We noticed the hot water in our house had changed from hot, to Luke-warm. We called 3 different plumbers. We settled on A Plus because the first charged a $90 service fee just to show up, and the second only worked Monday - Friday (today being Saturday we didn't want to wait until Monday to have hot water again). Allen showed up right on time and after a quick diagnosis of the issue presented our options. One being a long term total solution, the other resolving our immediate need but not addressing other issues he identified. We had to go with the immediate issue for now just due to available funds. The work was quick, reasonably priced and Allen really seemed to know what he was doing.

A leak in the water line in the water meter box was more difficult to repair than expected. A Plus plumber arrived after 6 in the evening and worked passed 11pm to get the job done. Not an easy job - thank you for working long hours to get this fixed !!

Had Allen come out to hook up a water filtration system. Somehow a pipe joint cracked and sprayed water everywhere causing damage in the garage and a closet on the opposite side of the wall. When they sent out their restoration crew to fix things they just set fans up everywhere to dry everything out. Eventually they patched the drywall damage. Days later I called to have them replace they carpet pad they had cut out and acted like they forgot about us. When he came back out he had a genetic carpet pad to replace the upgraded spill proof pad we had. He had also previously told me that they would clean the carpet for us but that never happened. For all the trouble we dealt will this company was not worth it.

It is true that they will come out after hours and charge $85 emergency service fee. You should know that it is not applied to the work and the work cost me an additional $612 for 90 minutes labor. Take the cost of parts out and that's about $400 an hour.

A few weeks ago, 7pm on a Thursday night, both of our toilets decided to back up into both of our showers. I was horrified!!! I called a few plumbers who had after hours and emergency services posted and Steve is the only one who called me back. So, of course I chose these guys. Allen was at our house within the hour. Before doing anything, he gave us best case and worst case scenarios regarding pricing. 20 minutes later, he was able to snake out the clog in our drain from the outside access. We paid around $270ish. Allen is a cool dude. So, now we have picked our go-to plumber.

Albert came out after calling about a leaking toilet. While he was here we had him look at a bath tub faucet that would gush water after pulling up the leaver to make the shower work. He was able to reset the toilet (it needed a wax ring) and also fix the faucet. No gushing water! Albert was professional, courteous and efficient. If we ever need a plumber, will definitely call A+ and ask for Albert! Thanks

Called for emergency service. Dispatch was great. No response from on call plumber. Called back 30 minutes later. Dispatch said the plumber had just replied to the call, so he would be reaching out to me. No call, no show from the plumber on call. So much for 24 hour, emergency service...

I like to support local businesses and am very satisfied that I used A+ to repair a broken pipe in my back yard. Professional, knowledgeable and work completed thoroughly. No hesitation using their services again when needed.

As a commercial property manager/owner, I have used a lot of plumbers and I can say, without a doubt, I am a Steve and A+ Plumbing customer for life! I have called under both emergent and maintenance conditions and they ALWAYS respond accordingly. The techs fix my plumbing issues in a professional and courteous manner. Anytime I have had a question/problem (let's face it, no one is perfect), they have responded immediately and fairly. I have also used them at my home . . . once again, their work has been excellent. Overall professional, efficient and punctual - things I value. The lost in stars is that they are advertising a promotion in yelp in which you pay $25 and get $50 off. There is nothing in the fine print that states a minimum. However the owner would not honor it stating it is for big projects only. To Mike's (the plumber who came to the house) credit, he did waive the service fee. I also showed the advertisement but his hands were tied. I hope Yelp refunds me as likely I wont use this place since there are so many other businesses around with great ratings in Yelp

Wanted to update - Steve the owner responded to me shortly after I posted the review. Excellent customer service. I bumped up the stars for the customer service and will try them again.
