My toilet was leaking and my shut off valve seized and I could not turn it off. I called and Will was very quick to respond worked with my schedule and came next day. Tobee came was very polite and took care of it all quickly and good quality work. Also I'm kind of a clean freak and I didn't need to ask they came to door and put booties on as he came in. From beginning to end 9th island plumbing was top notch. Was replacing a faucet and mistakenly used task rabbit to try and save a buck. Long story shirt guy did it completely wrong and it was leaking. Called 9th island and sent a few puctures and they sent someone the next morning and fixed the issue in 15 min. Could jot be happier

We have our Manabloc Water System disconnected and replaced it with hot and cold water valves in all of our bathrooms and kitchen sink. In the long-term, this will save us thousands of dollars on other leaks from wear and tear.

We also had two bathroom faucets installed, and they were happily able to do it within the timeframe of our appointment as we are already purchased our products .

Very knowledgeable, staff and easy to understand the Plumbing lingo and 100% satisfied with the service that was performed.

We had issues with our water pressure throughout the whole house. We also had a corroded shower drain and old matching fixtures/trim that needed to be changed out. Requested a quote and immediately got a response from Will. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tobee arrived on time, he was friendly and professional.
