Long story short-- Arthur in the 911 plumbing office is honest, has integrity and super respectful. We had a slight issue that was from miscommunication but the way Arthur, his supervisor and the owners of 911 handled it was what was so impressive. They value customer service, value customer relationships and people, and strive to be fair. Armond, our technician, was also great and knowledgeable and got everything fixed quickly. I was looking for a plumbing company who I can trust and use for a long time and thank goodness I found 911!

Super impressed with 911 Plumbing Services. I was able to schedule a quick appointment for an emergency situation with a bad leak and faulty water heater. Art and Tony came promptly, diagnosed the problem and since they realized we would be without hot water, they made sure to upgrade our unit that very afternoon! They didn't just swap out the heater, but fixed the pipes and connections and even fixed our water valve outside the garage. They were professional and efficient and Art took the time to explain things to me so I knew exactly what was done and why. Hire these guys!

Greg and one of his technicians just left my home and did an incredible job snaking a really bad build up that caused my kitchen sink to back-up. I had originally called another company out to do a snake job, and not only were they more expensive, they couldn't get the job done and advised me to do hydro-jetting that would cost nearly 1K.

I talked with Greg, and he assured me that he would not charge me for the snake job if it did not fix it. Greg and his helper spent about a half hour working on a stubborn blockage and eventually was able to clear it. 911 Plumbing Services charged me less for the job than the company that came only hours before. I can thank them enough for saving me hundreds in unnecessary work.

Vic and Tony did a great job!! I had a leaking angle valve (the water shut-off valve for a toilet) and they came out right when I needed them to and took care of it. At my request, they also checked the other sinks and toilets in my condo, and most of them got a clean bill of health--but the two valves under my kitchen sink needed replacing, and they handled that on the spot.

Very professional. They could have told me that the other valves also needed to be replaced, but they were honest and straightforward, clearly genuinely interested in helping.

They were in and out in barely an hour. Would recommend!
