Very reliable, efficient and friendly from the initial phone call for assistance to the completion of fixing a leak in our toilet tank. Vic and Abel have been to the house two other times before for other plumbing issues. They are great. Significant to note is that they clean up after their work and never leave a mess. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I took a shot at clearing a blockage in the kitchen sink line, but it was ultimately beyond the reach of my 20' snake. Plus needed a pair of new couplings. Time for professionals. My regular guy wasn't getting back to me. I saw good reviews for 911 Plumbing here on Yelp, so gave them a call. Kathy took my info and said she'd get back to me with availability, gave me an estimate for kitchen sink blockage. Called me back in about 1.5 hours, with an appointment available from 1-5p. So maybe not as quick as I'd hoped from some of the reviews, but this sort of thing can be luck of the draw, so no deductions there.

Greg and Mike called ten minutes out and then arrived. Nice, easy-going guys. I showed them the spot, told them I'd already made sure the p-trap and garbage disposal were clear. They set to work. Way harder job than they (or I) had anticipated, with considerable blockage going all the way to the main line. Still, they honored the original quote, no hemming or hawing, no upselling, just positive, will-get-it-done attitudes. Clean work on the couplings.

In sum, positive experience, no complaints, and plan to use 911 again the next time I need professional plumbing services.

I woke this morning and was overpowered by an awful smell when I went out for the paper.

A waste line washout had popped and my lawn was covered in...we you known what. I called my plumber. Locked up in a huge job out of the county. Called 2 more plumbers who quoted awful prices before they'd come. Angry I called 911. Sweet Kathy listened to my tale of woe calmed me and told me George would be here at three pm. He arrived at 3:30PM with his cousin. They surveyed the problem and went to work and never stopped smiling and answering my silly questions. In 40 minutes they were done and packed up to leave. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! George is a total professional and a very hard worker. 911 is on my hero list!

At 5pm, a rusty sprinkler pipe broke in my front yard, forcing me to shut off my water main. I called 911 Plumbing and before 6:00 even rolled around, Vic & Abel showed up and it was fixed by 6:30! They even used WD40 and a blowtorch to breakdown the rusty connection, so I got both water and a show. The guys were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommended, totally affordable and will definitely use them again. UPDATE: I decided to refill my dog's water at 4am before flying out of town and the faucet busted! I had to call them from the airport on a Saturday and they came out and fixed it right away! Then, it turned out the faucet was an old-school high-pressure system so when I used it again, I couldn't shut it off and 911 ran right back out and upgraded the nozzle to accommodate the pressure. Jack & co were awesome!

I searched yelp for a plumber after my usual guy suggested I try to ""find someone local"" because he wasn't sure when he could get to me. I called 911 Plumbing and Vic and Abel came out the next day. They promptly fixed the shower/bathtub diverter which my guy told me couldn't be done, and most certainly would have to be replaced. They explained why there was really no need to replace the fixture right now and gave me tips on how to lengthen the life of the mechanism with proper usage and maintenance. The price was reasonable and, on top of that, they're going to try to locate a missing piece of a shower handle in my other bathroom so we can finally stop using a wrench to work it! It's been months since I had my previous guy on this with no luck, in fact, I think he forgot all about it. No offense to my previous plumber. He's also a pretty nice guy and reasonable but you can't beat the convenience and reliability of plumbers who are actually available and effective when you need them most. 911 will be my go to plumbers from here on in. Oh, how I love yelp :)

After my friend and I and two handymans playing with the kitchen pipes, we diecided to call them. Called around 6 PM, they said that they'll call me back from 8-10 for an estimated time for the plumber to come. Called me around 9:45 with the plumber in my place by 10:30.

Good service over all, I got Mike and he fixed our problem, even made sure everything was in working order before he left. Checked any additional leaks in the other pipes to make sure. Will totally use them again.

Vic was great. He was pleasant, courteous, and walked us through the issues with our plumbing so we understood the scope of his work. Our kitchen sink was always clogging and it wasn't in the immediate area. I think the clog was located in the main line. Vic showed my husband the pipe that was the culprit. He cleaned out the drain which was 50% clogged and fixed the leaking pipe that ran on the exterior edge of the house. It had cracked and had leaked all over our stairs. Vic was able to do all the work within 2 hours! I also asked him a question about our bathroom sink and the shower diverter which wasn't working. He cleaned out the drain and loosened the diverter pull for us and now it works again. I think it's great that they can come after regular business hours. It's so convenient for people with working schedules. The operator who answered our call was also very pleasant. She explained the process and confirmed our information twice so there were no mixed signals. I appreciate her being thorough.

Everyone hates to actually have to get a plumber because it is often not a good thing going on. Anyhow, if you have to I can't recommend how helpful, quick, downright nice Greg and Mike were. They were also honest and got to work immediately. Thanks Greg and Mike - while I don't want to need a plumber anytime soon, you were as pleasant and professional as I could ever ask for.

This is my THIRD time called 911 Plumbing and they are just the BEST. Vic and Abel came to fix my, yet again, broken garbage disposal. Im certain my cat kicked a plastic spoon in there and it jammed it. They were here asap and didn't even charge me for this 2nd repair! LOVE THIS COMPANY and Vic and Abel are GREAT!!!

Greg and Mike just left. I thought I just had a clogged kitchen drain but they also discovered a leaky pipe under the sink. They arrived right when I needed them, snaked the drain and replaced the pipe very efficiently.
