I had a very badly clogged kitchen drain and a leaky outside faucet so I came to Yelp to find a plumber. My attention was caught by the cleverly named Pain in the Drain and discovered that all of their reviews were 5 star. Plus, the company is family owned, which I'm always partial to, because they're usually more trustworthy than the larger, more well known outfits and I lke supporting the ""little guys."" When I called, Bob, the owner, was very friendly and able to fit me in the following day. He called an hour before his arrival to let me know that he and his assistant were on their way. Once here. it took them about 2 hours, but finally got the drain cleared (tree roots had gotten into it) and also replaced the outside faucet. Bob also checked both bathroom sink and shower drainage, as well as the toilets and water heater. He showed me where one of the toilet tanks has a long crack along its base, so I'll eventually have to replace the toilet, but there was no pressure from him to do it immediately. Obviously, it would be better to get it done before the bottom falls out of it, and when I do, I'll definitely call Bob.

We hired them to change out all plumbing that wasn't copper, a $10,000 job, and apparently there was an electrical problem they encountered. They reported a wire not grounded properly, which short circuited the house causing our Keurig, our electric garage door opener, and an $800 massage chair, to no longer work. Bobby did call in his electrician friend to take a look. I had purchased the house in June 2020, so electrical inspections had been done. Bobby took $800 off the bill for the massage chair, and with all the problems with PG&E rates going up, now we are finding out it jacked up our solar panels as well. Not happy to say the least! Apparently, the panel's haven't been working since then.

Plumbing is often a shitty job and nothing seems to phase these guys. Not only is their service great. Their communication is fantastic. I have never met a better plumbing company in my property management career. Plus the name is super cool and easy remember. I highly recommend them!

Bobby and his team were just super. We had 2 other landscape companies look at our garden drains and both said we needed to replace the drains ($3-6k) in expense. Bobby was 90% convinced a hydro scrub of the drains may work....and he was right ! His team also located the outlet of the drains in our front yard that was covered by grass over the years. He kept us posted of all the work via text and sent a lot of photos. Super work and service. I would have no hesitation recommending his team.
