We are a very busy restaurant!! We got a pretty bad leak with the plumbing attached to our soda machine, We had a big puddle, Javier answered us right away and dashed to pick up the part, that was very expensive, but Javier was extremely reasonable and did a fantastic job getting our repairs all done promptly, in addition he is very professional and friendly, easy to talk to and not intimidating about what's to come with the repair. We had an urgent plumbing issue where we couldn't disconnect a broken washing machine due to corroded pipes/valves. I'm a mom of 3 and needed my new washer installed asap to be able to do laundry. We contacted 911 plumbing at noon, and they were able to come out by 1:30pm and efficiently replace the corroded pipes and install our new washer. Great pricing too!

Had a clogged kitchen double sink. Javier showed up, found the issue as a ""dirty arm"" using the clean out access, and cleared the clog with his snake tool machine under an hour.

Called Javier to rescue our toilet and he was at our house within the hour. He diagnosed our problem, did what he could on our end, and let us know that the rest is probably a community issue and the HOA's responsibility - he didn't want to charge us for any more work that wouldn't provide a permanent solution to the problem. Avoid these guys like the plague! I was replacing my kitchen countertops. First guy from 911 plumbing comes in disconnects the kitchen drain. I'm without a kitchen for 3 weeks ok cool. When the countertops are installed second guy from 911 plumbing comes to reconnect everything says ""you are missing a part to reinstall the garbage disposal "". He then says that he has a brand new garbage disposal in his truck that he can sell me for a gazillion dollars. The guy then realizes that I'm not stupid and won't play his games. Garbage disposal installed but now leaking.

Javier, his brother and team are the best! We've been undergoing some renovations and hired them to do our plumbing reconnection. Of course, when you renovate; every time you turn around something else is wrong... the toilet, the water heater, the valve on the new faucets. These guys were on the spot, worked the repairs in so they would time properly with other tradesmen so our project stayed on track. They are fair minded and priced. THANK YOU JAVIER!!!!!!!! We had a immense water damage from a water leak and he came late at night and saved us! He immediately knew who to call because water damage is no joke, and with him came the guys from Flood Force, and both Javier of 911 Plumbing and Javier of Flood Force combined their superpowers to immediately fix and start treating the damage so we don't have mold growing.
