I came across a leaking water heater valve earlier this week. I requested a quote and Bobby was very timely with his responses. He and Nick came by the next day and replaced the valve. They were very helpful in not only replacing the valve, but also in filling my water heater tank back up, making sure all of the air is out of the plumbing system, and verifying that the new valve does not leak. Thank you Bobby and Nick for your help!

Hubby and I needed to replace our gas 50-gallon tank water heater as it was knock-knock-knocking on Heaven's door quite loudly. I sent a group quote request out into the Yelposphere and Bobby (owner) was one of the first to reply. He answered all of my questions, including my very awkward inquiry as to whether or not he is a licensed contractor (he is, by the way). His quote was a little more expensive than a couple of other, more commercially known, competitors, but once he told me the make/model of the replacement water heater he would be purchasing and installing, I understood the price differential. The other guys recommended poorer quality, cheaper units. I'm very happy with the unit Bobby offered.

He obtained the installation permits on my behalf, was timely (got me a non-emergency appointment within the week that was convenient for my schedule), arrived when expected, and was informative and instructional in giving me maintenance instructions to better care for the only second water heater we've ever owned. We will certainly take more preventive care this second time around.

He meticulously walked me through the paperwork and process for post inspections, even reminding me at the end of the appointment that I still had 15 minutes before the close of business hours to get on the inspectors schedule for tomorrow. I found him friendly, informative, and professional and highly recommend him to anyone in need of this type of service.

Bobby called before arriving, was right on time. Fixed our issue as he described he would on the phone call, and then documented the entire work order verbally and in writing after. He has a unique way of being absolutely professional but not stuffy at the same time. He even took some extra time to knock out an additional request we had. I own a home in Yuba city, right after I moved in we noticed a continued plumbing back up on our mainline. We called Bobby out to clear it. He came right out and got it handled.

We continued to have back ups, we even bought our own 50 ft commercial snake to use when it happened.

We contacted Bobby about figuring out the issue and getting it resolved once and for all. Bobby and Nick came out, camera'd the line and we learned our sewer problem was MAJOR. We needed about half of our main sewer line replaced (someone used orangeburg piping!!). THis involved cutting up the concrete around my pool, and in several locations around my home, a lot of low crawling under the house, etc.

We contracted with Bobby, and he and nick came out and started cutting concrete!! The long and the short of it is this, Bobby and Nick put in LONG days , using trenchless technology to replace the line. They worked well into the night, setting lights to get it done..

I would have to say, Bobby, Nick, and pain in the drain are, by far, the best, most trustworthy, professionals I have ever dealt with ( And I am a long time property manager, I have dealt with 100's of companies...They are our go to...forever!

Bobby was here quickly to check out our problem and returned the next moring to fix our mess. He is very careful laying out covering so the carpets don't get dirty and cleans everything up when he is finished. His work is excellent and reasonable.
