Calling a plumber @ 7pm the day after Christmas could be a recipe for disaster but not with these guys. I called in the request and within 45 min Vic was at my house fixing the clog. Professional, concerned, friendly. Never once felt that I was being scammed (something that's always in the back of your mind when you don't have an on-going relationship). The price was exactly what was quoted. All in all a great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. And ask for Vic - good guy.

I had connection problems with my garbage disposal. I called 911 Plumbing Services and Jack G. showed up right on time (on Christmas Eve!) He took a look, and the finished the job in no time. The best part was that he offered to show me how to do it myself so I could save $$$!! Professional, efficient, honest, on time. What more could you ask!?!? *thumbs up*

I woke up in the morning to find my kitchen sink backing up and overflowing. So, I started going through Yelp and found several plumbing services that were near the area. After making several calls to other places, I finally came upon 911 Plumbing Services.

The call started with a person on the line, setting a price for the clogged sink, and scheduling a same-day appointment. Granted, they have the usual ""we'll come between such-and-such 'o clock and such-and-such 'o clock (with mine being 11 am to 3 pm),"" but I was pretty happy with the same-day appointment that I didn't mind waiting.

Anyways, 2:00 pm rolls around (pretty much what I expected, but again, not minding at all) and George and a co-worker (sorry, I didn't catch your name) rolls up in their van and they bring their equipment in to fix the problem. They were respectful of my place, covering their shoes with booties as to not track dirt into my home. After about 10-15 minutes, they cleared the drain and that was it. They were extremely helpful and polite. They definitely will get another call from me if I have any other plumbing issues.

I needed to replace all the sewage lines under my house. Pretty gross. Greg and vic made it so easy. They communicated what they where going to do, showed me the problem, and after it was fixed used the scope camera to show me how it was TRUELY fixed. Spending a lot of money on fixing these problems sucks but knowing that it was done professionally and wont be an issue in the future is worth every penny. Will definitely be recommending them and calling them again with any other issues.

The other huge plus the actually clean up after themselves! Never know they were there.

We've had 911 plumbing out to our house several times now for different jobs, and all three guys we've worked with -- Greg, Vic, and Jack -- have been fabulous. They're punctual, professional, and friendly, and they're really great about explaining what the problem is and going over various solutions. I would definitely recommend 911, and next time we have another plumbing job, we'll be sure to call them again.

Greg and Vic just left! They were fantastic. Friendly, professional, told me the (very fair) cost up front. Solved the problem in the dark with flashlights. I am sold on 911 Plumbing!! Our downstairs toilet overflowed and the problem was in the sewer main drain near the street. I am pretty handy with most repairs but I was convinced this was going to be a disaster or major proportions. Greg and Vic are the go-to team -- expert problem solvers.

These guys were great! I had Greg come out this morning for an earring that had fallen down the drain. He was quick and friendly and charged me almost half of what their normal rate was since it was such a quick job and I let him know how much sentimental value it had for my girlfriend. I will definitely go to them again for any plumbing, or jewelry issues!
