JT with A-! Prestige Plumbing saved the day! I woke up with a wet spot on my carpet and couldn't figure out where it came from. After 4 bath towels soaked with water I realized I had a leak in my wall somewhere. I called A-! Prestige plumbing at 730am and the owner, JT was at my front door before 8:15am. His day was booked with other clients but he moved them around to help me out because I was desperate.
JT took every precaution not to create a huge whole in my wall and found where the leak in my pipe was located.
His work is thorough. He is extremely clean and professional. I will refer his company to all my contacts in need of plumbing services!

Had a clogged pipe. Called prestige plumbing. Juan and Dan arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. The price was reasonable and with no surprises. After they finished they even checked one more time to see nothing leaks. If anything goes wrong they even promised a 30 day warranty. Great service. I will definitely keep on using this company.

I wanted to give credit where credit is deserved..

This is an amazing company. I have known JT, the owner, for years. We met at an apartment building I own. He fixed my problem that day, and it was an $8 dollar part. That's all he charged me. I have used him and his company for all my rental properties ever since. His prices are reasonable and his service is excellent. He and his guys are available 24/7. I have worked with a lot of plumbers in my years owning property, and none of them are as good or reliable as A-1. Also his expertise cannot be beat, there is nothing he cannot fix. I would and I do recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs, including my family. Thanks JT!!

I hired A-1 to install a new garbage disposal today. They showed up on time, the were professional, did good work and cleaned up. I'd hire them again.

Well. Called A1 three times this morning after being told that they would call me back. A man who did not identify himself called and said someone would call me at 8 am. No one did. I called at 8:10am and they were looking for my number. They could only come out to look at my leaking water heater between 10-12 which is when I would not be home. Receptionist said they might be able to come out later, but if they had to change out the water heater, it would put them into after hours and they would have to charge more for their service. It all sounded so uncommital and risky to me. I called another company and they are coming between 12-2pm to look at the situation. I hope they are reliable, but A1 seemed a bit unreliable to me. I'll have to take down their sticker from my water heater in case I forget they weren't helpful in the future. I was a previous customer and liked their service. Probably the plumbers are good, but the office help is lacking.

I'm really into customer service, and I look at that first to see if I'll use a company or not. I didn't feel I was considered a valued customer, just a potential open wallet and in this day and age, who has an open wallet full of money. Not me!

This was the first time I used A-1 Prestige Plumbing and it won't be the last. I was impressed when I called to make the appointment how friendly and helpful there were. John arrived as promised and got the work done quickly and best of all, no more leaks. The price for the entire job was just as I was told on the phone, which was less than other places said they would be the minimum charge.

I called these guys to come out because I thought my water heater was leaking. The technician who came out was very thorough and after about 20 minutes of searching for the leak, determined it was coming from our Heater/Air Conditioning unit instead.

Since he had to charge me for a service call, he offered to replace an obviously corroded ball valve that was leading into my tank. There was only a small extra charge, since his time was already paid for by the service call that I had to pay anyway. He was very professional, polite and honest.

I will call these guys again for my plumbing needs.
