Very bad service and did not finish the job, they came to fix a leaking toilet after they left I found the water leaking from the toilet to ceiling downstairs,they are unprofessional ,they fix something and damage something else,they charge me twice for nothing,the toilet still leaking .they are very rude in their answer. I didn't recommend this company for any one.

On 11/4/21, Eric responded to a scheduled plumbing repair fir excessive hit water spilling out from bathtub faucet which resulted in the shower head's output very slow. Eric stated he would have to order an additional part. I contacted A Plus a week later for a status update. I was advised Eric would be out the following week. I wasn't able to contact A Plus until 1/10/22 due to family's health issues. Jenny, manager & owner of business very unprofessional, yelling over phone. The charge was $182.50. Eric put the hot water faucet on crooked, black rubber is protruding & metal plate from faucet is loose.

My home warranty sent my order to A+ plumbing, which really should be F- plumbing. I received a call this morning to schedule but immediately when I answered the female receptionist put me on a very long hold just to come back on the phone to tell me she needs to call me back. I received a call about 45min later scheduling an appointment at their convenience (not mine). I requested to leave work early to make appointment. Over an hour later the RUDE Unprofessional receptionist who is very green and uneducated called me back to let me know they can't make that appointment which was originally inconvenient for me but needs to schedule for another day. I accepted the new appointment date and time again going to have to leave work early and just asked that they do not reschedule this again. The receptionist must have taken offense to my request and very rudely let me know she was doing me the favor. Me the favor? How are you doing me a favor when you're getting paid to come to my house at your convenience but I lose the money on leaving work early. Don't use this company unprofessional changes days changes times at their convenience.

Needed a small leak repaired in our new home, so we called our home warranty company, who directed us to A+. It's been close to 20 years since we've used any home warranty-endorsed companies and didn't always have the best experiences, so we were a bit wary.

Either things have changed or we just got extremely lucky! A+ is an excellent company! Jenny was incredibly communicative in scheduling our appointment, complete with text reminders. On the day of, we received a text letting us know that Erick was on the way; the text included a link that had a short little bio and showed us where Erick was coming from. It didn't really update the map, as it was supposed to allow us to watch his journey; totally not a big deal.

Erick was very nice, wore his mask the whole time, replaced one of the valves under our sink, and was on his way very shortly. Unfortunately, there was still a small leak. When I called Jenny the next day (as it was after 5pm), she was very apologetic and scheduled someone for the following day. We received the same text letting us know that Edgar was on his way. Edgar brought Erick with him and fixed our leak in no time! Again, polite, masked, etc.

While I hope to never need to contact them again, if I need any plumbing or rootering, I will call A+!
