Had water knocking issues in the pipes. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I researched several plumbbers and settled on A-1 Prestige Plumbing based on the explanations of common problems in their website. I sent my contact info via their website and same day they notified me of a cost of inspection. I went a head and scheduled at the next available convenient time for me. They called me wihtin the appointment window and the guy came within the allotted time. I showed him the problem areas I was experiencing and he knew almost immediately what the problem was. He gave me the differing quotes that I requested and it seemed reasonablly priced to me so I gave him the go-ahead to begin the work. He had the necessary parts on hand and he was able to complete the work within an hour of arrival. His craftmanship was good and he seemed very precise and careful with his work. He cleaned up after himself very well and it seemed as if he wasn't even there although the problem was fixed. Would definitely contact A-1 Prestige again for any plumbing issues that we may have in the future.

We had a running toilet and needed and new flush lever. We placed a call on Thursday morning and Emmie was able to get a technician out to service us on Friday. Emmie was a delight to work with in the office and when Josh showed up he was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using A 1 for all my plumbing needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I would rate this company in the negative if I could. Called A1 Prestige Plumbing and asked if they price match on the installation of a hot water heater. The phone was suddenly passed to a man rudely identifying himself, ""I'm the owner and we don't do that. It's already 3:30 and one of my technicians was at your property, drained the tank and you will be charged."" How rude can you get for asking a simple question? I only called them because my property manager already sent them out to my property without calling me 1st, so I didn't want to take away their job.
Word of mouth is everything. I will never use or recommend this company.

I have been using A-1 Prestige plumbing for their amazing service and quality of work for over a decade. 14 yrs ago, I bought a condo built in 1964; understandably the condo is old and needs work from time to time.

I had them replace the shower fixture when I called them in to snake the shower drain. They quickly fixed the shower drain and installed the shiny new shower faucet.
In September 2019, the valves to my washer had to be replaced, because they were leaking. Junior came in and replaced the valves.

A few months later A-1 Prestige was checking my neighbors unit and determined that the water heater had to be replaced. In the same day, they brought the new water heater in and replaced it.

Fast forward a couple months and I want to start a remodel on my condo to remove the gas fireplace, but keep the gas line to my dryer. The owner JT came out and within a couple hours, he cut the gas line, rerouted the gas line flush with the wall next to the dryer and removed the gas line to the fireplace.

While working on the gas line, JT noticed calcium deposits and seepage on the hot water lines. He took pictures to submit to my Home Owners Association and the following week JT came out to replace the hot water pipes with the calcium deposits and seepage.
My condo requires extra TLC due to it's age and I appreciate having A-1 Prestige to rely on for quality work in a timely manner. They guarantee their work for a year, but I have never had to call them back after they fixed something. I strongly recommend A-1 Prestige for all plumbing needs.
August 22, 2020 Saturday - My old condo sprung another leak. My upstairs neighbors kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking into the wall above my unit and water was dripping into my kitchen. I called my HOA and they sent A-1 Prestige (Josh) to my condo. Josh was here within an hour of my call. He found the leaking pipe behind the wall in less than 10 minutes. An hour later my upstairs neighbor was able to use her kitchen sink without flooding mine.
I highly recommend A-1 Prestige Plumbing. They are responsive, friendly, and Josh wore his face mask the whole time. The guys always clean up after they finish working.

Had a small job that needed to be done after hours and they were very prompt whereas other companies wanted to give my a three hour window. Price was very competitive. Junior was my plumber. He's gold. I'm renovating my condo and he pointed out a couple of things to think about when doing my own plumbing work. Professional and friendly.

A-1 Prestige helped me twice. Our plumber, Junior, was great to work with. He was willing to look at options to repairing our leaking water main that included re-routing it. He worked hard with all the rocks in our yard, making trenching difficult. We did have a couple of issues after we thought the job was done but A-1 was responsive and Junior came out right away to correct them. A-1 also helped with my mom's house at about the same time. The house is over 70 years old and developed blockage in the sewer line going to the street. My mom hired a different Plumber that gave her an estimate and at the end of the first day, while she had no sewer, told her she need A LOT more work and the bill would be over 3 times the quote for the job. They were clearly taking advantage of an older woman. Junior was able to come out the next day, gave us a fair quote, and finished the job the following day. Once again, he was creative and flexible in coming up with a solution. I really appreciate the helpfulness and responsiveness of Junior, Josh and Emmie (in the office).

We have used A-1 Prestige Plumbing four times. They are excellent. Their communications are clear accurate and reliable. When they say they're going to come at a certain time they always come precisely at those times. Josh and others who work for them as plumbers are all thorough and customer focused. Their work has held up and we trust them. They have fixed our bathroom toilets and water heaters and checked for leaks in our ceiling and fix them all.
