Dear Fellow Bostonians,

Words cannot express the unbelievable Ryan of A F Ventolieri plumbing. I will be referring him/them to every single person I know. I've already started texting my friends to rave about them.

To make a long, scary story shorter, I had an emergency issue with a gas oven. It was a Sunday in the summer in Boston. As you can imagine, not very many companies were responsive. I finally thought of using Yelp and I messaged a bunch of companies. Ryan messaged me back within five minutes, had a phone conversation with me in less than ten minutes and was at my apartment in less than an hour. Less than an hour. On a Sunday. He was extremely professional from the get go. Ryan was so honest that after he came out all that way on the emergency call he told me at once there was nothing for me to do other than replace the oven. Being someone who has no knowledge about gas ovens and, given the nature of the issue with the oven still functioning, Ryan could have taken advantage of that and very easily and charged me whatever he wanted.

But wait, that's not all. I was frantic to have a new oven and, once I obtained one from Home Depot a few hours later, Ryan actually came back again. That day. Yes, I mean he came twice on a Sunday. The same Sunday. I dare anyone to find a company that would do that.

Let me not go into a rant about how unbelievably well-priced they were. As in, lower than quoted well-priced. On a Sunday. Twice. Did I mention that yet?

I know it sounds nuts, but I'm almost happy I went through this ordeal because I finally have a reliable and honest plumbing company that I can turn to anytime I need without hesitation. Not something easily found at all. If you've ever had a plumbing issue, and I have had my fair share of them, you know what I mean. Skip the rest of them, save yourself the headache, time and money- call A F Ventolieri, talk to Ryan and you will have the best out there on your side. Ryan...thank you, thank you, a thousand thank you's!!!!

Really good experience. Chris responded quickly to my initial quote request. Ryan was punctual, efficient, and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal quickly and even charged us less than the quoted price. Highly recommend these guys!

Ryan was great! I came home on a Saturday night to a puddle in my bathroom with a leak coming from the sink. Ryan contacted me at 12:30am and figured out the problem over text and showed up the next day at 9am. He was not only super helpful but made me want to continue doing business with him! Ryan returned my call right away. He looked at pictures of my hot water heater, checked with the manufacturer, and was ready with a plan. Before coming out he made a suggestion and it actually did the trick and we didn't need service. I was so impressed with his professionalism, quick response and willingness to talk with me and help me, that I called him when I had a problem with my heater. To my disappointment, he doesn't do heaters but came back with a great recommendation for someone who does. Ryan and Ventolieri Plumbing are at the top of my list of who to call if I have a plumbing problem or project!

Really great experience. Ryan is efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Pricing is reasonable.
After he repaired our toilet once, I contacted him for help with a separate problem. He was kind enough to help me troubleshoot over the phone and I fixed the issue - I imagine other companies would have taken the opportunity for more business. Highly recommend!

Yep, another 5 star review for Ryan. He did some tricky re-plumbing for a new washing machine I installed at my place in the South End. He was cool to work with, fast and thorough. Also conservative - seemed like doing things in the way least likely to create problems for others in the building was important to him. Thumbs up all around!

Ryan was great! Huge help, honest price and very personable. He consulted (pics & description of leaky sink) before the appointment and told me the best way to get a part (for a cost savings) and quickly responded and scheduled with me. He showed up on time and did the work perfectly. Would recommend these guys/Ryan to anyone!

Highly recommended. The company was the first one to reply when i requested a quote from Yelp. Ryan is timely and maintain communication throughout the process. We thiught that our boiler is beyond repair but Ryan was able repair it. So we dont have to spend $$ to replace the whole thing. He even fixed the heating issue that we had had but gave up on it because our prior plumber couldn't. I think we just found our plumber!
