Ralph is the best! Contracted through homeowners insurance. He is straightforward and honest about how to best fix the problem. He fixed two bathroom leaks in about 15 minutes. I'd give him more stars if I could.

HOME INSURANCE sent this guy over. He brought his young son with him! He came over because I was not getting hot water all the time from my 1989 water heater. He walks in my front door and says I hurt my back, you will only get a are heater after it leaks. (from the3rd floor!)
Not professional at all. Just wore a t-shirt. He told his son jokes while he was working on my heater. He just put a part on the water heater to make sure the pilot light would stay on. Cannot read his writing on the Job Invoice.
I complained to my Insurance Co telling them it was not fixed. A new company was sent to my home. It was decided in less that one minute I needed a NEW water heater.
Avoid this company if possible!

I was first introduced to A-Plus Plumbing through my home warranty. They have been effective and friendly for us on several occasions (Angel was great). I wish I could get them for all my plumbing requests. Outside of warranty repairs, I hired them to install a utility sink in my garage (owner Ralph oversaw the job) and it works great! Scheduler Angie is friendly and helpful.

Don't waist your time calling any other company!! I had a leak in my basement, causing damage to the wood inside the basement and to the facia of my home. Within an hour a clean and professional guy named Joe came out and fixed it. Took maybe 20 minutes worth every bit of $160.00. Great customer service on the phone with the scheduler Angie too!!

I had a plumbing problem for over a year. My home warranty company sent 5 different plumbers, they ran cameras, replaced parts and never fixed the issue. Ralph from a plus walks in, flushes the toilet once and say he knows exactly what the problem is. He scraped out a few lime deposits from the toilet bowl and the toilet has never flushed so good since we first moved in, maybe even better! He showed up on time, fixed it in 10 minutes. I would give 10 stars and will only use a plus plumbing for all of my future plumbing issues. I was hesitant after reading the reviews on Yelp and I think maybe the reviewers mixed a plus up with another plumbing company when filling out the review.

The woman who scheduled the time was extremely friendly and helpful. I think her name was Angie. The plumber that was sent out was Ralph who just so happened to be the owner. He was very helpful and helped us fix a broken drain pipe that our previous plumber could not. Will definitely be using this company from now on

The owner, Ralph, was prompt, efficient, and took care of our (major) problem in a matter of minutes. He charged us $200 on a job fixing a leak on a drain line that another company (ProServe) quoted at $1479, so we saved around $1279. He's also a great guy--no gimmicks, no chicanery.

This business was contracted to me when I contacted the company that holds my home warranty. I was told over the phone (by Angie) that a plumber would arrive between 9am - 1pm. The 1pm time came and went. I then contacted Angie to ask her what the status was for this service. She then tells me that the plumber that was supposed to come out contacted the home owner (me) to tell me that they were now going to come out between 2pm - 4pm. Ugh! No..... I was never contacted by anyone and I told her that 2pm-4pm will not work. I told her to call me back and let me know a new time to come by. She never did call me back. Instead I get a call from the plumber at A Plus Plumbing to tell me that he can be out the house between 2pm and 4pm. Ugh! Somebody dropped the ball on this and the lack of communication to the client tells me, this is not a business I wish to deal with.

A Plus was recommended to me through my home warranty policy (First American). My hot water heater broke over the Labor Day Holiday. Ralph was the only plumber who came out on that Sunday to help secure the water issue until the heater was ordered. He was absolutely wonderful. Angie in the office was very sympathetic to my issue and worked hard with First American to get my claim processed as soon as possible. Both of them were great. Ralph even looked at my dishwasher when he was out and fixed a small issue without charge! I can't tell you how wonderful they were and I would highly recommend them!
