I was assigned this contractor through American Home Shield. When they came out they quickly diagnosed the problem with the garbage disposal, dishwasher line and professionally cleaned up afterwards. Although this company was referred by American Home Shield, I will keep their contact info for future reference.

Set up an appointment with this company to get our boiler looked at. They sent out a guy named Eddie that didn't even attempt to fix anything. If they send him out to fix your issue you might as well fix it yourself or call someone else that knows what they're doing

My wife informed me we had no hot water at 6:30 AM. Our Home Warranty dispatched A & M Plumbing and by 6:30 PM we had hot water. These guys were very professional, very informative, and did not waste time.

Low flow on toilet,Eddie adjusted flapper and flushed paper, well human waste and paper are not the same. I tested it out after he left. Still takes 3 flushes to exit. Eddie also stated that the toilet brand that I have is a low grade that builders install. He also said that alot of them get replaced for the same problem that I'm having. I told him to give me a quote to replace toilet so that I can get approval with my insurance. I would pay and get reimbursed later. I get an estimate the next day explaining he fixed the problem and I want a replacement bid. Eddie failed to input why a replacement was needed. I have called and talked to the sweet lady Angela to get this corrected but have not got a response from the owner nor Eddie. I'm out 89.00 and an estimate my insurance won't pay. See pic of invoice/ estimate.

This is the worst plumber I have ever hired on a remodel. It is very hard to get a hold of John the guy that had given the estimate and started the work. I don't understand how the city inspection final passed because it was missing a lot of parts on two different houses. They never put the shower head on the shower, it was missing the drain strain in the stand up shower, missing shut off valve in the kitchen. I have to hire a real plumber to get the gas meter set up for installation. It was well overpaid and I had paid for some of the fails on the city inspection to try and closed things out. I will never recommend the company and they should not be in business.

A&M Plumbing was sent to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My boyfriend was there at the time of the repair. They came and diagnosed the problem(s). One issue was that the sewer pipe was clogged, which they unclogged and I appreciate. That was covered by AHS. For the other two issues that were not covered by AHS, they quoted me $1800 (an issue that could wait to be fixed) and $2140 (an issue that needed fixing now). I thought the $2140 quote didn't seem right at ALL, after seeing photos of the issue myself (a disconnected pipe under the house used for the washing machine ). I called my close family friend who flips and sells houses, and he said their estimate was astronomically high. He gave me the number of the plumber he trusts and has used regularly for years. That guy came out the next day, quoted me $220, and promptly fixed the problem. He sent me videos the entire time, and was highly communicative and transparent with pricing. I have no doubt A&M does great work and really knows what they're doing, but I felt completely violated and my trust was totally broken when they attempted to overcharge me by so much. Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

$160 per hour . We called and explained that we ran a 15 ft. Snake already through the residential kitchen drain and they were fully aware of everything we tried. They came in today and said they don't have the equipment to unclog and they want to go under the house and follow the drain. Which would take more time and money. They charged us 160 for nothing and wanted to make a bigger mess. We told you what we tried all you did was go do the same thing and charge us. Please go to a plumber that doesn't charge unless they can unclog. This is not a trustworthy company.

Phenomenal service. Very, very professional. Good advice. Would do business with again. Kudos to Eddie Aguilar and Pedro!

I had a water main break and called (AHS) to find a plumber. The first plumber they recommended had AAA strikes against it. This second plumber (A&M Plumbing), came and charged me way too much for a PCV pipe. It took less than one hour and I was charged $795 plus $75 for him to look at it and tell me the the problem. What a ripoff. Definitely, will never use these people again. Also, will hopefully, never need (AHS- American Home Service) for any repairs. They are such a terrible company.

Awful! Would not recommend.
I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they "had" to in order to fix the leak.
After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.
