I was just told that our office in downtown boston was not in the coverage range, because it didn't fall into a specific boston neighborhood. (we're located in downtown crossing, right in between a bunch of their listed neighborhoods). don't say you service the boston area if you don't....service....boston.

Prompt, professional, reasonably priced and overall amazing. After he fixed our garbage disposal plumbing issue he asked if there was anything else in the house to take a look at and replaced a tub drain that was bothering me for years but never thought it would be an easy fix. In less than 10 minutes he replaced it. The final bill was totally reasonable. Highly recommend this company!!

Scheduling was initially easy as we communicated via text. However on the day of the scheduled appointment (after confirming several times) I was asked to move the appointment on the same day. I then rearranged my work schedule to move the appointment, and then 45 min before the appointment he texted me to cancel. I was surprised by how unprofessional this was given all the good reviews.

Can't recommend this company enough. Got a call 11pm Saturday night from my renters saying the hot water heater went. Scrambling because of the time and it being a holiday weekend I reached out to a few companies on here and got a response from Ryan very quickly.

Set up appointment for next day. He showed up early and the new water heater was installed by lunch time.

This is the third plumbing service I have gone through for various items, but this will definitely be the only one I use from now on!

From the moment I called them asking for a quote to hook up a dishwasher, fridge, and gas stove, to when Ryan showed up, the whole experience was extremely professional and of highest quality.

Ryan showed up early, made sure to text and email a confirmation ahead of time, was the only person to ask me for pictures ahead of the job to understand what he was getting into. He was extremely thorough, showed me where various shut offs and pipes were that I didn't know, and notified me ahead of time that he would have to disconnect as well as reconnect my appliances, which no one else had told me.

Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received, the professionalism, and I would recommend him and this company to anyone who asks!

I contacted Ryan about my garbage disposal which was acting up. Via text he tried to help me fix it on my own, asked me to send him pictures, etc. I was blown away by his willingness to help. Ended up fixing the problem on my own, but will use him in a heartbeat if I have an issue again.

After searching for someone to work on a few projects in our bathroom, we were referred to Ryan at AF Ventolieri. Ryan was really quick with the work, and was in constant communication through the scheduling process. He was also able to find a part for our shower that others could not, saving us a ton of money on replacing the unit. Hands down amazing work.

We had to replace our old boiler and Chris was AMAZING! I rarely leave reviews on here, but this team was so great that I couldn't not do so. Chris is the best professional I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. His free visit to make the quote was thorough and he was kind and understanding. He went beyond his duty in trying to give me the best boiler and fix the pipes that had water in them. He then came back to test everything and will do it again in the fall. I wish every professional in Boston were like him.
