Awful. Responded quickly but didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. I needed my A/C condensation line cleared out. He tried to suck it out with a shop vac and after that didn't work he seemed lost. I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the drain pan, and after borrowing my ladder he went to the attic. He told me the line was draining just fine (it was the secondary) and then acted like he had saved the day. I checked yesterday and the primary line is still completely clogged. $111 in the trash. I have an A/C guy coming out tomorrow to fix the issue. Don't bother with this company.

I called in a problem this morning. Within an hour the technician assigned to me (Allen) called and said he was available to start.

Allen quickly diagnoses the issue with the laundry and water softener plumbing and quoted me a price before he started.

The job was expertly and professionally done. At the price he quoted. (Which was extremely reasonable).

Use these guys for your plumbing. They're great.

Water heater would not stay lit, called A plus plumbing on Sunday, Steve called me back with in the hour, which was awesome. I told him it was not an emergency so we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Installer came out and said he thinks he knows what the problem is but he has to call the manufacturer to run a code. He does, he comes back and tells me better yet it is covered under warranty ,it was just the valve and he has to go and grab a part from the warehouse he will be back. I asked the tech roughly how much this will cost since its under warranty, he did not answer or want to give a price. Just said labor would be charged. I left for work, the wife stayed home to wait for the tech. I come home and the wife said it cost 526.00! for a part under warranty. I called lm for Steve and the lady answering the phone said call the tech because they didn't have the invoice yet. So I called the tech and he told me well it would have been cheaper if we ordered the part and had it mailed to us, but he never gave us that option. The tech said I had to pay per hour and it took him about three hours total including driving to the warehouse. I said so I have to pay for your driving habits I don't know if it took you 20 mins or an hour because you were hungry? so who knows, The other kicker is that he said he was checking the whole system and the t&p valve broke so he had to replace that but only charged me 85 to fix it. So I asked, if the other part was under warranty why wouldn't the T&p valve be under warranty and he said huh i never thought about it. So I called around to some other plumbing company's and got quotes a lot cheaper for doing the same work and they also said if the broke something that they wouldn't charge for there error. Other company's where charging 200-300 for same work completed. Just felt like they were there to screw you, no real customer service or answers.

We used A+ restoration to repair our living room ceiling and walls due to damage from a leak in our roof. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the repairs. Jason Heidenreich is excellent to work with. The entire repair process was conducted via cell phone and he exceeded our expectations. He cut open the ceiling and the wall, dried everything out, installed plaster board, plastered, and painted. And in the time frame I requested. The results was like it never happened.

We moved into our house a little more than a year ago. Since we moved in, it feels like a repair has been needed on something in this house nearly every week. Thankfully, we really love our house and our location, so it's worth fixing!

This past Sunday was no exception. Our washer had been slowly declining, and we finally purchased a decent used model. We got it moved in, and as we started to turn on the water, the water valve started to leak. A steady drip, drip, drip that I knew would not hold until the morning.

Thank god for Yelp. With a quick search for ""emergency plumbing"" we found A Plus. It didn't even take an hour for the plumber to respond. It was dealt with fast and professionally. A Plus is bookmarked in Yelp, and I will be my plumbing service from now on!

I am glad I called A Plus Plumbing Services for my toilet. Gino came out to my place and was awesome! He was genuine and truly wanted to help me fix the situation in the most cost effective way. I plan on buying a house soon and this company will be the only company I call going forward for my plumbing repairs.

We noticed the hot water in our house had changed from hot, to Luke-warm. We called 3 different plumbers. We settled on A Plus because the first charged a $90 service fee just to show up, and the second only worked Monday - Friday (today being Saturday we didn't want to wait until Monday to have hot water again). Allen showed up right on time and after a quick diagnosis of the issue presented our options. One being a long term total solution, the other resolving our immediate need but not addressing other issues he identified. We had to go with the immediate issue for now just due to available funds. The work was quick, reasonably priced and Allen really seemed to know what he was doing.

A leak in the water line in the water meter box was more difficult to repair than expected. A Plus plumber arrived after 6 in the evening and worked passed 11pm to get the job done. Not an easy job - thank you for working long hours to get this fixed !!

Had Allen come out to hook up a water filtration system. Somehow a pipe joint cracked and sprayed water everywhere causing damage in the garage and a closet on the opposite side of the wall. When they sent out their restoration crew to fix things they just set fans up everywhere to dry everything out. Eventually they patched the drywall damage. Days later I called to have them replace they carpet pad they had cut out and acted like they forgot about us. When he came back out he had a genetic carpet pad to replace the upgraded spill proof pad we had. He had also previously told me that they would clean the carpet for us but that never happened. For all the trouble we dealt will this company was not worth it.

It is true that they will come out after hours and charge $85 emergency service fee. You should know that it is not applied to the work and the work cost me an additional $612 for 90 minutes labor. Take the cost of parts out and that's about $400 an hour.
