Well. Called A1 three times this morning after being told that they would call me back. A man who did not identify himself called and said someone would call me at 8 am. No one did. I called at 8:10am and they were looking for my number. They could only come out to look at my leaking water heater between 10-12 which is when I would not be home. Receptionist said they might be able to come out later, but if they had to change out the water heater, it would put them into after hours and they would have to charge more for their service. It all sounded so uncommital and risky to me. I called another company and they are coming between 12-2pm to look at the situation. I hope they are reliable, but A1 seemed a bit unreliable to me. I'll have to take down their sticker from my water heater in case I forget they weren't helpful in the future. I was a previous customer and liked their service. Probably the plumbers are good, but the office help is lacking.

I'm really into customer service, and I look at that first to see if I'll use a company or not. I didn't feel I was considered a valued customer, just a potential open wallet and in this day and age, who has an open wallet full of money. Not me!

This was the first time I used A-1 Prestige Plumbing and it won't be the last. I was impressed when I called to make the appointment how friendly and helpful there were. John arrived as promised and got the work done quickly and best of all, no more leaks. The price for the entire job was just as I was told on the phone, which was less than other places said they would be the minimum charge.

I called these guys to come out because I thought my water heater was leaking. The technician who came out was very thorough and after about 20 minutes of searching for the leak, determined it was coming from our Heater/Air Conditioning unit instead.

Since he had to charge me for a service call, he offered to replace an obviously corroded ball valve that was leading into my tank. There was only a small extra charge, since his time was already paid for by the service call that I had to pay anyway. He was very professional, polite and honest.

I will call these guys again for my plumbing needs.

My neighbor said he's been using these guys for years and knows the owner and ""that prices are competitive and their work and guarantee are outstanding"". With such high expectations I called them to find that they wanted $90 just to come out and bid my job. Most companies will either come out for free or at least provide a rough quote over the phone but not these guys. I decided to pass.

We have been using A-1 Prestige Plumbing for over ten years and have found their service to be high quality. They are not the cheapest plumber but do you really want the cheapest? They have been around a long time and have several full time plumbers on staff so they are available. There are quite a few other companies with low price ""service calls"" that come out only to drive up the price up when they get there and you are desperate. A-1's prices are reasonable and they do quality work.

Very good company and honest about what is wrong and up front about potential charges. Usually you have plumbers that will quote a price and then charge something different not prestige. Great company awesome customer service.

If you need an excellent plumber this is the one to call! Richard and his staff of experienced plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous, clean. I worked with them for a month while getting a new shower installed. During that time I had them complete other jobs that I had been putting off. I will definitely be using them again and so glad that I found them!

Called A-1 Prestige late at night for a plugged drain. They called back within a half hour to learn the details and were there within about an hour. Even though it was late and the roof was damp from the dew and all they had no issues pulling out the heavy ""snake"" and working on the roof from the main bathroom vent. Ran the line all the way to the street to make sure it was clear then went inside and made sure everything was flowing well before they left. Did a good job and did not make the mess other plumbers have made. Also put me on a yearly maintenance plan since part of the problem was the tree roots in the pipe in the front yard due to pepper tree and recommended I change the toilets due to the previous toilet put in during the remodel were low flow with low pressure. Followed their recommendation on the new toilets and now several months later things are still working well. Quite a change from the calls every few months.

Smelled gas outside. Called A-1 Prestige Plumbing. They came out the same day! The plumber had the tools and was able to find the leak easily.
He even dug a hole in the soil to confirm the problem. He was able to shut the gas off to that line. He then ordered the parts necessary and came back the next day to fix the leak. This plumber had no problem digging further down to fix the lear. All this great service at a reasonable price! So great to find an honest hard working company. When my hot water tank started to leak I of course called again. They again were out the same day. Got me hot water until they could come replace the next day. Again they were fast and efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I would not have any other plumbing company do work at my house. All the plumbers are great and go above and beyond. Call them you will be happy you did!
