Called for service just after noon. Gave me his price which was spot on with other phone quotes. I gave him the thumbs up to do the work and he was out at my home just short of an hour later. By 3PM he was finished. He was clean, professional, and a great job was achieved. Very happy with the new RHEEM 50 gal natural gas water heater and even more pleased with the work done.

Kitchen drains totally clogged up on Sunday and try as I might with plunger, liquid drain cleaner and a hand held snake, i couldn't get to the clog. I called A1 on Monday, MLK Day, and had my drain unclogged and in working order within three hours at a reasonable price. You really cant ask for much more than that

I have had to call Zeev a few times now for issues on my home. He always has a great price, and is honest and fixes the problem in record time! The other day I had to call him because our water heater stopped working in the middle of the winter. He came to my home within one hour and fixed the problem! He is a great person, you don't fine many like him these days!

I used to call and get quotes from at least 3 plumbers when I needed something fixed, now I just call Zeev, I know he will give me the best price, and will do a great job!

Zeev is amazing. He is honest, reliable, fair, prompt and excellent at the work he does. He will let you know when their is a problem and at the same time let you know when there is nothing to worry about. He WONT take advantage of you and is very very fair in his prices. I have used him several times over the years without issue or concern. Zeev is a man of his word. He has never tried to do work not needed to make more money like other plumbers have done to me in the past. He is the first and only plumbing company I trust.

Zeev is unprofessional and rude and did not honor the $25.00 discount coupon that their website had posted and yelled at me over the phone when I questioned him about it. When I asked for an invoice he would just send me an email of the materials that he used. I again asked for an invoice for tax purposes he then jumped down my thrown yelling and screaming at me.

I called them for a repair that they overcharged me for work that he did in a couple of hours and charged me $$$$.

I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

If you're in the market of being ripped off and yelled at then you can go to them otherwise look for another company that isn't so rude and unprofessional like them!

Zeev is an honest, helpful man! Saved me big $$$$!!!

My sewer alarm was going off in the garage and when I pulled the cover on the sewer tank I was greeted with an almost overflowing tank! The pump was running but it wasn't draining. And because of the lovely contents surrounding my pump, I wasn't about to try and tackle this one on my own! I called A1 Affordable plumbing and spoke to Zeev about having someone come out. He offered to guide me through a couple self help procedures to see if I could solve the problem myself and save the cost of a service call. His advice paid off and my pump began doing what it was designed to do: pump our dumps to the city sewer!!!
