From the call from Kathy to tell me when they would be arriving all the way to the second the technicians completed the job, the service was outstanding. Even calling in to set up the appointment was a pleasant experience. My tub was clogged and since the first place I called wasn't able to fix the problem, I called 911 Plumbing from seeing their high reviews on here. Vic and his partner showed up exactly at the time Kathy had told me earlier. Very respectful and professional work from these guys, they were able to identify the problem and fix this clog the other plumber couldn't figure out. They kept me in the loop with what was going on and cleaned up after themselves. You gotta appreciate great service when you see it, especially when you know that it's sometimes hard to come by. Keep up the great job guys, I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs it! Thanks

Wow! Amazing service from Vic and Able this evening. They were really just awesome - got the job done, were super cool about everything, and even cleaned up before they left. This was my first time using their services, but it won't be the last. Vic came out and got my tankless water heater working again -- a task that a prior plumber wasn't able to achieve. He was super friendly and helpful, and I would recommend him without hesitation. Bonus points to Vic for managing to make my man-fearing dog love him almost immediately!

I had an emergency water heater issue and 911 plumbing inc was on top of it took about an hour and half to come out and this was after hours and even came out a second time while they were closed for a personal day of honoring the 100 yrs since the Armenian genocide! It meant a lot that they care this much about their customers, Mike the tech that came out was excellent and did a great job and fixed the problem in less than 20 mins! Awesome work ethics and great customer service! Definitely using this place and recommended it to our land lord as well. Thanks guys for the awesome service!

Needed to have some roots cleaned out of my main line and was getting price gouged by another company so I called 911 Plumbing. They were professional, clean and very reasonably priced. Greg helped me out and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He ran a camera for me ahead of time to show me the problem and then returned with the proper equipment to finish the job. After it was all done they ran the camera for me again so i could actually see what they had done... everything was so clean and functioning perfect again. I had a great experience with 911 Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks again Greg!

'Plumbing issues at midnight' was actually a good experience! Greg and Ash went the extra mile to ensure the job got 'unclogged'. I won't go into the details but 2.5 hours later, on a Sunday night, they gave me a bill which actually matched my quote. Amazing!
I will definitely use them again.

Had a major leak at my house that surfaced from under the ground. It was eventually diagnosed to be a slab leak. Greg and Mike came out to do the work today and finished in a timely manner. Both were professional and considerate even wearing booties over their shoes so not to dirty anything up. Reasonable prices and the work was cleanly done. I do like the courtesy call from Cathy when the techs are on the way so you don't have to be home while waiting. But of course close by. Thanks again.
