I called Ralph and he met me at the property and was able to inspect a few different issues and gave me a price right there. He completed the work when he said and was very professional. I had a secondary issue come up and he came right out to help me in a pinch. I found the price to be extremely fair and great service. I highly recommend this company and give them A+ rating.

Late at night a water valve on my bathtub broke and the water wouldn't turn off. My home warranty service assigned me to A Plus Plumbing & Rooter. They gave me an appointment right away and came within a few hours. Joe came to my house and replaced the valve in 15 minutes and handled it like a pro.

The women who handles the phone was also helpful and responsive to help me get an appointment right away.

I simply cannot say enough good things about A Plus Plumbing & Rooter Inc. and especially our excellent technician, Andy!! We've been in our San Clemente home for 22 years and when we bought, it also came with a Home Warrantee Insurance Plan which we've just continued to renew every year thereafter. What we've found over the years is that you really can't pick and choose a vender for the specific trade that you need at the time. The insurance plan has their list of approved vendors, who have been sufficient over the years, however, they oftentimes come from north and east Orange County. Since my husband is a licensed general contractor and very particular about quality of workmanship, in replacing appliances as necessary, he generally opts to take ""cash out"" for the approved cost to replace what can't be repaired (i.e. cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) purchase our choice of appliance and do the installations with our small but mighty team. Well our hot water heater decided to spring a leak, of course, on the 4th of July... I said that I'd call in a service request to the Home Warrantee company and my hubby said ""How about I go get one from Lowe's and have it installed before dinner?"" But I hate to spend $1000 plus when we could just spend the $75 copay, so we compromised that I'd file the claim for an expedited service call and once claim approved then he could go get the water heater and we'd be reimbursed. First thing next morning
Andy from A Plus Plumbing, right here in Laguna Niguel, arrived. He was extremely sharp, knowledgeable and told us that he could be back at 9 the very next morning (today) with a new water heater, install it and remove old one. That is EXACTLY what happened! Before lunch, even!
A fabulous company and technician is what you'll get and the job will be done correctly, to code and with utmost cleanliness!

I noticed water leaking outside my house. Called A Plus Plumbing & Rooter from phone book (who does that anymore). Had no idea what to expect. Ralph came out to assess the problem and quickly diagnosed a slab leak. He lined up Andy to come fix the problem. Andy showed up exactly when promised(unusual these days). Andy discussed the fix with Ralph and quickly got to work. Andy was super efficient and very friendly, taking time to explain what he was doing and the thought process that went into his decisions. He even put temporary caps on the pipes so we could still have water for much of the time he was working (my family was grateful for that)He took great pride in his work, really knew his stuff, super thorough, cleaned up after himself and even helped me move things around. Very professional. Would definitely use Andy again.

First of all ANDY is AMAZING! Very personable and professional. We were planning on being in a hotel for a day or two, I went to work the same time he started working around 9:30am and when I got home for lunch at 1:30 he was completely done! Unbelievable!! And on top of it all, he didn't smell like a plumber like we all think. I just can't believe how incredibly fast and efficient he was. Ralph is the Best!! Had a blockage on my main line, got two quotes,one for 5032 from Mike diamond, wanted to take out the tree dig a big hole in the front yard. Next ,quote $4200 from redline plumbing , Well got it Cleared, from the clean out in the Bathroom for $195.00, did not have to tear up my front yard, no mess, and He smelt good!! Ralph made time , before he took off on his vacation for his birthday to do this wonderful service! I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. A very satisfied customer Russell
