

I have a home warranty and they contract A Plus for their work. I was afraid it would be days before my water heater was repaired. I received a call less than 24 hours of placing my request and they were out less than two hours later. I have an older unit so parts had to be acquired, but technician was back the same afternoon with parts and repairs were made immediately. Hot showers have already started! Will continue to use this company long after my warranty expires!

We were told A Plus would come out after contacting our Home Warranty company for a water leak. A Plus said Joe would come out, in which he had over 20 years experience in the field. Both experiences with dispatch, and with Joe were great,. Joe was very knowledgable and provided with high confidence, why there was a leak based on that experience (no digital or high tech leak detection, only the good 'ol water meter test). Although he could not rectify the issue because it was not covered under our specific warranty, he gave us some great ideas for a solution of our own. Although you think he could have quoted us a price to do the work himself, he left it up to us in the end. If there was an issue/ Warranty work that could have been solved by A Plus, Joe left us with the confidence that they would have done it.

This company has terrible service. I called in and they dont have an ""electronic"" reporting system so their customer service has no idea what is going on unless the plumber actually phones in and explains verbally to the customer service. The technician sent in a report to my home warranty company stating that the condition was ""pre-existing"" with no further details. Its been 2 weeks now and they have yet to send an actual report out. I would never recommend this company. Stay away.
