I am so happy I chose this company. My water heater was leaking from the bottom and about to ruin my new carpet. They came out and fixed the leak before any major damage was caused. They had the cheapest quote in town too! Jason saved the day! He was professional yet personable--in and out in no time! Now I finally have to reliable go-to plumber. They were AMAZING! I thought Josh, who was my plumber, did a great job. It seemed like a smaller type of business so it was really nice to work with them. I always love supporting the smaller businesses around town. Their prices are reasonable and they have great products. Josh and the guys who helped me on the phone were all professional and pleasant to do work with. If my water heater ever needs a repair again they definitely have a loyal customer here!

I had never had to deal with a plumbing issue before, so I was reluctant to trust any of the companies I initially spoke with. I needed a recommendation. After asking around on social media I had a few people saying how great these guys were. They lived up to the positive reviews, and I also had a great experience with them. The plumber arrived on time, and with all the parts and tools he needed to complete the job. He never made me feel pressured to buy anything i didn't want or need. They are a respectable company and can be trusted. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and they will be the company I call should I have any problems with my hot water in the future.

A big shoutout to Brady!  He did an awesome job installing my electric water heater.  I was back and forth on hiring a handy man or someone from a professional setting like this.  At the end of the day I'm glad I decided to use the professionals.  Brady made sure everything lined up and look good with the water heater before he left.  He also double checked a plumbing problem I had been having with my leaking kitchen sink and he repaired that within minutes.  After I got the invoice I saw he never charged me for that.  Such a great guy.  You won't regret using these professional plumbers!

Really nice and genuine guys who work here.  They were always willing to go above and beyond what I had asked from them.  After calling a few plumbing places I just wasn't happy with anyone else.  After discussing the project I wanted to do I knew I wanted to use 911 Water Heaters.  I didn't need my project done right away but I assure you that they would've made it happen fast for me if I needed it.  They helped me decide which brand of tankless water heater would be best for me.  They always answered my questions with honesty.  They have great prices and it seems like they are willing to travel for their customers. They have a happy and also a new reliable customer.  My new water heater has been working great.  I would definitely looking into making the switch from a regular water heater over to a tankless because I couldn't be happier.

THE STAFF HERE GIVES AMAZING SERVICE! Which is a reason enough to call them in the first place. Their front desk girl (can't recall her name) helped me turn off my water when I noticed the leaking. When their plumber Ryan got here he started working on replacing my water heater right away. He didn't waste any time and was really efficient! It was also super comfortable having him in my home. He was polite and mostly kept to himself when he was working. He explained everything after finishing the work and gave me a breakdown of the pricing and let me know that the office will send out the receipt to me in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone whose water heater stopped working. Thanks again!

I can't believe they got me in at 9pm on a Thursday night! My water heater quit working, and since I was on their way from their last appointment they had no problem seeing me before they were done for the day. I was lucky enough that they had the part on their truck needed to make the repair my water heater. I was out of hot water for only a few hours. It was some of the best service I've ever experienced.
