Zev and Eddie were really great. Zev took my call on a Friday afternoon and installed a new gas water heater the next morning and hauled my old Rheem water heater away. They finished within one and a half hours and cost less than other companies that provided quotes. Other companies quoted between $2,000 - $2200, but Zev quoted significantly less. His company is definitely more affordable than the others and they were quick. Thank you for being quick, reliable and affordable! Definitely recommend!!!!!

We discovered a significant leak on Saturday by our pressure regulator and had to shut off our water to the house. All the plumbers in the area were unavailable until later in the week or wanted to charge a small fortune to come out. This is where Zeev from A 1 Affordable Plumbing came to the rescue. He promptly showed up the next morning (a Sunday) and completed the job for a great price. Thanks Zeev!

Just had my Kitec plumbing replaced throughout my house, and on the very first day of the job we had evidence of a small leak starting above the water heater. We were living on borrowed time as most of Serrano was built with these inferior pipes.

Zeev, owner of A1 Plumbing did all of my neighbors and I can see why. He did a great job!

He was punctual, professional, kept the house clean as possible and had a great crew with him during the 10 day process. Even the county inspector gave him high marks.

Call him if you need your pipes replaced!

When our water heater broke and water was all over our garage, everyone we called was unable to even come and take a look for days. We called A1 and they asked us to send a picture of the issue and they came out with the correct parts and fixed it the same day! Their fees were also very reasonable, especially considering the holiday timing and our need to get it fixed asap! Zeev is amazing! Next time we won't bother with calling the others.

First let me just say upfront; A1 is the plumber of choice. Only a few days before Christmas and the valve in the faucet tub broke. We could not turn the water off with the handle, so had to shut off main water valve to house! I panicked, thinking OMG... what plumber is going to be available last minute on the Friday before Christmas weekend?? Well, I called A1 and Zeev answered and was here within 1 hour. He had the part and fixed it. He was thorough and professional the entire repair visit and I highly recommend calling A1!!

This is the absolutely the WORST plumbing company in Sacramento. They will misquote, cheated, and lie about their work. I received a quotation from this company , then had another company re inspect their work, and it was totally the opposite of what A1 affordable plumbing had said was wrong with my pipes. It is unbelievable to me the city of Sacramento has not put this company out of business !!

Zeev just replaced our water heater and added a pump circulator. I called him yesterday and he got us in today. He was very professional, honest and gave us a very fair price. He even closed up the dry wall from a previous fix he had done for us a couple of years ago. He went above and beyond. Very happy with our plumber! Thanks Zeev.

Called and some guy answered ,""hello"". I asked if this was a1 plumbing. He said yes. So definitely not a professional way to answer the phone.

I told him our issue and told him that i only had that day off so really needed to get this fixed. I asked very clearly if he can come and he said yes but it wouldn't be until the afternoon. I asked if he could be here around 3 or 4 and he said yeah.

530 came around and i decided to call. It went straight to vm. Called again about 10 minutes later went straight to vm.

So no call from them ever providing me information for why they couldn't come even though i stressed i needed things done today. Basically now i have to wait until the weekend when I'll be home to get things fixed.

Definitely not using this company again.

Unfortunately, be very careful if hiring these guys. They replaced a overpressure valve on water heater in my house. Didn't even bother to check the water pressure (which was over 120 psi) and was the real problem. Ended up watching a few youtube videos and adjusting the regulator myself. Wasn't confident in my fix so asked to see what a new water pressure regulator would cost and they quoted me 560 without even looking at what was needed/wrong or where it was located. Multiple red flags there. I think I would go elsewhere unless it's a complete emergency.
On the positive side they were flexible in taking the warranted payment amount for the water heater repair, that ultimately proved to be unnecessary, but...

Called for service just after noon. Gave me his price which was spot on with other phone quotes. I gave him the thumbs up to do the work and he was out at my home just short of an hour later. By 3PM he was finished. He was clean, professional, and a great job was achieved. Very happy with the new RHEEM 50 gal natural gas water heater and even more pleased with the work done.
