We just came back to our Austin home from California. On a Sunday at 7:Pm. Turned on the water to take a shower and guess what? No hot water. I looked up water heater services in my area. "Jason" at 911 Water Heater answered my call. He assured me that someone from their company would be able to help. Not just help but have my heater working that night. No other company even returned my call. 911 Water Heater were very companionate and came to the rescue. Reasonably priced considering the nature of the situation. I would recommend 911 Water Heater services to anyone who truly needs a high quality and professional 911 Heater service.

As most of you know, finding a skilled plumber who's not only prompt in his service, but highly skilled AND affordable can be quite a challenge.
Well, to ease this process for those in need and extend my gratitude to the team at 911 Water Heaters, I just wanted to share a quick review with you all!
By the same token, I would just like to send out a big THANK YOU to Brady and his team at 911 Water Heaters for doing such a marvelous job inspecting & repairing my water heater at such an urgent time last weekend!
Just an hour after my hot water heater went out last Saturday afternoon, Brady and his assistant arrived at my place, did a thorough examination of the issue at hand, explained what needed to be done and took care off it with the utmost skill!
On that note, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911 Water Heaters as the best plumbing company around!

This company has a super easy appointment system. I was able to schedule a visit within 24 hours of my call to 911 Water Heaters for a non-emergency issue.

I received a call almost exactly 30 minutes before the plumbers showed up to verify that someone would be home. The plumbers arrived at the start of the time window that we agreed to when I set up the appointment!

The plumbers (there were two) were friendly, professional, informative and efficient. I was given good information about the state of my current hot water heater situation including a tutorial on how tankless water heaters work. However, I was not pressured into a replacement and I was not up-sold services beyond what was needed to make the repair.

This is the place to call for all your water heater needs.

My hot water heater gave out while I was taking a shower and getting ready for work. It felt like the ice bucket challenge all over again. I ended up spending my lunch break looking for a plumbing service that did water heater repairs over the weekend. I dialed 911 (water heaters) and spoke to Ryan, who was very nice over the phone. He even rearranged his schedule for the next day to accomodate me. I found him to be super friendly and professional. He didn't mind me asking him a lot of questions. I was impressed by his work ethic and his attention to detail.

The cost to replace the old water heater was reasonable. I will certainly use him again for any future plumbing needs that might come up. Ryan is a true gentleman, and I highly recommend him.

Finding a good plumber is tough.

But Josh was a great surprise for us. Our water heater was about 15 years old and we didn't really have a plan for replacing it. We called 911 Water Heaters and they did a great job. Fast service, good communication, and affordable pricing.

I have nothing but good things to say about Josh. Give them a try and expect nothing less than the best.

Can I just say Ryan ROCKS?? Not only are the prices reasonable, but getting a new water heater was incredible easy, even easier than grocery shopping! Granted, it wasn't as cheap as my normal food bill, but it was still reasonable. I never once felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Thanks guys!

One of our hot water heaters was leaking and given the age of the other one (we have 2), we decided to get both replaced. The cost was exactly the same for each. There was no break on labor for getting both water heater replaced at the same time. I was hoping for a discount for getting two and that was a bit disappointing but understandable. None the less, I'm very happy with the quality of the work that was done and would not hesitate to use 911 for future water heater repairs.

These folks really helped me out when I was in a bind. They were able to give me a reasonable quote over the phone because I knew exactly what I needed. No surprise fees, you get exactly what you expect. The quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than another plumbing company I had spoken to. They got me on the schedule quickly and installed the new water heater without any attempt to up sell me. 10/10

I called this morning and they sent a plumber by mid-day. Jason evaluated the old water heater and recommended it be replaced. Apparently water leaking from the bottom isn't a good sign :/ He was able to get a replacement in less than an hour! He hauled away the old water heater, cleaned up the damp area, all as if the leaking never happened. I am very pleased with the new water heater, the work he did and his awesome attitude. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!

Highly recommended.. having issues with water heater for some time, of course it goes out on a saturday. I called 911 water heaters late in the evening on saturday. On Sunday morning the plummer arrived and had us in hot water by early afternoon. Thank you soooo much.
