I needed some help with the laundry drain at my house in Sunnyvale.
The standpipe was leaking and the whole drain pipework was old and corroded.

There was some problem with scheduling my job at the office which left me stuck waiting hours at the house.....my phone messages took a long time to be returned.

When Germane finally arrived to do the work he was great!
- cut out the damaged iron pipework in the wall and replaced with new ABS fittings to get things back working again.
- price was very fair for what turned out to be a bigger job than I expected

I'm keeping these guys number in my phone.

Rosendo arrived early! He was friendly and helpful. He looked at the job, and went to work. Needed to cap a pipe that had no threading. 15 minutes and it was solved.

These guys are so customer oriented. I had Rosendo here to help put in a hot/cold faucet. Once it was in, we discovered the heat tank was leaking. He came back the next day after I had the opportunity to find a replacement part. The work he completed was perfect, and the price I was charged was extremely fair. In the past, Mike--the owner--was here and he also was so accomodating and customer focused. I highly recommend this company.

Mike and Larry are fantastic. We had a tricky situation where the flame for our water heater would go out. The first time they came out they couldn't replicate the problem and they didn't charge us. They squeezed us in their busy schedule later and was able to address and replaced the part that was causing the problem for a very reasonable price. If you have any kind of plumbing or heater issues give them a call bc they're the best!

I would highly recommend A&A Plumbing. Dominque was able to schedule an appointment within a day after calling. She sent Rosendo to do the job. What a great job he did installing a new toilet and removing the old toilet. I was so impressed with him all the way around. His expertise, professionalism, workmanship, etc.

I highly recommend him and I plan to recommend him and the company to anyone I know who needs plumbing services.

This place is a ripoff, our shower is dripping and we called A&A to come and have a look. Larry came and it was a small job and took about 10 min to replace a small part, the bill came out to be close to $400 (325+$60 house call). The cost is disproportionate to the work. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Poor customer care. The plumbers who came to check on our home were not knowledgeable about the toilet we have. Received the payment for the site visit same day and did not update their office. The clerk doesn't seem to know how to resolve, says it is ok on the phone but not able to provide receipt. Very bad experience overall! Would not recommend this company.

Larry came over and gave me a quote to move the laundry room into the garage. The sewer, water, gas, and dryer vent all had to be moved. They were polite, professional and on time. They had it done just in time for the delivery of my new appliances. Andrew found a sewer vent not properly vented through the roof that should have been completed by another contractor when we did our remodel. At one point Mike and the rest of his team were all at the house finishing up the job. Excellent company. I would recommend them to anyone. Nice to see a local business that does great work at a reasonable price and doesn't try to rip you off. Thanks Mike, Larry, Andrew and Isidro! Shout out to Dominic who was very pleasant to talk to for scheduling.

Overall a very good experience when things go wrong with plumbing or heater problems. I have used their services for a variety of issues over the years: plumbing, garbage disposal, faucet replacement/repair and wall furnace. Pricing for the work was reasonable.

Our recent work involved a wall furnace that needed to have some work done, including a new thermostat. Though it took awhile to get the new wall furnace part (tech had to purchase it at another city), the work was well done.

However, about a month later, the new thermostat (non-programmable, manual type) decided to stop 'clicking' to turn on the heater. We were still under warranty and I called A&A Plumbing to explain the situation. A&A Plumbing tried to see if we could get squeezed in to their busy schedule for the same day or the next. To our surprise, we got a call back and were able to get help on the same day, since someone was already in our area. Great timing! The issue was solved and heater now works.

I recommend A&A plumbing and I will continue to contact them for any future issues.

The reaching out, service, friendliness and thoroughness were great. My wife and I chose A&A Plumbing as their ratings genuinely look good. In the morning around 9am, I called and left a voicemail to ask that someone come and fix the kitchen sink plumbing - standing water in a dual sink. We checked the ""p-trap"" and went through chemicals and vinegar/baking soda. Then even a 25 foot drain snake couldn't fix my clog. The call made went to voicemail, but we received a call back about an hour later for a 2 to 3pm slot. Around noon time, we receive a call indicating a 12pm appointment cancelled, and it was available. Dominique was the one updating us and estimating about a 20min arrival. Sure enough, Rosendo, our serviceman, arrived around 12:30pm. With boot covers on, he came in and worked on our clogged drain for about 1 hour. Pulling the findings out of the pipes and flushing them down the toilet until we were all clear. Issue is resolved, and he gave us a quote for pipe replacements. He had also suggested some rusted parts to be replaced in the near future. We will use them again.
