Max came over on a Sunday when all of my Grandma's toilets were plugged. Called him in the am and he was there within an hour. He figured out what the issue was and cleared it all up. Ended up being two clogs in the main line. Made sure we checked that everything was working before leaving. Seemed like the job was more than he bargained for, but didn't charge anymore than the initial quote he gave over the phone. Super reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend. Very friendly too!

I would have needed to call Max out today, except he fixed the problem last November! I no longer need regular rootings on my pipes.

I don't know why no other plumber wanted to come out and do a several thousand dollar job. Max came out, did it, was good at it, and fixed my roots-growing into the really old iron pipes problem.

I asked him to scope out and determine what the cause of the toilets backing up into the shower (gross) was. It was a blockage in my main (not sure about this) drain caused by roots. He would rooter it out, but they would keep growing back (six months turned into three, three into two, one into... weeks, you get the point). Finally, he ran a camera through there and showed me the various issues I was having. He replaced the pipe with ABS, which involved digging up my yard and creating a ""pipe-sized hole"" through the lower foundation wall of my house.

He did a great job and nobody can tell that he's here. The price was fair although I had nothing to compare it to because nobody wanted to come out for a competing estimate. The work was started quick and took about a week. By the time he was done, you could tell he was never here.

He gave me lots of great plumbing advice and seems to know local rules and regulations really well, even about plants/trees growing into pipes and stuff like that.

On a side note, Max reminds me of some of my friends and seems like he would be a cool guy to hang out with. He's funny and I remember one of his quotes about fitting under the house, he said (kind of like a cat), ""if the head fits..."" and dove under my house.

When I finally get my kitchen redone, I'm going to give him a call and coordinate so that he can finally rid my house of old iron pipes and be done with it. When he was last here to do the main drain (I think) replacement, he also did a ""clean (blow) out"" of my kitchen drain and said that he'd probably have to do it every 3-5 years (until replaced with ABS), if I recall correctly.

Max is the boss. We have a toilet that was backed up and he was able to fix the issue right away. Unfortunately during the time he was fixing this toilet, another one of our toilets got backed up. Fortunately, max was there. Got the second one fixed right after and even made adjustments to the flow and power of the toilets. Great service and definitely recommended if he can provide service in your area. Look no further!

What a great honest guy Max is. He came by to flushing the tankless water heater. looked at it and asked have we ever clean it? I said no. He told us ""because of the age of the product, it might cause leaking after being flushed. If the heater still works, just keep it until you need to replace it.""For sure when it's time to replace the heater he will be the guy I call for the job!!! Thanks Max!!!

Max is beyond amazing. I was put through hell by what seemed like a simple clogged toilet / sump pump. Advised to get a hydro-jet, I set-up appointments with 2 hydro-jetters, found on Yelp. One didn't show; the other called at the end of the 4 hour window to say they were just picking up the hydro-jet and on the way.

Max responded to my request for a quote right away with humor and sympathy. He arrived exactly when agreed. Solved the problem, which was NOT a clog but an unplugged sump pump. I had him look at other stuff inside my house.

He's a gem, a keeper. I recommend A-1: reliable, not overly priced, honest. What more can you ask for?
