The only reason they got one star is because of zero wasn't available. Do not use this company. They are a complete scam. They tore up a sprinkler pipe next to a large hole that they had to dig to replace a main pipe. I worked for over a month and a half to get them to pick up the cost($80) to replace that sprinkler pipe and all I get is the runaround. They have zero interest in customer service and will do everything possible to push problems out for weeks and weeks until you just give up. These guys they are nothing but trouble. Never again.

Tankless water heater went out on a busy Monday morning - no water pressure, no hot water. Service line picked up immediately and was able to schedule Christian to come out day of. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Troubleshooting with a descaler unfortunately did not work but Christian assured us he could get a new water heater installed next day. Took the time to compare models, hot water needs of the house, pros/cons of water conditioner/filter, and pricing. Install went perfectly, work area was clean, and we are very happy.

I highly recommend these guys! We had an issue with our plumbing at my business and they sent someone out with the hour I called. Robert and Jorge assessed the situation and thoroughly explained our problem and what needed to be done and was able to fix the problem. Submitted request online for price quote. They said they would come out and give a free estimate. They were out that morning to give estimate. I had them do the requested work. Estaban was very nice and informative AND CLEAN. I know some plumbers are not so I found that important. They completed the work gave me some suggestions for work that might be needed in the future. I would 100% recommend A-1 Plumbing to anyone and will be using them when future needs arise.

I called on Sunday morning, and Christian was there before 12 PM. He quickly identified the issue and provided me with several options for fixing it. After I authorized the work, he and his coworker got started right away. The best part is that Christian was able to pivot during the fix and saved me $300
