After a fair amount of work, we received a call back from someone and they explained they hadn't charged us for all their work. A full year after the service calls, I was unable to confirm or deny. Eventually, they reversed the extra charges to my credit card.
It seems they have good plumbers, but the office staff could improve their customer service.

I had some nasty drainage issues and Heath was very responsive, diligent and thorough in his repair. He cleared the drain that was trickier than what any simple snake could do...mine required more of a python :/.
Heath gave me information on my pipes for future reference so I'd know potential vulnerable spots. He was careful to clear the drains using methods that would not jeopardize the structure. He also did not push for large scale repairs prematurely and charged fairly. Happy and relieved customer...highly recommend :)

The A-List team from initial call to the end of their work was top-notch and professional! The team completed a re-pipe and an update of our city mainline for a great price. The work was done as promised and even when a new problem cropped up at the end, they stayed late to problems solve and fix it. I highly recommend A-List!

My kitchen faucet desperately needed repair and a few valves needed replacement. Sam was able to fix all my issues quickly.

Additionally, my toilet had a tricky, slow leak. Thankfully Heath came by to take a look, and he did a great job fixing it.

I'd definitely call them back in a heartbeat for any future plumbing issues.

My hot water heater flooded my basement. I called a few different plumbing companies to get bids on immediate work. One quoted me $2,600 to replace my hot water heater. Sam and Brian changed my hot water heater that afternoon for $1,400. They were friendly and efficient. I'll be referring them to clients moving forward!

I learned of a water leak from my outrageous water bill, but wasn't sure where to start. I was referred to Heath and A-List from a friend that is a real estate agent. Heath helped me (taught me) how to troubleshoot the issue and narrow it down over the phone. Unfortunately, it was somewhere in the main line outside of the house. Heath came by and helped me narrow down the 'maybe' area, and then I did the digging to find the leak to save time and money. I got lucky and found it without tearing up my whole yard, thanks to Heath's advice, and exposed the leaking pipe. The next morning one of Heath's employees, Sam, came by and had it fixed within two hours. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Excellent price.

If I could give Heath and A List 10 stars I would! We've had him out to three separate locations to do a variety of jobs. Every time, I've worked with Heath and his assistant Brie to let them know what is going on. He's always done the work is LESS time than what I'd expect, and his work is top notch. The last time I had him out for a separate issue, I had him take a look at a shower that was making some noise thinking that we had some time to fix the issue. Since that time, Heath had ordered the part needed from the manufacturer for free. When the time came that the sound was getting louder & I called to have him out again, Heath installed the part at no charge. I couldn't believe him when he told me that. I can't recommend the team at A List enough, they're definitely my go to for plumbing needs.
