Bobby was very responsive to messages, and squeezed us in between service calls when we had a minor plumbing emergency. He communicated well, and was very friendly and professional. Service call fee was absolutely reasonable, especially for an emergency response when no one else would provide service until the next day.

Bobby was quick to respond to my request for service. I received a message from him within a few minutes to address my hot water heater issues. I emailed him a little info and he quickly identified the problem. after sending him a few pictures he was able to give me a quote to fix it. (the quote was for the entire job and not by the hour which was very nice) he came to my house after hours and fixed the issue. he waited around to make sure all was running fine and even moved the washer and dryer back in place before he left. I could not be happier with the professional service he provided. I would recommend Bobby for all your plumbing needs..

Originally picked because of the witty company name and the high Yelp rating. Was not disappointed. PITD not only fixed our clogged kitchen sink, but they went above and beyond the call of duty, driving an hour out of his way to get to a hardware store for the exact repair item he needed. We bought a super old house and Im sure this is just the beginning of plumbing woes but you can bet PITD is ""bookmarked"" for next time. Would highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical when I contacted this guy--all those great reviews seemed too good to be true. But he's the real deal. I contacted him through yelp after my mom put a whole bunch of carrot peels down the garbage disposer and clogged it up (go, mom!), and he got right back to me and squeezed me in at the end of the same day. He explained what needed to be done and gave a price for the whole job, not by the hour. Got it fixed with no drama or mess. Also replaced a cracked connection that wasn't part of the job, but threw it in since he was there. Explained his guarantee, gave tips on how to not have the problem again in a way mom could understand, and just was an all-around nice dude. Made the whole mess pretty painless. Recommended.

So happy I discovered PITD Plumbing.Bobby deserves 10 stars.Made an appt with Bobby and he was thorough,let me know right up front the costs involved which by the way were very affordable and reasonable in my mind.He drained my ancient old hot water heater in our apt and snaked our bathtub after my grandson dropped a plastic toy down the drain.Bobby inspected the water heater and personally reached out to our property mgr recommending replacement due to it being a fire hazard due to its deteriorated condition.Thanks to Bobby,were getting a new water heater next week!PITD is my only source for plumbing services now! Called this guy from Orange County to go fix a problem at my dads house 500 mi away. Got a rapid response, my sister (at the house) said he was very thorough and clean. Roto rooter was going to charge $450 plus, and they couldn't find the cleanout. Instead the charge was less than half that and he found the cleanout right away. He even fixed a leaky valve while he was there. Overall excellent service.

Bobby is the MAN. He was closed for the holiday and after I left a message, he postponed his BBQ to come and clean our completely clogged sewer main line. And he didn't charge extra because it was a holiday! After clearing the line he did a camera inspection for free and showed us that our pipe was halfway crushed. We then contracted him to replace our line, which was a complex and costly job, but he made it as affordable and as painless as possible. I will use his services again, every time. This is a good dude that actually cares, very hard to find these days.

I called Bobby to snake out a backed up kitchen sink based strictly on these Yelp reviews as I have never needed a plumber before. I am glad I did. Amazing service and professionalism. He completed the work in a timely manner explaining everything as he went along. Gave me a few tips on how to prevent backed up sinks and then found a leak that I was not aware of as he was inspecting his work. Very fair and competitive rates.
