Greg and his assistant, Sam were amazing. They came at the scheduled time and were very professional. They solved my drain problem, cleaned up everything, and even though I think the job was harder than anticipated, no extra charges. I will definitely call them for any plumbing.

Two examples of why they were amazing: They had to bring a power snake which is on wheels into the bathroom. But as soon as they saw our new wood floor, they picked up the whole machine and carried it, rather than rolling it across the floor. At the end, I told them not to bother cleaning up the bathroom, that I would do it, so they said OK, they will just do a touch-up. After I got back, the bathroom was cleaner than before they came. I don't want to bore anyone, but there are more reasons just as good as the above.

I don't know if 911Plumbing is the absolute cheapest, but I know I will call them again because there were no problems and the job was done right.

I found this company based on the Yelp reviews, and am happy to say they provide excellent service!

Kathy was helpful in setting my appointment and dispatching the plumbers to clear the drain at one of our offices. She gave me updates as to when they would arrive to clear up our issues along the way as well.
They quickly cleared the drain and repaired a leaky pipe too.
The pricing is very fair for the work provided.
The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Our company will definitely be using them again when we need a plumber in the future.

The dispatcher was very helpful as this was an emergency job on a Saturday. Vic showed up Saturday night, fixed the problem, and provided very helpful info for us in case the problem happens again. He was super pleasant and professional, as well as very knowledgeable. We will definitely use 911 Plumbing Services again for any of our plumbing issues.

Excellent Service. Very reasonably priced . I had Greg come in and give me a quote for free on a busy Friday when no other plumber was ready to come for a inspection fee.

Greg did a great job replacing my entire hotwater return line with great professionalism .

He is the go to guy for me and my whole HOA from now on . I highly recommend this pluming service .

I can't say enough good things about Jack and his team! I just moved into my new home and was faced with some extensive plumbing issues. They spent 2 separate weekends problem solving and installing clean outs in the front of my house. If you have an older home, the pipes can just deteriorate over time and need replacement, and you definitely want someone who knows what they're doing. They started at 10am and ended at 11pm, were there for the day in the blazing heat making sure everything was going to be alright with my house. And I really appreciated that.

This stuff can be very expensive and stressful and you want someone who can come in and take control of the situation and fix it. These guys are good!

This company was fantastic! I had another plumber come a week ago and he ""fixed"" the problem with my water pressure for my kitchen sink. Yeah right! A week later same problem. So I looked on yelp and 911 Plumbing had fantastic reviews. So glad I contacted them! I gave them a small time frame and days I was available and they called me back within a few hours and scheduled my appointment. They were suppose to come between 1-5 and they showed up at 1:40! When does that ever happen?? Jack and Raymond were great. The explained exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix the faucets and flush out everything. The pricing was reasonable and they had a great yelp deal which I purchased once I made sure they would accept it. I highly recommend this company. Hopefully I won't be having anymore plumbing problems, but if I do I know who I'm calling.
