Really nice and genuine guys who work here.  They were always willing to go above and beyond what I had asked from them.  After calling a few plumbing places I just wasn't happy with anyone else.  After discussing the project I wanted to do I knew I wanted to use 911 Water Heaters.  I didn't need my project done right away but I assure you that they would've made it happen fast for me if I needed it.  They helped me decide which brand of tankless water heater would be best for me.  They always answered my questions with honesty.  They have great prices and it seems like they are willing to travel for their customers. They have a happy and also a new reliable customer.  My new water heater has been working great.  I would definitely looking into making the switch from a regular water heater over to a tankless because I couldn't be happier.

Great installation job done by them. They did awesome when it came to the piping work and the entire job itself. I have to give them 5 stars for their affordable prices and honesty. I'm really impressed with the way they carry themselves. I would recommend them to anyone for a new water heater.

THE STAFF HERE GIVES AMAZING SERVICE! Which is a reason enough to call them in the first place. Their front desk girl (can't recall her name) helped me turn off my water when I noticed the leaking. When their plumber Ryan got here he started working on replacing my water heater right away. He didn't waste any time and was really efficient! It was also super comfortable having him in my home. He was polite and mostly kept to himself when he was working. He explained everything after finishing the work and gave me a breakdown of the pricing and let me know that the office will send out the receipt to me in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone whose water heater stopped working. Thanks again!

I can't believe they got me in at 9pm on a Thursday night! My water heater quit working, and since I was on their way from their last appointment they had no problem seeing me before they were done for the day. I was lucky enough that they had the part on their truck needed to make the repair my water heater. I was out of hot water for only a few hours. It was some of the best service I've ever experienced.

Absolutely great service!!!
I called in really early Sunday morning and they were very friendly. They work weekends which is a huge plus, since I didn't want to go without hot water for more than a day. Since my water heater was 11 years old, I decided to get it replaced instead of trying to repair it myself. It was the more expensive route but was a better route because they told me I could potentially be putting in tons of money to repair the water heater... & it still may not even work. They have really great plumbers and workers!! They listen to all your concerns and questions and do a great job! Thanks so much for everything!

These guys are awesome. Their plumber who came to repair my water heater was really friendly. He gave me an idea of what everything would cost over the phone and then before he started the work he gave me the final price just to make sure I was okay with it. I don't do too many reviews but I had to give them a shout out for the honest work. Water heater is working great again.

Few weeks ago I had to make an emergency appointment because I could not go very long without hot water. Thankfully they didn't charge me any extra even when it was after hours. The tech that came out was great, friendly, super knowledgeable and believe it or not he was on time and everything. He took his time and repaired my water heater and left my water heater looking better than ever! I HIGHLY recommend them for their great service.

All I have to say is wow!
Brady did such an excellent job , I was very impressed with how professional this company is! When I needed my hot water heater replaced they answered my call the first time, the plumber called me personally, and they scheduled me out as soon as they could. They installed the water heater with care in a little over an hour. I'm very happy with the warranty options I was given. They also put a drip pan below my water heater to prevent any water damage which was a thoughtful touch.
Having a daughter makes it difficult to go without hot water and they helped me out a ton! Thank you Brady!

The name fits the company perfect! I was really relieved when I called after my hot water heater had been leaking all over the floor that we were able to make a same day appointment to get a replacement hot water heater! 


I really loved that their worker called about 20 minutes ahead of time to give us a heads up when he would be there exactly. Not only was he on time but he was very helpful when it came to moving furniture around to get the old tank out of the house. I also got a drip pan too so that I can avoid a mess when this tank goes out way later down he road. 


He also asked if I had any questions or concerns but everything was great! Overall very happy!
