A-1 Prestige helped me twice. Our plumber, Junior, was great to work with. He was willing to look at options to repairing our leaking water main that included re-routing it. He worked hard with all the rocks in our yard, making trenching difficult. We did have a couple of issues after we thought the job was done but A-1 was responsive and Junior came out right away to correct them. A-1 also helped with my mom's house at about the same time. The house is over 70 years old and developed blockage in the sewer line going to the street. My mom hired a different Plumber that gave her an estimate and at the end of the first day, while she had no sewer, told her she need A LOT more work and the bill would be over 3 times the quote for the job. They were clearly taking advantage of an older woman. Junior was able to come out the next day, gave us a fair quote, and finished the job the following day. Once again, he was creative and flexible in coming up with a solution. I really appreciate the helpfulness and responsiveness of Junior, Josh and Emmie (in the office).

We have used A-1 Prestige Plumbing four times. They are excellent. Their communications are clear accurate and reliable. When they say they're going to come at a certain time they always come precisely at those times. Josh and others who work for them as plumbers are all thorough and customer focused. Their work has held up and we trust them. They have fixed our bathroom toilets and water heaters and checked for leaks in our ceiling and fix them all.

A1/Junior and Luke responded to my slab leak. Junior's calm demeanor and can do attitude put me at ease immediately. When he needed to move my things, he was very respectful and really worked for hours without stop to make it right. Once the leak was fixed, Junior didn't just close up and stop, he waited and tested again and found another that would have very soon caused more damage. The team worked hard digging up slab, in super tight spaces, and covered in mud. They took only one small break until they were confident that they had settled the issue-- about 7 hours! They started again to clean and close up after a meal break. They were respectful to me and even my very inquisitive neighbor who repeatedly interrupted with questions. This was all HOA paid but I would have felt comfortable that i was getting the best service even if I was footing the bill.

On the referral of a friend and a really high water bill, called them to check out some toilets that were not working that well and potentially causing the higher water bill. They arrived early, were very fair in their pricing, and even gave me advice for other questions that I had not related to the toilets that they came out to fix. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an ethical, on time, fair, and great plumber.

Great service. We had a slab leak for hot water main supply. They responded quickly on a Sunday morning and even got us setup with a temporary fix to keep hot water in the bathrooms since we had guests coming that night. They were very clean, left no mess anywhere, and didn't even wake up our baby daughter who was still sleeping.

Their prices seem low compared to competitors and they haven't tried to upsale us or charge for additional but unnecessary work. The office staff are efficient and helpful. Owner was hands on in making sure my issue with a squeaky pipe was fixed. He had to try a few different approaches to remedy the problem, but stayed with it and I am so relieved the noise is gone.
