I like working with Local Services as they are based in Fullerton, and A1 were terrific. I called them to unclog a toilet, and were available. Very thankful as it is Christmas Eve. Were able to come out in a couple of hours and unclog my toilet quickly. Price was fair, and unlike other national chain plumbers, they didn't try to upsell me to $500 or more services.

Will call again if necessary.

Discovered a clogged toilet when I returned from work. I can't afford to take the next day off to wait around for a repair and learned that many other outfits charge a HUGE after hours ""emergency"" fee. A-1 Speedy responded to my call right away. The phone personnel was very understanding and sent Bernie the next evening. He was polite and professional and got the job done right away. Their price was extremely reasonable - especially since it was technically an ""after hours"" job. I would definitely recommend them.

You're still lying. Front door was wide open that day. Most parts of your response are not true because you called me later and told me that the technician knocked another door in the neighborhood by mistake. Also I didn't yell at her nor at you, she said because the landlord asked for a service, a technician will go to do the job without my permission and I told her they're not allowed to walk in my home otherwise I'll call 911. Is it quite rudely? I respect your viewpoint.

Incredible service and help on a Saturday night! I didn't even use their services. I came home to a large rumbling noise in the garage. Water heater leaking! I had never experienced the subwoofer sound from a water heater. I called A-1, and they walked me through what to do. Shut off water and the pilot. That did the trick. I had no idea, and was honestly a bit scared to deal with it. It was LOUD. The nice woman on the phone had me text her pictures, just to be sure of the issue. Set my mind at ease, then called our home warranty company to get the process started. But the peace of mind these guys gave me, for free? I can't say thank you enough. Very nice people and ultimately just wanted to be sure my family was safe and we knew what to do moving forward.

Highly recommend this company!

We had an old hose bib that was soldered on and calcified. My husband tried to replace it on his own but it wouldn't stop leaking. Called A-1 and they came out the very next day. They set up the appointment quickly and made it work with my schedule.

Bernie was right on time, friendly, professional, and was wearing a mask. He finished the job quickly and even fixed it in a way that my husband can replace the hose bib on his own next time. Price was reasonable too!

The BEST home plumbing service I have ever received! From phone inquiry to completed job, everyone was extremely helpful and professional! They made sure to give me an updated ETA the day of and then actually show up on time! None of that, ""we'll be there somewhere between 8AM and 5PM"" BS. My washing machine was leaking from one of the hoses so I call them. They told me the problem has been solved by replacing the hose and should be good now. The day after We noticed there was a leak again so I had to see it by myself.
They used the old hose and never changed it.
They hooked the hot water to the cold and also used old washers. After I called them several times they told me that they would get back to me, but they never did.
Not happy with the service. They just looking for easy fix and ask for the money.
Still waiting for their call to fix the issue after two weeks.

Karen and Nancy always sounded positive and upbeat on the phone, every time I called. They are sharp and efficient. You can tell they really want to help you

Bernie was great. Super friendly and works with focus and speed.

You never just work with one person in a company, so I just love orgs that build strong team culture and work as a unit.

Lastly, I check w the insurance auditor and he found their pricing very reasonable. He's seen a lot of quotes and A1 is honest and fair.

It's great having trusted people to work with in hard times-- grateful to find A1 and will be calling them again (hopefully not this year :)
