Yesterday, I heard a loud boom and thought it was an earthquake. Nope, it was a burst pipe. I called and they answered the phone right away around 730pm on a Sunday. He offered a technician same night or the morning after. I needed same night so Javier came within an hour and from start to finish, did an exceptional job. On time, polite and thoroughly explained the situation and my options. Being a female, sometimes I'm cautious of how people will try to take advantage and change me more or tell me something I wouldn't understand. Javier didn't do that at all and I appreciated that. It's good to work with honest and helpful people. After her corrected our issue, he even took the time to analyze our pipes and give us suggestions and drying instructions/options as well. He didn't need to, it was late yet he really took the time to do so and I appreciated that as well.

I would highly recommend this company whether it's an emergency or not.

I was referred to Michael and contacted him to receive a quote on installation for a water heater. He stated $600 for installation and removal of the old unit. He asked if he wanted me to get the water heater, and I stated that I was online purchasing it. I called him right back after purchasing the heater and expansion tank, told him what I purchased and confirmed installation for the morning on Thurs, 11/5. He talked back this date, and I wrote it down. I'm not sure how all that got lost because then I received a phone call at work today, from someone other than him that was irritated because he was having to wait so long to pick up my water heater. I indicated it was the wrong day and he stated that I should contact Mike. I was busy at work and could not make a call until after work. They returned it to the store and did not take responsibility for having the date incorrect and did not remember any of the conversation discussing the components to install.

What a best in class company!!! I had some big issues due to the recent rains that would have flooded my house. My drains from my back yard to the street had gotten plugged. Water was starting to build creating the potential for major flooding inside my home. I call 911 plumbing and explained my situation and they were here in 45 minutes. Javier re-piped my whole house, replaced my water heater, all sink and shower fixtures, pressure regulator & did a professional job on the dry wall. He was able to minimize cuts into wallpaper. He protected all my flooring and possessions and kept dust to a minimum. When he was finished my house and garage were cleaned and ready to move back in. Thank you Fantastic Job

We had a hidden slab leak in our home which wasn't discovered until we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Our contractor recommended us to 911 Plumbing (Mike) and we were not disappointed. We ended up having three separate plumbers come out to quote the job to ensure that we were getting a fair & honest quote. The quote we received from Mike was incredibly fair and he gave us two separate options and explained the pros & cons for each one. He was able to have his team out to our home immediately which was obviously important to us considering the type of leak we had. The repair process was obviously not a quick one since multiple walls had to be cut through and multiple pipes repaired and his team worked well past the normal hours (9:00pm) so that we would be without water for as little time as possible. I would highly recommend 911 Plumbing, you won't be disappointed!
