Was referred to 9th island by a friend and they came through clutch! Discovered a plumbing issue and within an hour and a half they had Tobee at my door and he got to work assessing it all. Gave me all the details and went above and beyond making sure everything was handled for me. I've had several plumbing flare ups at the house over the years and have had trouble sticking with one that stays consistent. I don't see that problem occurring with 9th island. They seem to be the way to go and are very nice and honest. Pricing also seemed beyond reasonable for the scope of work. 5 stars!

Will was friendly and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I called on Monday, he came out to assess my leaky water heater at around 2:30pm, left to grab a new heater and came back with another worker at around 4:30pm and they stayed til 8pm to finish the job. It was a complicated job because of where the heater was located. He also made some modifications to make it better. Job well done! Honest people.

Our second bathroom faucet wouldn't turn off and I was desperate for a fix without turning off my water completely due to having multiple roommates. It was probably around 9/10pm when I sent out a request through yelp so I was not expecting a quick response but Will was able to come in less than an hour. He even told us how to prevent/fix if the problem were ever to arise again.

I love supporting locals from Hawaii so I was happy to find this business. He was able to fix the bathtub faucet in less than 45 minutes. I thought the rate I was charged was a good value for him answering a late night call. From start to end it was a very professional visit and he was super friendly as well. I would recommend 9th Island Plumbing to any of my friends and family in Las Vegas and continue to do business with them.

Our disposal had a small leak which we didn't notice until the other day when the water overflowed on our kitchen floor. Found these guys and called them the same day. Told them the situation and he gave a quote over the phone. They could fit me in tomorrow. Tobbie was on time and got the work done. Will definitely be using them again.

Came home from work noticed a hissing sound coming from my back flow preventer line and found a leak in one of the fittings. Called around to a few places nobody could get me in within the next few days that's when I called 9th island plumbing and the owner was in the area on another call and got me in within 15 mins!!! Talk about a lifesaver, great service and a super nice guy! The owner takes pride in his work and highly recommend!!! Pricing was very reasonable, thank you for taking the headache out of my day!!

My ceiling started leaking so we called a different plumber out. He quoted 15k, saying we needed an entire new shower and tub, and wasn't able to complete the work until August. I ended up clogging my garbage disposal and called 9th island. He came out same day and fixed that, so I had him take a peek at my ceiling. He was pretty sure he knew the problem. So he came out again a few days later and sure enough it wasn't as bad as the first plumber thought. He saved us 14k. I will always use them now! Good guys, reliable, trustworthy, honest, and reasonable!

We had a leak coming from both the cold/hot water turn angle valves in our bathroom and needed them repaired in a timely manner. I reached out to William a little before noon and he asked for some pictures of the leak and he was able to get me on the schedule the same day. 10-15 minutes later I received a text that we were on the schedule and his tech Tobee will be heading over soon. Received a text from Tobee letting us know the time frame he would arrive and he got here around 1 PM before the time frame stated. When he arrived he place his contractor booties on before entering our house. He took a look at the leak and knew what needs to be repaired and let us know the cost involved before moving forward. He went to get all of the parts needed from his vehicle and was able to get the leak repaired in about 30 minutes. From start to finish they were very friendly and professional. I feel the rate they charged was a good value and I would reach out to them again with any future plumbing needs. Thanks 9th Island Plumbing Team!

Billy from 9th Island Plumbing LLC answered my text and immediately booked the appointment himself. He really went out of his way to get to our needed repair quickly (he added a dedicated drain to our laundry) and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. The service provided was thorough, he is a friendly and professional gentleman and he charged a decent rate that we were pleased with. Will and his crew are the flat out best people & the absolute best plumbers in town. They LISTEN to what you want. They DELIVER the best work with the best MATERIALS you could expect. Will never settled for cheap material and wasn't concerned with turning and burning yet get the job done correctly.
I told Will and I'll tell anyone reading this review.... no one else in the Las Vegas Valley will work on the plumbing in my house but 9th Island Plumbing. Stop reading the rest of these reviews and do yourself and your house a favor and call 9th Island. I promise you will not be sorry.
