Zeev is amazing. He is honest, reliable, fair, prompt and excellent at the work he does. He will let you know when their is a problem and at the same time let you know when there is nothing to worry about. He WONT take advantage of you and is very very fair in his prices. I have used him several times over the years without issue or concern. Zeev is a man of his word. He has never tried to do work not needed to make more money like other plumbers have done to me in the past. He is the first and only plumbing company I trust.

Zeev is unprofessional and rude and did not honor the $25.00 discount coupon that their website had posted and yelled at me over the phone when I questioned him about it. When I asked for an invoice he would just send me an email of the materials that he used. I again asked for an invoice for tax purposes he then jumped down my thrown yelling and screaming at me.

I called them for a repair that they overcharged me for work that he did in a couple of hours and charged me $$$$.

I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

If you're in the market of being ripped off and yelled at then you can go to them otherwise look for another company that isn't so rude and unprofessional like them!

Zeev is an honest, helpful man! Saved me big $$$$!!!

My sewer alarm was going off in the garage and when I pulled the cover on the sewer tank I was greeted with an almost overflowing tank! The pump was running but it wasn't draining. And because of the lovely contents surrounding my pump, I wasn't about to try and tackle this one on my own! I called A1 Affordable plumbing and spoke to Zeev about having someone come out. He offered to guide me through a couple self help procedures to see if I could solve the problem myself and save the cost of a service call. His advice paid off and my pump began doing what it was designed to do: pump our dumps to the city sewer!!!

This is just the perfect solution for any water heater problem, not sure why we would go to anyone else. Very professional and knowledgeable, provide immediate response when I have water heater problem (even late evening winter time). Very reasonable pricing, definitely a lot cheaper than other plumbing we can find around this area.

I called at 7:30 am on a Saturday; Zeev was at my house within an hour. He replaced my water heater, fittings, and answered a ton of my questions. I chose one of the more expensive 50 gallon water heaters. $1,400 is more than I planned to spend, but right now I feel pretty good about the service, so 5 stars it is!

We were out of town when our water heater broke. We returned home on a Sunday, worried that it would be difficult to find a good plumber AND not be overcharged. My sister used Zev and recommended him to us. He showed up that evening (having come back from working in the Bay Area) and assessed the damage--no charge. My husband and I found him to be very knowledgable--so much so that we needed a week to determine whether or not we wanted to go tankless. My husband called Zev several times during that week, and each time Zev was accessible, helpful, and courteous. He did not push our decision one way or another and met us yet again to see if tankless would work for our house. Although we decided against tankless (too much retrofit for our house) we still used Zev to put in a new water heater. We never once felt like we were being overcharged or that the work was done poorly. (BTW, I called a reference when we were figuring out if we could put in a tankless unit and the woman on the phone liked Zev's work so much that she spent 16 minutes talking about him non-stop!). I would highly recommend A-1 Affordable Plumbing and Water Heater.
