Had a plumbing emergency in the morning just as I was getting ready to go to work. A valve on the supply line leading to a faucet in the bathroom sink broke and started spraying water everywhere. Had to turn off the water main. Called A+ and they said they'll be over in an hour. Steve was right on time, finished the job quickly and got me up and running. Professional, courteous and quick service. A pleasure to do business with. I will use them again when needed.

So I ripped out my tub and needed someone to come and relocate my shower valve for my new walk in shower! Well these guys are far from A plus. The installation was ghetto meaning they starting drilling through my dry wall to anchor down my shower valve. I told them why would you do that, if you wanted me to buy a 96 inch piece of 2x4 from home depot (witch only cost $3) then cut to length. Then just use this 2x4 you now cut witch was only about a foot long and drill into the studs in the wall and use this as your anchor for valve. He told me I been doing this for a long time and always do this and so never fixed it and I ended up doing it myself the right way. They even had to go to home depot anyways because they had to buy some fittings. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

Just used their service today. I called this morning as I had our pipe back up and flood side of house. I scheduled an appoint for a couple hours later. The service was very professional and quick, drain was unplugged and everything back to normal. I will use again when needed.

We had a plumbing emergency on Saturday. I called a couple places who said they couldn't come, then called here where the dispatcher was friendly and assured me someone could be out soon.

Steve was at my house within 30 minutes and went straight to work. He assessed and fixed the trouble, made some recommendations, then fixed something else I was having trouble with on the washing machine.

The service was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing. Steve will be first on my list if I ever need plumbing help again!
