We had a toilet leakage problem and we called 911 plumbing. First, they were very accommodating in fitting us in their tight schedule and sending a plumber right away. We had a plumber by the name of George show up. He was extremely knowledgeable. He looked at the problem and solved the problem immediately. George was extremely professional and the price he gave us was very reasonable. I couldn't have been any happier with his work and would therefore recommend 911 plumbing.

Vic and Greg came out the day before Christmas to fix a clogged drain. They were professional, friendly and courteous (slipped covers on their shoes before entering the house). They quickly found the problem, explained the situation & what they were doing to resolve it and were done in less than an hour! After my dad broke our garbage disposal, I called around to see if anyone could come fix it, but got mostly voice mails until I called 911 Plumbing. A woman helped me right away and scheduled me for 2-6 pm the same day, which was awesome. Jack showed up promptly at 2:30 and was able to fix the garbage disposal right away without even having to replace it! He was very friendly, cleaning up after the job and even putting on footsies to not get dirt in the house. And he was fast--the job was done in about ten minutes! Overall, wonderful service and great prices! We just moved to the area and it's great having a plumbing company we can trust to call when we have any plumbing disasters.

911 plumbing services is amazing. My toilets were clogged and backing up into our baths and showers (gross!). Turns out the main line was clogged, they were able to give me different options and prices. They seemed very well trained and knew exactly what they were doing. I was comfortable in a way that I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off or do something that wasn't absolutely necessary. They stayed here for hours trying to find out what was wrong with my lines and were able to get me a solution that best fit my situation. They are very personable, polite, and professional.

Jack came to the rescue when my water heater sprung a leak. Eeek!

He went to Home Depot, picked up a new heater, and installed it for 1000. It sounded exorbitant so he waited while I called around and shopped prices. In the end, 911 was the cheapest of all options. I felt taken care of and now have a great deal of trust in the company. Will be calling them for all plumbing needs.

A nice family owned/operated plumbing company. Greg and vic came out to fix our grabage disposal, they were on time, quick, friendly and most importantly fixed our garbage disposal. I would definately use911 plumbing again.

gotta say, i'm so grateful to greg and george (and kathy too) of 911 Plumbing Services, Inc.

i called yesterday with the problem of: no hot water. hot water heater appears to not be working and so, i call my homeowner's warranty repair co. they take the report of what is wrong and schedule me for repair to be done by 911 Plumbing Services, Inc.

bracing for a full day of waiting, as the window for the appt was 11am-3pm, i am happily surprised at 10:30am by the arrival of these two professionals.

they examined my ancient hot water heater and determined that the thermo-couple had finally died. the tank itself is 20+ years old. they replaced the broken part and voila--hot water!

george assured me that if for any reason the problem returns, call them and the repair follow-up would happen. i'm hoping that the new thermo-couple will perform as well as the previous (original part) and who knows, breathe new life into this old clunker hot water heater for many years to come.

This company was sent to me by my Home Warranty Company. I called the company and so did my warranty company to confirm they serviced the area. The young lady I spoke with confirmed they serviced the area but the only appointment they had available was for a week out. I called the company back with the information they requested 3 days before the appointment date to hear... ""Oh, I spoke to my supervisor, we don't serves that area."" Never once did they call me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM... To put the icing on the cake I see a review from a gentleman that they serviced him in the town right next door. WTH, now I'm concerned. What's the real reason they didn't want to service me???????????????????????
