The technician was supposed to show up between 2-4 pm, but he showed up at 5.30 PM. The way he talks with the customer is not professional at all. They cheated me with the price too, in the beginning they told me the job would cost 585 dollars and later gave me an invoice for 935 dollars(225 dollars per hour for labor). All he did was find a leak in one of my pipes outside, and replaced it with a PVC joint. (The entire job took about 3 and a half hours). When I asked for more details about the invoice and how they got that price, they called the police on me. Even the police agreed that he was overcharging me and that I should have done my research before calling these people!! Eventually, I got tired of arguing with him, so I just paid the price they asked for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!(Fidelity Home Warranty sent these guys to me).

I was skeptical to let Amazon pick a local plumber for me when I bought a new kitchen faucet and it had an option to buy expert installation, but it worked out great. They arrived on-time, were professional and quick. There were no additional fees and they did the job without any issues or mess or anything unexpected.

Revised Review: company ownership is kind but needs to be certain well-trained staffers are going out on the appropriate calls. They were sent through Fidelty Home Warranty and as with all repairs that involve ripping out stuff, get a second opinion.

This week we had a slab leak and A+ was able to fix it very quickly. They were very respectful of my property and kept a nice clean work environment. Edgar and his team were very helpful in educating us understand the whole process; before and after. He explained everything to me thoroughly and was able to exceed my wife's and my expectations. I strongly recommend them for slab leaks and would call them out if I need anymore plumbing work.

A side note: the A+ in-house team was very responsive and flexible to our scheduling needs. Slab leaks are not fun and hard to fix, Jenny helped us through this stressful time.
