Like a lot of homeowners I found myself in need of plumbing assistance. After contacting a plumber, he said that it was time to consider replacing the main sewer line. Images of removing floor tile and breaking concrete kept me up at night until I talked with a friend who is a plumber who suggested relining the sewer line . At his suggestion, I called A-1Total Service on a Friday. I was surprised and pleased that they made an appointment for the following Monday. Mario came to the house and used a camera to look at the line. After the inspection conversation, I made the decision to reline the line out to the city connection. A date was set and the A-1 crew arrived and started the process. Part of the work was done on the first of two days . Even though they had to return to complete the job, they left me with a functioning sytem and able to stay in the house. They returned and completed the work on the second day. After they cleaned up and left, you could hardly tell that they had even been there. Everything was functioning and the property was clean. They made it simple for me and I was able to stay at the house during the process and not have to go to hotel for one or two nights. Well worth the money. I highly recommend them.

Called A-1 Total Service Plumbing to fix a gas valve and install a new gas dryer. Christian and Lamberto arrived on time and were professional and courteous. Christian explained in detail the various options and addressed all my concerns. I'm left shook after a visit from this company, in fact I waited weeks to post this and changed my initials because I am scared for my family's safety. The plumber was not knowledgable on the project yet cocky and actually yelled at me saying he had other things to do today which is confusing being that he knew what the project entailed and provided a quote (over 2k) that I had approved. The drastic change in his behavior/attitude was extremely alarming and made me leave the area he was in immediately and avoid him in my own home until he left. It was a Friday afternoon so I am guessing he just wanted to get home? I have never dealt with such an unprofessional technician and was actually quite nervous that I ever had him in my home. I reached out to the company management three times, twice by email and once by phone. They are completely unconcerned with their customers experience. Please RUN from this company.

We use A1 at Multiple facilities and know every time that the job will be completed In a quick and efficient manner. A1 came out the same day to give me an estimate. Jose Reyes was able to come back the next business day to do the work. it was painless and took less time than originally anticipate. Erik Cuevas was also here to assist and was very respectful of the house rules and nice to our daughter.
