Bobby was here quickly to check out our problem and returned the next moring to fix our mess. He is very careful laying out covering so the carpets don't get dirty and cleans everything up when he is finished. His work is excellent and reasonable. Used Bobby again for another fix...a leaky water main shut-off valve that the builder botched years ago. Bobby took on the mixed-up mess of hardware and fixed it completely the right way, super quality repair.

I found Bobby of ""Pain in the Drain"" Plumbing on Yelp because of his 5 star rating. I called him and he responded very quickly, set up an appointment that fit into my work day and was on time. Gave a free quote for the shower repair. Once again was able to work within my schedule and didn't say he would be there ""sometime between 8 and 1"" like most plumbers I have dealt with. He arrived right on time at 8:00 and started work. It turned out to me more difficult than originally estimated and took longer and more parts but he did not charge more than what he had quoted me for the job. It was done professionally and I was very happy with his work. He works 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. On top of it all, he is one heck of a nice guy.
I have a water heater that needs to be replaced in the near future and I will only use Pain in the Drain.
Sorry Bobby, I know you said that someday you will get probably get a low rating but not from me, you still have a 5 star rating.

Hello, I have been helping my mother with her 1940s home! She had a couple leaky Fossett's and I am drip that wouldn't stop in the bathroom! And I wanted to have it addressed! Bobby came out gave me an estimate I was happy with the guesstimate!! Estimate he was very friendly very professional! We went ahead and scheduled day for him to come back out, when you came out he showed up a few minutes late! But that was no problem at all he was very very helpful he did a thorough expection found another leak! And just charge me for the part and was able to take care of it all right now as of right now there hasn't been any issues! I would highly Recommend the service! Thanks again

Bobby was very responsive to messages, and squeezed us in between service calls when we had a minor plumbing emergency. He communicated well, and was very friendly and professional. Service call fee was absolutely reasonable, especially for an emergency response when no one else would provide service until the next day.

Bobby was quick to respond to my request for service. I received a message from him within a few minutes to address my hot water heater issues. I emailed him a little info and he quickly identified the problem. after sending him a few pictures he was able to give me a quote to fix it. (the quote was for the entire job and not by the hour which was very nice) he came to my house after hours and fixed the issue. he waited around to make sure all was running fine and even moved the washer and dryer back in place before he left.
