I had a clogged kitchen sink my usual plumber was really busy and hadn't been able to get over to unclog. I called A-1 Speedy Plumber at 5:15 PM on a Friday evening they were there within 2 hrs. right when they said they would be there. Raymond was a total professional. He got right to work and within a short period of time had everything running perfectly. I would highly recommend A-1 Speedy Rooter and Raymond.

So, I had A1 come out to investigate plumbing issue. Doing an ADU and contractor said I might have 3/4"" line in wall. Wanted to find out if I had 3/4"" inch line or just 1/2"". One other plumber told me I only had 1/2"" on the first floor. I told him that another plumber said I only had 1/2"" line. A1 said, ""no, i guarantee you have a 3/4"" line under the kitchen sink. All I have to do is cut the drywall and I can show you. It will cost $150."" So, I said ok even though I dont like having holes in my wall even if under the sink. So, he cuts the hole, looks, and says, ""Hmm. looks like you only have 1/2"" That will be #150."" So, I'm left with a hole in my wall and another hole in my wallet for $150. Gee thanks. Can I pay you to you to put more holes in my wall? What happened to the ""I guarantee""

I had the worst customer service ever!!!! Bernie is a good guy but Nancy is very unfair and only knows how to charge people more money!!! Never going back to them again. They say they have a 30 day warranty on their work but will charge you again & again!! They're warranty is not a warranty!!!

I called a couple days ago regarding a leak in the refrigerator and a plumber came out the same day. there was some misunderstanding regarding the service needed and i felt like i was improperly charged. However, Nancy the admin representative was extremely understanding. She listened to my complaint and investigated the situation. She spent alot of time explaining the reason why the service was done and what type of service it was. Most importantly, she made me feel valued as a customer. We ended up agreeing on a compromise and I will continue to use A-1 as my preferred plumbing company.

I searched Yelp & found A-1 Speedy Rooter servicing the Fullerton area. I called Sunday morning (9/2/18) at 10am to schedule a plumber to snake out my main line. Dispatcher said a technician would arrive between 3 & 4pm. Bernie arrived just after 3:30pm apologizing for being late. I said you arrived at the time frame window your dispatcher told me that you would arrive. He immediately went to work, diagnosed my main line & snaked it. After completing the job. I also asked him if he could work on other plumbing related issues & gave me a rough estimate on prices for possible future plans. Thank you Bernie for your professionalism & i plan to call A-1 Speedy Rooter for my future plumbing related issues. We had a toilet back-up issues and called a few supposed ""quick"" plumbers and none could come ""quick."" Bernie from A-1 Speedy Rooter & Plumbing arrived and snaked the drain and was done in about 10 minutes. Charged what they had quoted over the phone, was super nice, got the job done.
