What a best in class company!!! I had some big issues due to the recent rains that would have flooded my house. My drains from my back yard to the street had gotten plugged. Water was starting to build creating the potential for major flooding inside my home. I call 911 plumbing and explained my situation and they were here in 45 minutes. In about an hour the fixed my problem. Very professional company with great employees. Thank you 911

Javier re-piped my whole house, replaced my water heater, all sink and shower fixtures, pressure regulator & did a professional job on the dry wall. He was able to minimize cuts into wallpaper. He protected all my flooring and possessions and kept dust to a minimum. When he was finished my house and garage were cleaned and ready to move back in. Thank you Fantastic Job

We had a hidden slab leak in our home which wasn't discovered until we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Our contractor recommended us to 911 Plumbing (Mike) and we were not disappointed. We ended up having three separate plumbers come out to quote the job to ensure that we were getting a fair & honest quote. The quote we received from Mike was incredibly fair and he gave us two separate options and explained the pros & cons for each one. He was able to have his team out to our home immediately which was obviously important to us considering the type of leak we had. The repair process was obviously not a quick one since multiple walls had to be cut through and multiple pipes repaired and his team worked well past the normal hours (9:00pm) so that we would be without water for as little time as possible. I would highly recommend 911 Plumbing, you won't be disappointed!

I scheduled an appointment on Monday for today (Thursday) at 4:30pm to address a clogged drain. I got a call on Wednesday (yesterday) at 5:00pm from the plumber saying he was at my house. I told him the appointment was for Thursday (tomorrow) at 4:30pm. He apologized for the confusion and said he would be there tomorrow. Today at 4:50pm, the plumber was not at my house. I called 911 Plumbing and the plumber who answered the phone had no information regarding my appointment, my issue or even how much I was quoted. He said he could be at my house in an hour after he fixed an issue in a home in Oceanside. I told him I couldn't wait around for a company who didn't have their stuff in order. What a joke.

When you find a competent, honest service contractor, you keep their number on hand for future reference.

I used 911 a while back to do some miscellaneous repairs: replace traps, sink supply lines, and replace a faulty shower control valve.

They're quick, conscientious, and ethical. By definition, that means his pricing was fair and a good value.

I'm calling him in today to do a pressure regulator replacement.

We had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon. I called 911 Plumbing and did get a person. I told him the problem, which he did not seem to be familiar with a cleanout trap having a backflow prevention flap. He quoted an extremely high price of $175 to $275. We got if fixed from a different plumber for $112 on a Sunday. I would not recommend this plumber. Be warned.

For people in the Peñasquitos/Poway area these guys can work well for you. I have a 40 year old tract home in PQ. The plumbing is starting to show its age. On 2 recent occasions, I have called 911 plumbing. They have never taken more than an hour to get to my house. The 1st call was for a catastrophic leak in a shower valve (repaired within 90 minutes). The 2nd was a backed up main drain. Another 90 minute job, even though a trap had to be cut and repaired to get adequate access to the blockage. Great work, done quickly -at reasonable cost. I'm sure I'll call them again
