Called Dan last week for 3 removal and new toilet installations. The toilets were the WR (Water Ridge Costco Private Label) one piece dual flush toilets.

His rates for toilet installations are standard with all professional, licensed plumbers. He spent a good amount of time with me discussing the installation since I was thinking about doing it myself. I was upfront about what I was willing to pay to make it economical for me to hire someone to do it.

Needless to say, I hired him to do one of the three, and glad I did. Bernie came out to do the second floor master bedroom installation and removal. Totally cool guy. Professional, courteous, and honest when dealing with me. He's been working with Dan for a long time. He used some extra part I needed for the new toilet which he didn't charge extra for me, even though I offered to pay for them.

I'm really glad I found these guys on my Google search. Yes, that's where I found them first. And then here on Yelp. Bernie's workmanship was spot on. No leaks, no problems. He also helped me carry down the old Toilet.

I'd recommend them, and think you'd be very happy and need not look anywhere else.

Quick response on call. They happened to have a technician in our area. From call to fixing two issues with a toilet and a sink, it only took a couple hours out of our day. Worked perfectly for us. And the technician, Bengie, was professional, very friendly and did the job right. Will definitely call A1 for future plumbing issues!

Friday night our toilet was running and when we tried to fix it, the top of the toilet slipped and cracked our porcelain. We only have one bathroom, so this was a real emergency. I called and got a quick response. Dan quoted us a great price considering we would need anew toilet and it was well after their hours. The guys came and installed the new toilet in less than 30 minutes. Dan was really nice and friendly, a Fullerton guy who wants to help out people. I would use them again if we ever have another plumbing issue.

Given the fact that it was a Friday we were out of luck since our water heater broke. I called a few other companies but the lady I spoke to assured me that someone will be in our house within 4 hours. John came out fixed our water heater in no time. We paid the quoted price. It was not like in many other instances that they find ""other"" problems and the price goes up. They have a customer for life. Refreshing to find honest and a good company. Keep up the good work! I already have recommended your company to my family and friends in case they would ever need a plumber.

I busted the black plastic drain pipe from my sink to the wall yesterday, called A-1, and by 10:00 AM the next morning, Christian and Bernie had the repairs done, job site cleaned and handed me a reasonable bill. I'd call these guys again whenever I break another pipe.

I called for a leaking problem above the ceiling of my two story home. This company sent me two Asian guys, they didn't know how to find the problem, they said they needed to remove the toilets and that they were sure problem was there,(they didn't have any equipment to track the problem, they were doing it by eye) I said, why not check where the leak is coming down and try to follow the trail, which they did and, yes there was the rusted pipe leak. They prey on you need to fix the problem, and of course they overcharged me $380.00, on top of that,they used shoe covers but stepped on the drywall they cut on the ceiling and walked allover my house, including upstairs and then at the end they suppose to cleaned it. Horrible service, at the end the guys who don't get me wrong were nice but sloppy, offered me other construction services on the side.

Wow. Had a problem early this morning with a leaking water heater. A1 Speedy Rooter and Plumbing was here an hour after i called. One hour after that a new water heater was delivered and installed. What a great team and real customer service. The most polite crew ever and stayed until the job was completed...From a leaking heater to an installed new heater the same day. That's what i call great customer service. Elbert and his helper were excellent, did a great job with the installation and clean up. Not a spec of dust left in my garage, and cleaner than ever. When i need a great plumber in the future, i will be calling them again.

After a horrible experience with Ritz Plumbing who charged me $375 and did nothing to fix a backed up sewer line, we called A-1 at 8:30 at night on a Sunday...holiday weekend too! He sent a very nice man who fixed the problem and charged us only $200! So thankful!
