A-One was perfect. Dave answered my call and explained to me directly how the pricing would work. Especially after hours. Everything was upfront and transparent which I find so important in any service offering. I told him I needed a rush to fix my ac unit (90 degrees outside.) He gave me a window the technician would arrive and when I told him my situation with my family (young children) he said he'd put a rush on it. Milton showed up right at the beginning of the time window. He was super friendly and super thorough from the beginning. He answered all my questions and showed me everything he was doing and explained why. I really appreciated his upbeat attitude towards the project. I don't normally post reviews unless 1) it is a positive review and 2) the service was impeccable.

We called mid-afternoon and they were able to get out within a few hours. The problem was located quickly and the technician went the extra mile to get our air conditioner up and running in the Southern California heat that day. Competent, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

My heater broke down over the weekend so I searched for a repair company and found a -one. Who could come by the next day. ...My boyfriend called another company who said he could come out right away so we went with him. I wish we had waited and went with DAVE. When I called to cancel my appt with a one DAVE asked about the repair I had done. I told him the other guys price and DAVE asked me to find out what the other guy was replacing so he could tell me if he was being fair. Sure enough the other plumber was charging too much and I told him what DAVE had told me. The other plumber agreed to lower his price and Dave was happy I wasn't being taken advantage of. Basically if I ever need a plumber or repair guy I'm calling a one and DAVE. What a class act company and honest guy! Five stars all the way. .

I am very happy with A-1. Motor on my AC went out in this horrible heat wave. A-1 was probably the 10th company I called. They were the only ones who came out the same day I called. 23 hours later my AC was up and running with a new motor. Dan was my technician. He was an excellent representative for A-1.

Just used A1 at my house in studio city. Now I sent the same service tech Mike to service my office I. Sherman oaks. Again service was excellent. MIKE located the problem on my roof top unit. Blown capacitor he had the part on the truck. Replaced it and unit fired right up. MIKE also brought to my attention. That I need to service all my roof top units at least once per year. He perform the maintenance service and I could already feel the unit working better and cooling faster. Wow how do you say perfect service. Used this company twice now and both times I am super impressed on how process in am they are. Also getting the job done right th e first time

Hands down the best service contractor we have ever had work at our house. We 1st called in and spoke with Dave. He was so nice and took care of setting our appointment, Robert was the plumber that was sent out , he was ontime as promised and was really polite. Gave us excellent service on repairing our water heater rather than trying to sell us a new one. He was honest and fair. Cost was up front and work was completed to perfection would use again and would highly recommend A-1 plumbing

Today I had Gabriel come out for a second opinion on my central heater and he saved me $7,800. The company I had come out a week ago told me that the motor on my heater was broken and that I'd need to replace both the heating and ac. Gabriel came out today and not only got my heat back up and running in 10 minutes but told me that it was shutting off because the door had been put back on improperly and that was causing it to stop working. He was honest, clearly knew what he was talking about, and relieved me of a financial nightmare. It's rare to find people so honest!!!
