This was my first time using their services, but it won't be the last. Vic came out and got my tankless water heater working again -- a task that a prior plumber wasn't able to achieve. He was super friendly and helpful, and I would recommend him without hesitation. Bonus points to Vic for managing to make my man-fearing dog love him almost immediately!

I had an emergency water heater issue and 911 plumbing inc was on top of it took about an hour and half to come out and this was after hours and even came out a second time while they were closed for a personal day of honoring the 100 yrs since the Armenian genocide! It meant a lot that they care this much about their customers, Mike the tech that came out was excellent and did a great job and fixed the problem in less than 20 mins! Awesome work ethics and great customer service! Definitely using this place and recommended it to our land lord as well. Thanks guys for the awesome service!

Needed to have some roots cleaned out of my main line and was getting price gouged by another company so I called 911 Plumbing. They were professional, clean and very reasonably priced. Greg helped me out and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He ran a camera for me ahead of time to show me the problem and then returned with the proper equipment to finish the job. After it was all done they ran the camera for me again so i could actually see what they had done... everything was so clean and functioning perfect again. I had a great experience with 911 Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks again Greg!

First yelp review ever....
'Plumbing issues at midnight' was actually a good experience! Greg and Ash went the extra mile to ensure the job got 'unclogged'. I won't go into the details but 2.5 hours later, on a Sunday night, they gave me a bill which actually matched my quote. Amazing!
I will definitely use them again.

Had a major leak at my house that surfaced from under the ground. It was eventually diagnosed to be a slab leak. Greg and Mike came out to do the work today and finished in a timely manner. Both were professional and considerate even wearing booties over their shoes so not to dirty anything up. Reasonable prices and the work was cleanly done. I do like the courtesy call from Cathy when the techs are on the way so you don't have to be home while waiting. But of course close by. Thanks again.

Abel and Vic came to my house today for what I thought was going to be a $300 issue. $85 for parts and labor! These guys are great. Very respectful of my home, my animals, and myself. Not to mention....GREAT prices! I would recommend them to anyone, and have saved them in my phone for future needs. Thanks again guys!

Today was my second time using 911 Plumbing. Vic came out the same day I called and he and his assistant were awesome. When I called in the morning I was given a window of when they might arrive, and they actually came at the beginning of that window (when does that EVER happen?!). Unfortunately I was taken a little bit by surprise because I assumed they would show up later, so I was still at work. Kathy at their call center was very understanding and accommodated my tardiness, which I realize most companies probably wouldn't have done. I am very grateful!

The work was done quickly and efficiently and their rates are very reasonable. I also want to point out how friendly they are. I sometimes feel a little weird having contractors in my home, but both times the plumbers that came were very friendly and professional, which makes me feel very comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend 911 Plumbing!
