I can't say enough good things about Max (the owner of A-1). He came to install a faucet for us . He did this and it works just fine. I then casually asked him if he could take a look at a broken toilet which I had given up on ever working properly. We have had about 4 plumbers look at the toilet and each one said get a new one. Well I gave Max a new name ""Miracle Max"" He FIXED the toilet. Unbelievable. Boy does he know his stuff. And as an extra bonus his prices are reasonable and he is a lovely person. Thank you Max!!!

I cannot thank Max enough. We had a huge plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and he was at the house within two hours. He quoted us a reasonable price given it was the weekend and he came out so fast. He found the issue and told us our next steps to address the deeper problem with our pipes. No hidden fees. Tankless Water Heater went one night. Started to search for vendors and Max was one of the 1st to respond. Very smart guy, knows what he is doing.

My Noritz was about 9 years hold (never serviced - my fault)

Max was able to diagnose the issue and was able to get all the parts covered under the warranty. Call up Nortiz and mailed him the parts to fix my tankless.

Even put in his extra back up Tankless he had so we can have hot water while he repaired my unit. Then 1.5 week later he came back to install my repaired unit.

Hoping the unit last another 5-10 years before I have to call Max again to instal a new unit. :)

The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone. We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy. To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement. I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.
