Max came out when we called him on a Friday night for a backup of our toilet that was draining into the garage. He managed to snake the shower and get everything fixed and also snaked our disposal too. Thanks max!

Warren was quick to reply from Yelp quote and quick on text message. He provided a quote (including labor + parts) to repair a thermocoupler unit on my water heater on a Sunday and was able to come out Monday mid-morning to fix it. Water heater is working again and Warren was in and out within an hour.

I asked for an estimate on a job through yelp and got an immediate response from Max saying he's unavailable. I tried to clarify that I had not provided a timeframe and that I just wanted to know what he thought the cost would be so I can compare with other providers, but he again responded immediately saying ""I can't give an estimate if I'm not available."" I'm not entirely sure why he couldn't have waited until he was available to give me a proper estimate rather than shutting me down immediately - it was rather disappointing to get this kind of response seeing how most people seemed to praise how great their experience with him was.

Max came to my place for a clean out and unfortunately the first time around, the toilet was clogged a week later. He was very gracious to come back out again to do another clean out to resolve the issue. God bless, this time around the clean out was successful. I appreciate him for coming back out in a timely manner. Thanks Max!

Max helped me with a broken sewer line. First, using specialized blades to get the roots out then using a camera to figure out why the problem returned a few weeks later. He's honest, shows up on time, and priced well.

Max came out and installed plumbing for a washer dryer. He spent a lot of time under our home and worked late to help us get the job done and not be without hit water for too long. He even billed us slightly under his original esta one because he discovered we already had ductwork done.
