This is what I love about Yelp - the reviews lead you to some GREAT service people - and after reading the reviews on A&A - we decided to give them a shot at a leak that our 'other' plumber said was unsolvable and refused to come back the third time to make it right.

A&A were here on time - diagnosed the problem - left - returned with the correct parts - fixed it - and WALLA - no more leak!!

Called for an Appointment and they offered to come and quote a price for washout installation. It was no emergency and they offered an appointment same day. But they never showed up, I called again but no response and no call back after leaving them a message.

Found A&A on Yelp. I thought that given their high rating I would be safe in choosing them. I was right.

The woman who took my call was easy to talk to and thorough in taking my information.

A plumber (Derrick) arrived within the hour, as I was told.

The service was reasonably priced, Derrick did a great job. He is soft-spoken, very courteous and articulate. He explained to me exactly what had to be done, gave me an up front estimate and performed the work expeditiously. He made every effort to keep my house clean during the process and left the bathroom area where he was working spotless.

I would call A&A again if I needed a plumber. Thank-you. Well done!

I had a simple blocked sewer line. Mike answered the phone last night after business hours and offered to send someone out early this morning. I gave Mike directions (my house is tricky to find) and he didn't pass those on to the service technician who called saying he couldn't find the house. That aside, the technician was polite and friendly and did his work efficiently and also informed me to check the site for a service coupon. Because this was a relatively simple job, I'm not ready to give out 5 stars, but certainly today's service was a positive experience.

A & A Plumbing is truly not an ordinary plumber. They are honest and do their job well! The owner and all his employees are trained to be honest and caring for their customers. They do high quality work. I had my home for over 40 years and they replaced all the old water pipes with copper. Add hot water recirculation system, Toilet, Kitchen garbage disposal and some new faucets in my home. They finished the job in less than 2 weeks! I am very happy with their done well.

These guys are great. I hired them based on their Yelp reviews, and I couldn't be more pleased. I had two bathroom sinks that were backed up. They offered to have a plumber show up within 45 minutes of my call. I asked that he show up later and he arrived within 4 minutes of the beginning of the one-hour window. $296 got me almost 2.5 hours of service including removing an old pipe and elbow joint and replacing it with new, and snaking out two drains. He insisted on wearing booties in the house, and the area where the work was done was left spotless. One year warranty on work and the clog itself.

I've used A & A several times. They are always quick to respond and able to take care of the problem. They've done everything from unstopping drains to installing a water heater for me over the past couple years. I'd highly recommend calling them.

This is a great Plumbing company fully deserving of the top rating Yelp. I had an emergency gas pipe plumbing problem when installing a new cooktop and got this name from Yelp. Jessie from A&A was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thoughtful too. He figured out a few options and discussed the most optimal way of solving the problem and saved me nearly $175 in the process. I greatly recommend A&A for their work - they truly deserve the 5 star rating! ..and yes, he puts on his booties every time he enters the house saving the carpet.

I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about A & A! We had a blockage in our laundry room, the washer spewed water all over the place, flooding everything. I immediately called A & A after seeing the 5-star reviews for their work.

Jessie came over in less than 20 minutes because I was panicked. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgable and respectful. EVERY time he came into the house he put on his little booties! He fixed our problem, told me what caused the problem and how to prevent it next time, charged me very reasonably and even helped me move my washer & dryer back into place.
