All the reviews said this was an excellent plumber to hire and at first I thought so as well. Steve called me back and even called me after work hours to schedule an appointment for two days after we talked. The day of the service I called to say I was not yet home and would be 10-15 minutes late for a 12pm appointment. Steve informed me that would not be an issue as his tech was running late from another job, but he would call me shortly with the ETA on the tech. After an hour of waiting I called Steve back and informed him I still had not heard from the tech. Again, he told me he would find out the ETA and call me back within the hour. Shortly after 2pm, I called again and left a message. At 3:45pm I called again...no response, just voicemails. I wasted a day and still have a broken shower. I'm disappointed that with such high rating this would be the response and customer service I received. Time to look elsewhere for plumbing services.

The handle on my bathtub snapped off. I tried what I could using youtube but I could not get the cartridge out. I started yelping and called A plus plumbing at 9:30pm on a Sunday night. I spoke with the owner which was very courteous. We initially agreed on 11am. I got a phone call at 10am saying they would be an hour late due the previous job being bigger than expected. No problem, I definitely appreciate the profession courtesy, most companies would have just made you wait all day.
Mo came by at noon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He definitely knows his plumbing and was very careful. Since my home is 18 years old, removing the cartridge was an art that required special tools and profession expertise. I appreciate that they never tried to sell me anything extra. I am very impressed with their service. Thank you Mo. 5 stars!

When the faucet in our shower broke in the on position this morning, yes it was a Sunday morning, I called around and very few companies would answer the phone and the ones that did quoted outrageous prices. I called A+ services based on the reviews here on yelp. Mo was in and out in about an hour and quickly quoted me a fair price. He had the parts on his truck and had the faucet fixed in no time. I will certainly be calling them next time I need help with my plumbing!

Terrible experience. Paid $800 for initial repair and 3 weeks later had exact same problem. Called and asked them to repair under warranty and they said it wasn't under warranty. Called a different plumber and he fixed for $150. Additionally a plus plumbing charged me $300 to run a camera and this plumber said not only was it not necessary but he only charges $180 for that. Additionally the second plumber warrantied his work for 30 days- which he said is normal for his industry.

I needed to have my Moen positemp cartridge replaced in my shower. I called a few plumbing companies and almost gave up. I decided to give A+ Service a try. I got through to the answering service. I got a call back not too long with a reasonable quote and told that a technician will be here within an hour. Allen showed up on time and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. He was quick and efficient. I would use them again.

Had a leak start in the ceiling just above the kitchen sink of all places. Very lucky as it was streaming down right into the sink! Turned off the outside shutoff valve and called Steve. He had Allen come out in about an hour and took care of the leak. Thanks guys :) Allen was polite and took care of the leak in no time. Anybody ever notice that old houses tends to spring leaks on Sundays? :)

Called to get a minor leak in a shutoff valve going to a backflow preventer corrected. Missed the day that they were scheduled for, called back and they came out the next day.

Was told they couldnt fix the valve and had to replace the entire backflow preventer and the two shutoff valves connecting to it. At this point I should have gotten a second opinion because I really thought they should be able to replace a single valve. Long story short they quoted me 368 to replace the part. I agreed, took them less than an hour to complete. The part at big box stores is 80...a total of about an hour of work at the house..you can figure the hourly rate yourself.

Also, the quote they gave me didn't include an additional 25 for a trip charge or taxes. So the final cost was over 400.

They get two stars only because they fixed the problem. Plumber left a mess of solder and ptfe tape for me to clean up.

We called in the morning to see if someone could come out and take a look at our leaking hose bibbs from our washer. Mo showed up a couple hours later to give a free estimate and was able to replace the bibbs right then. He did a great job and we were very satisfied with his work. 4 stars only for the price but well worth it!

Long story short, our kitchen sink was clogged and it backed up, so we googled a plumber and picked A Plus. It was just after hours, and had to leave a message with the answering service. Steve, the owner, returned my call in 15 mins. He said a tech would be here in an hour.

Allen showed up on time, and gave service with a smile. He fixed our drain quick, and even checked our RO system to see if what the RO guy told us was true. While our problem was small in terms of plumbing, they came through just like they said they would.

Allen's company shirt says 'you've just found your plumber'. It's true, and we'll be calling them again if needed. Thanks A+.
