The technician came out, completed the repair and was very informative. The water heater work about a week after the repairs, lasted about 3 weeks. Now they don't service my area. Be leary of this company.

Very upset with the service we received. We needed to replace a shower push and pull valve that was constantly difficult to turn the water on and off. The guy inspected it and said the inside screw was corroded so he needed to find the pipe to completely fix/replace it. While searching for the pipe, he removed a piece of the wall in a bedroom, another piece in a closet but the pipe was not there. He realized the pipe was near a downstairs closet and wanted to tear down another wall.
We decided not to move forward with the rest of the service. Pieces of the walls were torn down and damage was done when it shouldn't have been done in the first place. It was a waste of time and money! I do not recommend!

We recently had ""A+ Plumbing"" do a septic to sewer conversion. We had no idea how involved this project would be. We checked the reviews, which were great, so we took a chance on him. We are really glad that we did!!
Jerry and the crew proved to be very knowledgeable - in planning the job and communicating that plan to us; they are competent- he lined up the necessary crew in the order the work needed to be done in ; he is experienced, knowing exactly what to do and executing that plan in a very timely manner, and when they ran into a 'snag' they figured out right away what to do; and they were professional (yet personable) from start to finish - showing up on time, working efficiently the whole week and keeping us informed daily of their progress and expected timeline. And to top it off, they left our property in better condition than when they started!!

Jerry has been reliable and accurate in his bid and contract, his scope of work and the results of that work. He and the crew completed this extensive project in a timely manner and were wonderful to work with.
We highly recommend 'A+ Plumbing' for any project you have.

Jerry is great. Very responsive and arrived right on-time...a few minutes early too! Our kitchen sink was clogged and turned out the blockage was about 25 ft into the pipes. Ugh. He fixed it and now the pipes are running smoothly. He answered all my questions kindly. Would recommend.
