Another great job by 911 Plumbing. I had an issue with my water heater on a Saturday. I called Greg, and he immediately spent 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to fix it. When that didn't work he sent his guys, and they fixed it quickly, and only charged me a normal service fee. Another Greg was the technician and he was amazing. This is definitely a top-notch company

I was facing the biggest plumbing job there is, a full replacement of the sewer line. I am so thrilled I chose 911 Plumbing Services for the job. First they helped me diagnose the problem, and explain it in a way I could present to my insurance adjuster. Both Kathy in the office and George the foreman helped create a price estimate for my insurance company, and worked with me to satisfy the adjuster.

The real heroes of my experience were Vic Bezatyan and his crew. They were professional, courteous, and very hard working. When Vic's crew encountered extreme difficulty because of how dense the dirt was on my property, they overcame it, while still staying within the agree upon cost.

When I saw my front yard returned exactly the way it had been before they started, I was amazed! It was necessary to dig a hole in my front yard to access the sewer line, but Vic and his crew returned my yard to the exact condition it was in before they started.

I cannot say enough about this company. They approach a job with integrity and professional skill. I am so happy with the job they did, and highly recommend 911 for any Plumbing Job.

I needed some parts replaced on my water heater, I called them up for an estimate, they arrived in about an hour and were able to replace the broken parts quickly and the price was right! I am the President of my HOA and our property manager recommended 911 Plumbing to us and I am very glad she did. 911 has been out to our property for common area needs as well as owners needs inside homes. I recently had all new shut off valves installed in my home, and Greg and Abel, who did the installation, were extremely professional, respectful, and courteous. They clean up work areas and leave nothing behind. I would recommend 911 Plumbing to anyone who asked me for a recommendation. You won't be disappointed.

The worst service I have ever received. My house is basically under water right now. Unprofessional and charges twice as much for the same service when comparing companies. Don't waste your time or money.

I can't say how good their work is because I won't be using them. However I can say that I think the person who I talked to on the phone was more concerned about getting the weekend service call fee than actually helping me with my problem and earning a loyal customer.

My family came home Saturday afternoon to no hot water, and with a wife and 2 young girls expecting to take showers, I was in a bind. I saw that the hot water tank was standing in water and was not warm, so I shut everything off and started making calls. None of the local water heater service companies had anyone who could help right away, except 911 Plumbing Services. I explained the problem - no heat, standing water, leaky tank. He explained it was a 50/50 shot it could be fixed tonight, otherwise they would come back the next day, and there was a flat $175 fee. I understood - there was a chance I could save the day for my family so I took it.

The guy who showed up (Vic) was very nice, however he took one look at the water heater and said it would need to be replaced. He didn't need to take anything apart, diagnose anything, or run any tests - it was clear BECAUSE OF THE LEAK AND STANDING WATER that the tank was shot. I had explained those two things over the phone to the guy, yet all he wrote in the dispatch order to Vic was 'tank not working'. I could tell Vic felt bad and he did his best to be diplomatic, but it was very clear he should not have been sent out - it was a waste of eveyone's time and my money.

Again - I understand weekend/after-hours service fees, and that there is no guarantee of things being fixable. But I gave detailed descriptions of the problem to the person on the phone, and now I know those descriptions clearly describe a tank in need of replacement - so to send someone out anyway when there is no chance of them fixing the problem seems really shady to me.

Vic took $50 off the service call fee, which I appreciated, but in the end we paid $125 for under a minute of diagnosis, and 5 minutes of apologizing and writing up the invoice. Not cool.

We had a water leak on Saturday evening. Greg came out first thing on Sunday morning. Found the leak and replaced pipes,etc.

Great service and extremely professional. Greg walked us through the issue and was clear on the costs of repair. I would use them again.
