These guys are very unprofessional. They did not shown on their appointment and when i called back the lady told that my boss is busy and we may need to reschedule the appointment for other day. On other day appointment also no body showed up and no body picked up the phone.

Do not waste time to work with these unreliable guys.

I made an appointment with Mike from A&A plumbing. He showed up on time and did a back flow test at a reasonable price. He had to order some parts. The service was friendly and efficient enough. Dominique, the receptionist very helpful over the phone. I will use his service again. I will refer him to friends and neighbors.

One of the employees, Larry, came out and he repaired a laundry drain problem for me. The drain had corroded over time and needed replacing.
Very pleased with his work, and his attention to detail.

I will definitely call A&A for my future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately I had very poor service. I contacted them on 11/23 to schedule an appointment the earliest appt. they had available was 12/1 I requested for them to consider a corporate account because we were a business. The female who answered said she would confirm with the boss. I stated I still want the appointment regardless. She said she would call me back. I called again later that day and left a message confirming the appointment and to please call me back...no response.
12/1 I called and the woman had no appt. scheduled for me. I reminded her of our conversation and she said she called me and left me a message. (Not True) she didn't call my receptionist nor my personal cellphone. She decided to cancel the appt. without communicating it and stated we do no 3rd party claims. I was willing to pay for the appt. if they chose NOT to do a corp. acct.
I suggest to people DO NOT use this company. Very poor customer service and not willing to work with other businesses.

Had an appointment from 2 to 3. The guy was a no show and when I called they said the tech was running an hour behind. I told him to come back around 4:30. He was a no-show. When I called to reschedule they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

I just called and talked w/ Mike about a leak under my kitchen sink. He was busy and could not come over, however he spent the time on the phone to have me check the faucet and actually fix the issue by myself. What an amazing service. Thanks, Mike, and have a nice weekend.

We have had Dave come out a few times now for our toilets and sinks. I know nothing about plumbing and he is always happy to explain what he's doing. He is honest about what needs to be done and gives different options for different price ranges.

Very friendly phone services every time I have called. They always give appropriate time frames for when the plumber will arrive. Very happy with every service we have had.

I looked at these Yelp reviews and A &A plumbing was as customer friendly as many of these reviews suggested. I had a plugged kitchen drain and called a competitor who looked under the sink and was clueless on diagnosing the problem. He wanted to replace the pipe which would be above the $375 I was quoted. I then decided I needed to look elsewhere and reviewed these Yelp recommendations and called A &A. The nice dispatch woman called me back, made an appointment for today between 2 and 3 and Larry showed up on time, was able to unclog the drain after 25 feet of snaking, cleaned up and under our sink has never looked cleaner. It's nice to see that some companies still believe in customer service...highly recommend A &A.

Mike is just amazing! I had called other plumber yesterday who couldn't fix my Kitchen sink drain problem. He wasted 2 hours of my time and my money and told me I had something major wrong in here that needs complete overhaul of my plumbing system.
I called A&A plumbing. He was able to accommodate us in his very busy schedule and fixed the drain problem in less than an hr! We have used A&A plumbing in the past too and they are just awesome...can do jobs that other plumbers make a big deal about.

I was extremely happy with A & A Plumbers. I had a clogged kitchen sink drain for two days. I called three different plumbing companies before I found A & A plumbing on line. When I called them, they had a great person answering the phone who made me feel better right away, she took my information and said they could have someone here in an hour.
Larry called and said he was on his way about a half hour later. Larry showed up and had the problem fixed in one and a half hours. When The other plumbers returned my call I was happy to tell them I called A & A plumbing and my clogged drain was already fixed.
Larry was very personable and explained what he was doing to unclog the sink, he cleaned everything up when the repair was completed.
A & A also repair heaters and air conditioning, they are now my new go to company for plumbing and heating.
